I had a really great experience getting my two poms groomed from bubble bus! They were calm and happy when I picked them up. Usually my one pom has the worst anxiety ever but I was so surprised to see him super relaxed after his grooming! This to me must mean they were in sweet and great hands ! 10/10 would recommend their service!

I just love Blanca! She handles the dogs with such ease and they love her! Thank you so much!

After he got a hemorrhage in his eye from one of his first grooms at a local pet shop, I knew I had to take him to someone who knew what they were doing. Kai is just magic! I don't know how she does it - but somehow she successfully clips Ace's nails even though he'll try to take my hand off if I even TOUCH his paw! I've followed her from Atwater to North Hollywood and I will go wherever she goes because she is just the best. If you have a dog that is "difficult" when it comes to grooming, please take them to Kai. She really cares about dogs and puts their comfort before anything else - that is just so amazing to witness.

I am so grateful for Seusspup. Kai has a magical touch when it comes to dogs and she is truly attuned to their needs. I appreciate that she only keeps a handful of dogs (max) in the salon at any given time, as it provides a more calm environment for them. Columbo always looks and feels great when he comes home, and Kai is great at keeping in touch with me if he needs some extra time OR if he's reached his limit for the day. Expectations are always managed accordingly and in a timely manner! I will continue to highly recommend Seusspup to friends and family who want the best possible grooming experience for their dogs.

I'm disappointed that I haven't been able to get my dog serviced here, as I like to shop local and…read morethe reviews are really good. I called initially a week ago asking how much a basic trimming is, was told $15-20, the person I talked to on the phone wasn't entirely sure. Either way it's less than the $25 per basic trimming that every other locally owned place in the NoHo arts district quoted me for so it seemed like an obvious choice. I showed up with my dog, saw a closed and locked gate-style door with an ajar wooden door behind it, and heard activity inside. Dogs barking and some TV playing. I knocked on the gate style door and got no response, so went home. I sent an Instagram DM confirming if they take walk-ins, no response. After calling a couple times this week with no answer, I was able to talk to who I assume was the owner today who told me he was out of town, but would be able to take a walk in around 3-4pm. I arrived a little past 3:30, saw the same locked gate door and ajar wooden door inside, no dog sounds this time but I did hear TV playing faintly. I tried calling twice, straight to decline both times. I knocked on the door about 4 times, waiting a couple minutes in between each attempt. Said "hello" and heard the TV continue to play inside but no response. Around 3:45 I gave up and went to the PetCo Unleashed down the street for a $12 nail trim. I would make an appointment online to make the whole process easier, but the only appointment options are for full service at $100+. Not quite what I'm looking for. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong here but this has been frustrating! I wish there was a doorbell or something to ring, it's annoying to see a glowing OPEN sign on top of the door when it's locked and nobody answers either knocking or phone calls.

In…read more2023/2024 I found the dog resort extremely helpful as a day time dog sitter for 4-6 hrs at a time. My dog didn't seem to mind it and always came back calmer so I decided to leave him here for 9 days while I went away for a trip. I don't recall the exact costs. Probably between 900-1100 dollars for daily walks and his home provided food. I asked the employees to put on his sweater at night. It wasn't a question it was a very important task they agreed to. He was a very small 8 pound yorkie and was always cold. When I came back my dog was not his normal self. That already made me highly suspicious about getting his walks. He was coughing a lot, not sleeping but also lethargic. I took him to the vet and he had pneumonia. Meaning, he was cold from day 1 and got worse for the remainder of his stay and I never got a call from here. From there he got sicker and sicker and I had to put him down. I was devastated and desperate to get him back to normal for months! I recommend people never leave their dogs in places like this. Sure you save money and they may or may not have company (depending on their personality) but you're better off vetting a dog sitter to check in or stay with your dog at home. In the end you may save yourself an onslaught of vet bills from trying to figure what is making your dog so ill when back from a trip. At least with an in home dog sitter they're more like to stay alive and healthy. If you have a small dog with specific needs get someone who can cater to your dog with love and care. I highly suggest NEVER leaving your dog for overnight or extended stays. I hate that it took me so long to post this but my grief was too strong to do it before. I wanted to sue, I wanted my money back, but I was so sad and I couldn't bring myself to do much other than focus on him and move on with my life. I'll never get another dog after this experience.
