This will be a bit long but bear with me, I'm pregnant, not much tastes great nor keeps me full. We often go out to eat and are always disappointed by the entire experience. I saw this place as someone gave great reviews and even made a little video giving their recommendation. It just sounded so enticing that we went. Truthfully being constantly disappointed by other food establishments, paying top dollar and receiving mediocre food, I had very low expectations. Imagine our surprise. We walked into Fluffy Fluffy on a random weekday and there were a couple of tables of people enjoying the ambiance and some good conversation. We walked up, knowing nothing and picked one dish each from the array of delicious looking desserts as well as some tots, let me tell you that you can't go wrong with any choice. There was some pop music playing in the background and we watched as they made our food with care, it took a little bit of time but nothing to get impatient about. I got blueberry soufflé pancakes and some tots and husband got a croffle we also shared some tots. It was served at our table and looked instagram worthy, I could have and should have photographed the food. But as soon as I took a bite, I couldn't help but eat the entire thing! my husband took two bites of mine and I nearly stabbed his hand with my fork. Sorry, not sorry. His croffle was so beautiful and so tasty that I actually let him enjoy his meal without taking more than a small bite. It was the tater tots that we keep fighting over as they taste good good! Fluffiest and jiggliest soufflé pancakes I've ever had and ever seen. The fruit compote complimented the sweetness of the pancake and went well with the whipped cream; everything was fresh and sooo delicious. For once, I got a bang for my buck and then some. The staff is so nice and patient. Fluffy Fluffy has tables and the food comes out on proper dishes, it was definitely a sit down meal. We love this place. We loved it so much that when we got to the car, we looked at each other and without a word we agreed that this was a great investment. we also agreed that it was filling but not uncomfortably so, that it was well worth its price and he even admitted that he was originally going to hate but was so surprised and taken back that he found nothing to complain about and how the owner deserved his recognition. My husband promptly got out of the car and went inside to thank the owner/manager for making such a wonderful meal and experience. I definitely recommend this place for brunch or lunch. Fluffy Fluffy left me disappointed. The pancake was good. No complaint there. The service.... First, why does it take 50 min to get a pancake when it wasn't crazy busy? At least the staff told me up front it would take that long. I ordered a double espresso and asked to have it brought with my food, not before (50min wait, right?). Ten min later, my espresso was delivered. I asked to have it remade when my food was ready. I also commented that I ordered a double and I was pretty sure it felt like a single in the cup. 40 min later the same single was delivered again (it was cold). I got the crème brûlée pancake and my girlfriend got the strawberry pancake. I thought mine was just ok, but I was stealing bite after bite of hers because the strawberry pancake was so good. The pancakes and icing are not too sweet, and the pancakes are light and fluffy as advertised. read more

Absolutely a must stop when your in the area. The Tokyo Tots were incredibly savory and flavorful. The Biscoff Pancakes were the perfect amount of fluff and sweet. The team working there are very kind and helpful, if your not sure what to get. I sadly don't live close by, but when ever I make a trip in the area. Very eggy for a pancake- more similar to a french toast than a pancake. While fluffy when they first came out, they deflated fairly quickly. While I enjoyed it, i don't think I would get it again. While decently decorated, the overwhelming demand for pancakes lead to long wait times and lack of seating available made for a crowded experience. Not really my thing, but I also haven't had soufflé pancakes before this. read more

These pancakes are amazing! The staff is super sweet as well! They are light and plenty of flavor toppings to choose from. The only downside is that the inside of this place is small. So on the weekends or really busy days you can expect to wait awhile. Go on a weekday and give it a try for sure! read more

I have wanted to try this place for the longest time and unfortunately each time we went, the wait was between 20-30 minutes. But we ended up going on a weekday right when the cafe opened and was able to get the delicious pancakes within a few minutes so if your schedule allows, that's the best way to enjoy the pancakes without the crowds or the wait! The staff was so polite and friendly and even offered us cold bottled waters since we were sitting outside to enjoy the pancakes which we devoured in a couple of minutes. The tiramisu pancake was a delightful fluffy pillowy, soft like a cloud treat. Salmon croffle was delicious and on the spicy side... expensive for a very small amount of salmon. Lychee refresher was so so. We'll probably come back again to try other pancake flavors. read more

the pancake was okay. im rating 3 stars because the one i had in toronto was much better taste and presentation wise. they were also thicker in toronto. i think if they prioritized the presentation and thickness it would be better. service is great though! read more
