I was so impressed with the video assessment that they sent me that showed me the things that were wrong with my car. It was reassuring to have a video that showed the issues rather than just just take a stranger's word for it. On a recent trip home (driving over 500 miles), I just didn't feel my car was running right. I called and talked to Chad, who remembered me and told me to bring my car in and he would be happy to take a look at it. Jeff, was wonderful with pinpointing exactly what the problem was after looking at the pages of repairs I recently had done, at the shop in Virginia where I currently live and after a simple test drive. I couldn't feel better about driving my car another mile let alone 500 to get back home if it wasn't for Jeff and the other guys that worked on my car yesterday. In closing, if you need any work done on your car, Tire Connection is the spot! Fair AND honest...you don't find that a lot anymore!!

He said okay and walked away and they got to work. 5 minutes later he comes back and says you should get a transmission flush, I say no. He says I need a radiator flush, I say no, he says I should get a fuel injector cleaning service, I say I already had that done 50,000 miles ago and it didn't work, so I'm good. Despite me being up front and telling them I don't want any additional services and telling them I was just there a month ago, they insisted on selling me more services. I understand it's their job, but if I politely tell you no twice, please take that as a hint.
