Okay... so how do I respectfully say... absolutely not. Guys... I figured I tried and ignore the bad reviews. My sister and dad went here once when I was a bit younger and now I know why we never went back. I took my car here to get the water spots off, I paid extra for it and for them to clean the mats and seats a long with the standard stuff. Total was $60. It took an hour and a half to almost 2 hours for them to finish... and there was no change on the outside, and it was actually worse on the outside besides the driver and passenger mat. They made my seats dirtier with their dirty rags they use to wipe tires and the exterior of the car. The trunk mat was not washed nor were the carpets vacuumed. Dash and cup holders were still filthy. I honestly didn't even get a pictures of everything because there was a lot! I went to ask the lady at the register what was included in my wash... and I didn't get half of everything she said. I brought her out and showed her, she apologized and said she'll have them do it again. To be fair... she gave me a card to come again and get the same exact wash next time promising better service... but I honestly don't know if I'll take her up on that offer. I had to wait another 30 minutes so I was there for a little over 2 hours I think. And even when they were done fixing their mistakes... it's as if they didn't fix anything! Still dirt all over my seats, cup holders and dash actually dirtier! I said forget it, and left because I just didn't have time anymore... I would not recommend. read more

The individuals who wash the cars do a really good job. My issue is with the "subscription". I signed up last month and was told that there would be no increase in price and was billed for triple the amount I should have been charged. I have been trying to call the last three days to address the issue and keep being told to call back in an hour when the manager is in. When I call back there is no answer or I am told to call the following day. This is very upsetting and while it could be something resolvable, frustrating to have this caliber of customer service. read more

When I pulled up I was surprised to see that a basic car Wash was $145. When I asked the attendant where I could turn around and leave he said will do your truck for $49.95. I kind of felt like I was on the border in Tijuana negotiating with a street vendor for a large sombrero. Maybe I'm just not with the times but all I wanted to do was roll my truck through an automated car wash. Oh well I was there... The truck got washed and I feel strangely dirty. Used this facility on Tuesday at about 10 in the morning. The place looked deserted save for a couple of cars being finished up in the exit space at the end of the car wash tunnel. I pulled up to where you check in and somebody appeared, who was eventually washing cars and had to work the check in also. I spent a few minutes convincing the guy that I only wanted a car wash, not the complete knob polish for $100. He looked disappointed. This guy was also covering the cash register, so I had to wait for him to finish whatever he was doing before he could take my money. I watched my truck get soaped down by a kid in a hoodie using a beat up brush. Sort of half-assed. Then it was run through the "automated" sprayers etc. which also seemed half-assed. Some didn't work, others looked like they sprayed for effect only, not for actual cleaning. The truck was positioned out in the finishing area where the same kid who soaped it down took on wiping it off. He used two rags - never changed them, never rinsed them. After about fifteen minutes he decided his job was done - again - half-assed. I had to call another guy over to finish cleaning the wheels (the kid quit after three). On my way home I began noticing all the dust and dirt that the kid just plain ignored. Truly half-assed. Charged $28. read more

Recently had my jeep washed here and asked about restoring my faded fenders, I was told they could do it for $100. The wash and other detailing was great but when it came time for the fenders, it all went terrible, they spent about 5 minutes on them, they only seemed to apply amoral to them, nothing special, I did confront the manager and he stated to come back. I didn't come and pay to have to come back, it should have been addressed or my money refunded on the spot. Not ever going back, the businesses these days seem to rip people off and I am done with that. People should get what they paid for, period. read more

I requested the manager special for $69.00 on the board. Includes wash, spray wax, interior, and exterior detailing. I paid inside and noticed I was charged $75.00. When I informed the young man that waited on me, he immediately handed me a $5.00 bill as if that covered it. I let it go for the time being. I then waited in the outdoor hall viewing area, and noticed that my car was only ran through the water sprayer without the use of soap amd nobody washing the car. Then it passed through the wax sprayer with nothing coming out. I went back to the cashier after my car was driven to the dry/detail spot and asked why my car wasn't spray waxed or washed. He said they would spray wax it outside during the detail portion. He then mentioned something in Spanish to the detailer referencing a spraying motion. I sat outside and kept an eye on the detailer. He had not done anything aside from the outside windows and tire dressing after completing the interior when he called me over to hand me my keys. I ran my hand accross the body in case I missed a step and felt grime because not only did they fail to wash it with soap, they did not spray wax it. I walked back into the cashier and told the same young man that it was not waxed after he told the guy to wax it. He walked over, said something to the detailer, they both started inspecting the interior, and walking around the exterior. I approached them and said I would just take the car and never use their business again. Not only was I overcharged from the posted price, the services I paid for were not received. The actions of the young man tell me those are common business practices there. I suggest findimg a differnt car wash or do it yourself in the future. read more
