Nancy is the best! Her classes are challenging, dynamic, and energetic. But most of all, she keeps things light and fun. Nancy is the best pilates instructor! She really knows how to tailor a workout for each person. I've gone with friends and done private sessions, and when one movement was too hard, she would modify it, or if it wasn't hard enough, she would make it even harder. She knows how to push me to work harder and motivate me to get results fast. She's also careful if I have any injuries. Some trainers just go through the motions, but Nancy doesn't.
