I've never had Flyer's pizza until this year and have been going back a few times. You can order on the phone or online and they tell you how long of an estimated wait it is. The restaurant itself is pretty small, but you can pick up your order through the drive through. The pizza is really good. I love their sauce and always get extra sauce. I've only gotten the pizza cut into small pieces, but I'm assuming you can get it cut into triangles. They don't typically have coupons on just pizza, but a large pepperoni is $15.25. Additional toppings are maybe $1 more? I'd recommend! read more

This is really more of a side dish complaint. I will say their pizza is one of my favorites, a nice sweet sauce and thin crust. So for the past 4 orders we order the plain bread sticks and they always come out dark brown and hard ends. Such a problem I called and complained. So today when I order I specifically ask them to not over cook the breadsticks. The person taking the order says "so a light cook" I said sure just don't want them dark brown. So I go pick up my order to find the breadsticks in this picture. 2 of the four bread sticks had these almost burnt marks and the other 2 are perfect. So the question is was this on purpose or just another mistake? I would expect someone to catch that and not serveEither way I have to go somewhere else for Friday night pizza next. Ordered Flyer's pizza for the first time today and I didn't know what to expect. After trying some of the other pizza locations in my general area I was not too pleased. But I am glad Flyer's changed that. I ordered a large sausage and black olive, a mini BLT, and an order of chocolate chip cookies. On both pizzas I asked for the original crust. Everything was cooked perfectly, not undercooked, not over-cooked. The lettuce and tomatoes on the BLT was fresh and crisp. The mayo was on the dough in place of a sauce and was not overbearing. The original crust is a medium thickness that was crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and golden on the bottom (no cornmeal). The cookies were warm, and thick with big chunks of chocolate. I do not think they were homemade though. Next time I will try their thin crust and wings. The BLT was good enough I will order it again. read more

I got a gift certificate for $10.00 off anything I wanted from here and who can pass that up. We went inside to order take out there was a girl on the phone and another who was organizing the orders in the window. We were not greeted nor did either girl acknowledge us which I think they should get them to work on. We stood there for a couple and once the girl got off the phone she greeted us and we placed our order and she did suggest a side of mushrooms which I declined, but she did a good job. We ordered a large pepperoni with sausage which would have been $17, but was only $7 for us so great deal. We got through pizza quick and it was piping hot. I really enjoyed the crust and sweet sauce and plenty of cheese too, but there sausage was too spicy (not hot spicy) for my tummy. He liked the crust and pepperoni, but wanted more sauce and bigger chunks of sausage. All in all I don't trust the sides, but the pizza is much better and I will order again. read more

I bought this last week based off the best of Grove City Awards, and also because they are a sponsor/supporter of Autism Speaks. I had high hopes. Sigh..it was average. It was edible. Ok, it was disappointing. I ordered 2 build your own pizzas. One thick crust with sausage and onions, and one thin crust with pepperoni and pineapple. (I like on pizza, move on.) It was delivered lukewarm, so maybe it's better hot? The thick crust was not great. It actually tasted stale, the crust didn't crunch, and it was not chewy, it just kind of bent in your mouth and took awhile to chew. The sauce was unmemorable. The thin crust was better. It was crunchy, the topping were generous tasted good. I just think I'll stick to some other pizza places for now. read more

This is the second time I've had the pizza, and it really is worth ordering; it's worth becoming a regular here, too. We had the pepperoni and barbecue chicken pizzas, and each were incredibly delicious. The pizza had very low amounts of grease, which is what I look for in a pizza. The bottoms were gracefully toasted to perfection. The portions were also very good. The only thing I would suggest is to figure out how to make the pizzas a little more puffed up. So on Memorial day we had family in from out of town. We told them how good flyers pizza is. They wanted to go elsewhere but we talked them into it. So we ordered $60 in pizza and were told it would be about 25 minutes. So we go to pick it up and they can't find our order after about 5 minutes we are told they didn't place the order, we were asked to wait in there lot and they would prepare the order. After about 30 minutes my wife went in to check progress only to find the order ready and they forgot we were waiting in the lot. So to make it right, they said they were going to give us a credit , a short haired spunky lady was the person that my wife spoke to. So today we ordered some pizza and asked them to put it against our credit. She couldn't find it, we gave the story to the current manager and they told us they wouldn't honor what was promised to us. We cancelled our order and will never go back read more

We recently ,with the help of a nice letter from the Mgr, and gift certificate, decided to have another pizza from this location. Although we said nothing of the past issues, I am sure we are in the computer now. We ordered a pizza that do not normally get. Lots of Veggies, and pepperoni. My only request was we needed it delivered and begged for their great crisp crust. We ordered a large which we have found the larger the pie the harder to get a complete crust. We asked please don't overdue the sauce instead of "light sauce". Pizza arrived in 25 minutes, could not have been faster if they prepared it in our own kitchen. The pizza hot, the great crunchy crispy crust had returned. The toppings were generous and fresh tasting . A better pizza I could not imagine, I hope this has not spoiled us for the next time. 45 minutes to a hour on busy times is expected for delivery, just either hot (warm) or a call that "We are busy, and tryin to keep up, you have a ETA of......" If the pizza is cooked the way that you have sold us on over the years, we have a oven and cast skillet. Thanks for the redemption , the effort and the great Pizza. The certificate? You have GOT to love Flyer's Pizza. It's a West Side Columbus/Grove City thing. You either love Flyer's on Hoover or PJ's Pizza at Hall/Norton. Me, I'm a flyer's man. A good, tasty pizza, not soggy with grease, not cracker-thin, and it's not one of those pizzas where you eat a slice and be grateful you got a few pepperoni with the whole loaf of Wonder Bread you just ate. The sauce is nice and sweet.... great hot, great cold, and always spectacular with beer. Delivery is always on-time or early... can't beat Flyer's. I am, however, dinging them one star for their other menu items. The subs are passable (Gimme a King Don at that point), and everything else is bar food fare. They should team up with Tammy's. I had a great experience at this location. They were very patient with me as I tried to find my coupon unsuccessfully. However paying the regular price wasn't an issue with the employees friendliness. One girl (sorry I can't remember your name!) spoke with me the whole time I was there about different things and mostly horror films since tis the season and because she is a film major. I found it a very pleasant experience as most places will just take your order bring your food and go about their way. As I was by myself, I really appreciated the friendliness. Well. Besides being the priciest pizza delivery in grove city. You would think that sending out a way over cooked order would be thoughtless. Nope. Almost $40 worth of greasy and over cooked food. Could call and complain. But what's the point ? If product rolled out and deemed ok to serve. Why complain- pointless. Ticket # on the order should someone there in management want to do the right thing was # 231 on 9-1-17. Otherwise the last time I purchase your product ever. Fixed mushrooms the should be called died mushrooms. Pizza obviously over done by the extra crunchy and burnt edges. NAhh. That's good. Send it on out. Not unexpected to get delivery that is cold and needs heated up - I get it. Overcharging for a pie one may expect to maybe upgrade the delivery bags to keep it warm? NAhh why bother. Done. First time customer here. Normally go to Pizza Hut or Masseys when I want pizza, but they just built a new flyers in front of our apt. so we decided to check it out. Their Stromboli menu online sounded irresistible! I ordered the Philly and couldn't wait to get it home. When I got home, I found I had marinara in my box, and not the cheese sauce mentioned on the website menu. Now normally that wouldn't warrant a bad review, but when I called the store back to give them a chance to right the mix-up, I was informed I was in the wrong and every Stromboli came with marinara, not the sauce listed on the online menu. I ordered two pizzas for carryout. When I got there to pick them up one was wrong. Mistakes happen and I waited 15 minutes while they made a new one. There was no apology for the mistake. Replacement pizza comes out and it is still wrong. Again no apology and the manager on duty overheard there was a problem and quickly went in the back to avoid dealing with it. They offered to make a third pizza but I told them to just forget it and credit my card back for the pizza they got wrong. They told me they couldn't issue a credit to my card but could give me store credit for a future order. I told them the credit needed to be issued to the card because I wasn't paying for a pizza I didn't get and after this horrible excuse for customer service I wouldn't be back. They finally said they thought they issued the credit but had no way to give me a receipt to verify it. The one pizza they did manage to get right was now cold after sitting that long. Pizza was just average at best and service was the worst I have experienced in a long time at any dining establishment. Will not be back. read more
