Completely unprofessional management!! They avoid and dodge customer issues. Car wash damaged my vehicle and my right side panel was torn off completely....a report was written up and the current attendant agreed the issue was a result of their machine. I was told a manager would contact me the next day but never heard from him. I visited the facility again the following day hoping to speak with the manager but he was not available. I was then again assured he would contact me the next day but that never occurred. They lack quality business practice. read more

We have two monthly accounts and get a discount for multiple cars. We've tried other car washes in the area and this is the best for our buck. The hand drying at the end gives it extra value. It was my first time using mats car wash on Tennessee Street. I pulled in right around 8 o'clock not knowing that they close at eight but the machine took my money the guy smiled and was helpful as I went through the car wash pulled around to the south vacuuming area which has a sign that says 10 minutes max and after five minutes and halfway through vacuuming everything turned off on me. I had a track one of the two employees down and they said they closed and that's why they turned it off I said well you saw me go through I'm the only car in the parking lot so they did turn it back on but I had to wait five minutes for the system to reboot. Great price. Sometimes the drying isn't perfect but for the price it is reasonable. Doesn't get all the dirt if stuck on the car but for how fast you are in and out it can be easily overlooked. Unless you want your car to be torn apart, and then want to be treated like a lesser human being by the owner because you're a woman, don't go here. I went here for a couple years no problem, then one day myself and another Honda Civic (same make and model as mine) in front of me both had our windshield wipers torn off by the car wash. Unfortunately my car had more damage with the wiper being smashed into my windshield and cracking my windshield. After this happened the workers at the car wash were very apologetic and kind. I kept my cool and was kind back and understood that stuff like this must just happen. They assured that no matter what my car would get fixed BUT Matt never goes through insurance so I'd have to talk to him. Matt was called down, he was a jerk. He treated myself and the other woman like we had no clue what we were talking about and then started to suggest we take our vehicles to some shady friend of his in Yucaipa to get fixed. We both refused and said he'd have to do it our way or go through our insurance. After both of us started feeling like Matt was hinting that the incident was our fault (for having a Honda Civic) and talking down on us because we're women we felt so offended and disguised by his behavior that we both called our significant others to come deal with him. They argued and also got the vibe that Matt felt like he was above everyone else, but he was more communicative with them than he was with us "women". Matt never once apologized, couldn't even give us a free car wash! I went and got estimates for my car which said the linkage assembly was completely broken along with the wiper blade arm and of course my windshield. We stayed in contact with Matt and after much arguing with him and debating over the phone he finally gave in and got me genuine OEM parts. We gave in to his sketchy windshield replacement man to replace my windshield because we were so sick of dealing with Matt. We had Matt write us a check to get the linkage assembly installed which we finally were able to do after weeks of back and forth. Bottom line is this car wash is cheap but it's very likely it will damage your car. Especially after looking at other Yelp reviews! Be careful if you don't want any broken parts done to your car from here. I never had anything wrong with my car before coming here, but when I went to check my car the later on that day, a piece that goes to my passager side door was broken by the turning wash wheels inside durning the wash. I even heard the hard bang when it was washing on that side. I'm very ocd when it comes to my car so i was so upset when that happened. I'm a fan of this carwash! I chose the cheapest $6 and was satisfied with the result. For reference, I drive a small Hyundai Elantra. This is a drive thru car wash that involves paying at a kiosk. There are two lines that merge after payment, and they control it so one car comes in from each line and zippers perfectly. At the entrance, there is a guy that guides you onto the tracks and hoses down your car. Put your car in neutral and relax! The entrance also shows you exactly what wash you purchased so you know what you're getting going in. At the end, two guys use microfiber towels for a final wipedown. It may seem like a long line at first, but it was so efficient I was in and out in probably 15 minutes! I didn't get to use the vacuum service because I didn't need it, but I'll definitely be back! read more

I'll be back for their $8 express wash but not for more than that. For $8 (it used to be $7 last year) you get a pretty decent automatic car wash. Your car goes through fluffy brushes and your car gets a bubble bath! Your car comes out decently clean. Of course, at an automatic carwash they won't get any of the crevices in between rims and car doors, or get spot cleaning if you have caked on bird poop on the exterior. So all in all it meets my expectations and I'd come back for the express wash. I got the $14 ultimate wash one time and you supposedly get a discount for your next wash (within 14 days). But your discounted car wash needs to be the $14 one as well. So in the end it comes out to be a buy 1, then get half-off. The ultimate sounds fancy but does not give an appreciable cleaner car as far as I'm concerned. read more

So I would avoid this place. Paid for Delux and the car came out dirty (see the pic I posted). I was excited about this place but the dirt wasn't the only problem. I get to the end of the automated car wash and the person in front of me driving her Prius couldn't get her car into drive. I put as much force onto my brakes as I can pop the emergency brake and HONK like a mad man for literally a good 45 seconds before eventually someone hit the emergency button. I can pay the same amount for an express wash here and it actually cleans my car AND there's free vacuums which do great job in cleaning the interior and hard-to-get places. A $12 car wash is now going to cost me my $500 deductible because I don't plan on buying a new car any time soon and don't want to drive around with th reminder of this wash for another 100k miles. Prices have increased since pre-Covid by like 1-2 dollars depending on the service selected. As of 9/5/2020 their vacuums are again operational (I saw some reviews previously that said they weren't offering their vacuum services). I just usually get the most basic service and it works just fine on my car. Just like any other Carwash the machine wash can be a bit harsh on your car but if you don't mind too much about cosmetic wise this place will clean your car in a jiffy. read more

If you're closing at 8pm and your vacuums automatically shut down at 8pm. Why would you ok a customer to get a wash 10mins prior to close. I barely got out my vehicle to grab a vacuum hose then a minute later they're shut off. Very disappointing. They should shut the Carwash down 15-20mins prior to closing that way you give at least 15mins for a paying customer to vacuum the interior of their vehicle. For those reasons I will not return. Also, the customer service there was trash. I asked why are the vacuums shutting off? All I got was a "we're closed" with 3 others in the vacuum stations and two other cars behind me that were still getting washed. I am always in a hurry. So I buy the one of the monthly passes and I don't have to spend time in line paying. I can drive up to the gate, it recognizes the pass on my windshield, I go thru the car wash, and I'm done. Or I can stop to vacuum the floors. And... they open early, like 7:00 AM. What a deal. Went thru car wash on Monday February 18, 2019 the large spinning wheel crashed down on top of my cab of my F-150 truck breaking the outside cab light lens. employees were not helpful at all, one employee found half of my light lens cover in the car wash on the ground. They said this never happens here and told me its not their fault and owner will not cover it. I love this place! I regularly go, but recently had an issue where two of the windows on my car got scratched. I spoke to the attendant who brought over a manager who was respectful and helpful. I worked with management, and they replaced my damaged window, as well as paid for a new tint. They were always very quick in responding, respectful, and helpful; great customer service. I'd give a 5 star but only gave a 2 because for the last 2 times I've been there, my car always comes out with new scratches!!! I know all the scratches on my car and I know every each of it! So when my car came out of the wash with new LONG scratches on top (roof) I was so disappointed. I think the huge brushes of the car wash picks up tiny pepples from cars it washes and when the brushes moves it scratches the roof of your car. I drove my brand new white Nissan Rogue through this car wash and all hell broke loose! I heard things smashing against my vehicle during the entire wash! I was scared to death! Whoa this place is amazing. While visiting family in Redlands we popped by to get a quick car wash. This car wash is super high tech, clean, fast and totally worth the price they charge. We got a deluxe wash for 12. Maybe I'm naive to think that is an amazing bargain or I have lived in Los Angeles to long and now everything anywhere else is much cheaper. This deluxe wash did the trick our car was spotless and then to our bewilderment there are attendants that will wipe down your car at the end with microfiber towels. OMG I think I'm going to drive to Redlands just to get a carwash. Makes me want to visit my family more often. read more

Spoiler alert: the car wash machine broke the wiper arm on the passenger side of my car. My mom brought me here to get a quick washing of my Honda Civic. It is an older model in good physical shape. Driving through was fun, and my mom and I were enjoying the suds and the experience at the beginning. The final part of the wash is the car going under a huge roller that rubs down the windshield and the roof of the car. WELL... as this big roller came down on the windshield, we heard a loud CRACK sound, and I thought my windshield was damaged. The guys waiting for us on the other side heard it too, we could see the expression on their faces... dismay and shock. Turns out, the machine grabbed and bent the arm of my windshield wiper, and that's what we heard snapping. The employees explained that this happens occasionally, meaning the machine SOMETIMES grabs parts of the car!!!! Are you serious!? Fixing the part, plus the labor, will run about $120... My mom and I had an extensive conversation with Ricky (the shift manager) about the damage, and he said we would have to wait to speak with the owner (Matt) about recovering the cost. But we have yet to hear back from either of them. I wanted badly to like this place, but tell me how on earth we can return to this car wash knowing that parts of the car could be damaged in the process?! When they have reimbursed me for the damages, I will amend the review, but until then, I would have to warn others to AVOID THIS PLACE. I have a long drive ahead of me, and there will be some rain where I am going. Due to the year of my car, the part I need has to be ordered and will not be ready until next week.
