One of the most unique dinner experiences I've ever enjoyed. Think carnival ride with dinner and cocktails. On the ground, you are assigned seats and the staff straps each guest in with multiple seat belts before the platform slowly ascends to about 150 ft in the air, giving you a gorgeous view of the city below. The platform staff are also harnessed in and they create a lively and festive atmosphere as you ascend. Soon the drinks start flowing and the party begins. I chose the sunset dinner and the views did not disappoint. It was a little cloudy that night so we didn't get the full sunset experience but it was still absolutely beautiful. The platform has pretty much a full bar so you can order whatever cocktail you please. I was in a champagne kind of mood and my glass was full pretty much until we returned to the ground. The first course was a Caesar salad. Not too much to say about it. Kind of hard to mess up a Caesar salad. The second course was a butternut squash soup. Warm and creamy. Perfectly seasoned. Delicious. The third course was churrasco steak with chimichurri and asparagus atop a bed of mashed taro root. Even though the steak was cooked to well done (I'm a 'medium' temperature kind of girl), it was still incredibly tender. I would have appreciated a larger portion of steak though. The asparagus was cooked perfectly and had a nice crisp to it. The taro root mash was pleasantly surprising. At first I thought it was mashed potatoes but it has a thicker, almost gummier texture... But in a good way. I'm glad that instead of boring mashed potatoes they served us something with a little more Puerto Rican flair. For the dessert course, we were served vanilla ice cream with chocolate chip cookie crumbles. I was kind of disappointed because it didn't really align with the overall meal. There are so many incredible Puerto Rican desserts to choose from...cookies and pastries and all sorts of delicious things. I was hoping that our dessert would also have had that local flair that I just mentioned. Unfortunately that was not the case, and I feel like ice cream with a couple of cookie crumbles was a lazy and unimaginative way to end and otherwise fantastic dinner. Aside from the dessert, my main disappointment was with the service I received on the ground. There was no signage indicating which flight was in progress, what time boarding would begin, where to check in, or any other logistical information or instructions. When I arrived, I assumed my group had already begun boarding, so I walked through the gate and started approaching the platform. I quickly realized everyone on the platform was giving me strange looks, but I couldn't figure out why. It turns out that the platform contained guests from the flight before mine, who were hanging out and finishing their drinks while waiting to disembark. It was a very embarrassing and completely preventable mistake. After several minutes, a staff member finally appeared and directed me to the check-in area. I shouldn't have been put in a position to be publicly embarrassed because the staff were sitting around in the booth instead of being out front guiding guests. There was no one visible, no one offering direction, and no one taking initiative until after the fact. This location needs to invest in clear signage showing where to check in, which flight is currently boarding, and when the next flight will begin to board, along with on-the-ground staff who are actually present and attentive. That incident unfortunately started my visit on a sour note, and I hope that future guests are spared the same embarrassment that I experienced. read more

I would say that this is more of an experience. The people were super nice made it an extra special experience the scenery was amazing drinks were good. Definitely needed some liquid courage here to look down and recline. The salad was good i actually enjoyed the pepper that they added. The food after was okay the idea is really cool and amazing but the food was not hot i would say it was below warm. That would be my only complaint. The ice cream for the dessert fell below expectations partly because it was melted. The feedback that i would give them is to be a bit more creative with getting keeping the food at the right temperatures. We would never go up in that thing, but it disturbed us every night on what should have been a relaxing vacation. It hovered above our hotel starting at 4 pm until midnight or later. Terrible experience. I paid over $500 for an excursion that was canceled due to high winds. While I understand that weather-related cancellations can happen, the only alternative offered was a nighttime excursion. Unfortunately, that was not an option for me because I was leaving the next day and already had plans that evening. What makes this even worse is that the operator texted me and stated that I would receive a refund. I have saved text messages showing this promise, yet the refund never happened. Since then, I have sent multiple text messages, made phone calls, and sent emails trying to resolve the issue, and I have received no response whatsoever. I even disputed the charge with my credit card company, but because of the company's terms and conditions, they were unable to help me recover the money. Be very careful when booking with this company. If they cancel your excursion, you may not receive the refund you were promised, and getting a response afterward appears nearly impossible. Extremely disappointing customer service and a very frustrating experience. read more

This was one of the most unique happy hour experiences that I have had so far. We purchased the unlimited drinks package because I didn't know what kind of champagne was being served. The check in was not as smooth as expected. Even though we filled out our information online, we still had to fill it out again with pen and paper. The check in guy forgot to give us our wristbands which delayed our experience since we had to go back and line up for the wristbands. What the check in experience lacked in attention to detail, it made up for it with being secured into the chair. I had 2 different people re-check that I was properly secured in my chair. The bartender nearest to us was not friendly or interested in making our drinks so we had to order them from another bartender which was challenging bc each bartender is secured to a specific area with a carabiner and some bungee jumping looking safety equipment. We ended up ordering a margarita and Pina colada halfway through our experience due to our disinterested bartender. We however had a few hors d'oeuvres. The first was a pork belly one with pineapple on a tortilla chip. The second was a mini lox. The third was a beef slider. And finally a dessert chocolate mousse mini pie. The dessert was the most delicious of the four. We had to descend due to an emergency from the other parties. This was actually a pro rather than a con because we got to experience the ascent twice. The views were beautiful since you get an ocean view and we got to see some of the sunset. I definitely would recommend the happy hour package especially because there isn't a kitchen on the platform. Make sure to remind the bartenders if you get the bottomless drink package. Also be sure that you get a receipt in case they forget to issue you a wristband at check in. Most importantly, please Uber because the champagne does keep flowing if you are lucky enough to get a friendly bartender. read more

I was so excited to come back to San Juan, after only stopping in briefly from a cruise, and this was my must go! We went for brunch to have better lighting and a view, it rained quite a bit so ours was delayed by over an hour. We had cocktails at the bar in the waiting area which were delicious. My friend and I ordered the roses and happy birthday setting which was cute. Unfortunately she was too scared to eat and sort of drank too much to cure her nerves (haha!) but I had such a time! I loved it, it goes by too quick though and wish we had more interaction with staff as they seemed to stick to the other end of the table and appear inconvenienced if asked for a photo. If I were to do it again I may have chosen dinner as while the food was decent, it wasn't worth the costs and I also understand you're more so paying for the experience. ***Additionally my friend lost A LOT of money here that she believes a staff member took while she rushed to the bathroom, not absolute certain but believe there were signs so regardless be very watchful of your items and bring very little with you. Parking was the only shortcoming of this experience. The place to park should have been better described and better marked, plus crossing the street between parking and the event is dangerous. Once on site everything was great. The servers are friendly, engaging and efficient. Service is well coordinated and our food was very good. This has gone down as one of the most unique and crazy experiences I've ever had. It took my family's fear of heights to a whole new level--talk about exposure therapy. We enjoyed three entrees, champagne in the sky, and you know I had to take a shot in the sky for the one time. First, the yogurt and granola parfait was really good! I cleaned my bowl and almost asked for more because it's that good. For the second course, my party had a mix of fluffy pancakes and tasty turkey club sandwiches. The final dessert course was a delicious French toast, presented in such a stunning way. Furthermore, the bartenders were very nice and made the experience comforting in what could have been a very uncomfortable setting. Overall, this was such a fun experience for me and my family. Talk about a unique dining experience. If you like adventure and food, this is it. There are different packages, but we chose the one with appetizers and drinks. Package price is per person. You get strapped in racing seats and then hoisted up 100 feet, and you get an amazing view of Ocean Park. It was slightly windy, so I was a tad bit nervous. I'm ok with heights, but being suspended gave me the heebee jeebees. All in all, it was an unforgettable and fun experience.
