Celebrated my parents 32 anniversary here and although I've been to a different Fogo de Chao before, our experience at this new location felt truly special, exceptional and unique! Kim, Orlando and all the staff made our dining experience seamless by keeping our drinks filled, swapping out our plates and bringing more meats to our liking. The food was bursting with flavor, presented beautifully and at the proper temperature. The restaurant itself was so clean and beautiful, from the foyer to the restroom. If youve been to the downtown Fogo, this one will reinvent the definition of a fine dining experience for you. It blows everything else out of the water. The prices are reasonable considering the amount of food you can get. Highly reccommend!

They offer many of the same selections and ambiance as other Brazilian steakhouses, but their service really stands out. Always great service when we are here. They also have a great happy hour and brunch on weekends if you're not looking for the full dinner experience. It's great that there's a location on the Northwest side of town now!

Came for the all day happy hour and was not disappointed! This location is beautiful and tons of parking. We came in during dinner time and there was open seating at the bar, no reservation needed. The bartenders and servers were so helpful with the happy hour menu and we loved talking to them throughout the night! It blows my mind how affordable the food was for the amount and quality you get! They provided their delicious cheese bread with a sweet bacon, so yummy! For appetizers, we ordered the saucy legs, empanadas, and yuca fries for $6 each. Great deal, but they all did taste a bit dry and could've had more flavor. The $10 picanha burger is probably the best burger I've ever had! Melts in your mouth, great flavor, very cheesy which I love, and it's a very generous portion. The filet mignon board with chimichurri was delicious, perfectly cooked and under $20. Highly recommend the all-day happy hour for delicious, high quality food without breaking the bank!

The new Fogo de Chao is a BEAUTIFUL restaurant. It's super convenient location and ample parking is fantastic - and so much easier than the downtown location (which is honestly why we don't visit more often). The host, servers, and manager were all so very gracious and hospitable - perfect customer service. Kudos to the team!!!! Fogo was offering an INCREDIBLE Veteran's Day appreciation special for 50% for Vets and 10% for their guests on their full or indulgent Churrasco! Not to mention, our 4yo daughter was complimentary. Both my husband and I are US Army Veterans and truly appreciated the recognition. Per usual, their food was good! I honestly go for the salad bar mostly (lol). My hubby is the carnivore and skip's that part every time. The lentil soup they had?! Sooooo good, had a little tang to it - that I loved!! We enjoyed the bottom sirloin - very tender and flavorful. However, my hubby's desired Ribeye only came at the very end when we were essentially tired of waiting. More rotations would've been nice. There was another steak, which name I forget, that was super tough. It had potential though! Oh, and I LOVE their mini popovers - I could eat several bowls of them, hahaha. They also featured some mocktails that all sounded delicious - and the sour I elected to try was fantastic! If you're looking for a good Brazilian Steakhouse experience in a beautiful local, give this location a go! We will be back :)

A solid 3 rating. Went for a lunch celebration at work for a 10 year anniversary. The interior decor is flawless. Went with a group of 10 people, lots of room and the interior is large & bright. Onto the food. I'd rank this one dead last with Chama & Brasão leading the pack. They need to figure out their grills. All meat that came out was overcooked. Would ask for medium rare and the meat would come back medium into medium well. A true disappointment enough for the general consensus of our group to determine we would scratch this from our list of all you can eat meat spots. The salad bar was good, and I did think it was interesting they had rice as a side too. The other thing to dock a star was the service. The workers were not properly trained. They had all kinds of people crossing other's paths, had a waiter spill silverware, others coming by with a chicken and not even a min later having a different person coming with the same type of meat. We found ourselves waiting for cuts of meat even though we had asked for them. Same waited a while to come back for water refills. We were never given a clean plate after going for salads, we had to ask for them. Just basic stuff that hopefully they can work on to make better.

I absolutely LOVED this place so much. The overall vibe is top tier compared to other Brazilian steakhouses. Drinks were fabulous and food was fantastic. We started off a little rough with our server who kept disappearing on us from the beginning, somehow there was a super nice woman who actually worked at the bar or was a connoisseur and she ended up taking care of us, which we greatly appreciated her since we came for my birthday dinner! I cannot wait to come back.

This location is beautiful! I was a fan of Fogo in LA. I recently relocated to San Antonio and wanted my dad to see how delicious the food is at Fogo. It did not disappoint and it was even better than the LA Fogo! Service was amazing too!

My friends surprised me with Fogo de Chao lunch date for my birthday, I was so excited to try the new location. Service from the waitstaff was sometimes slow but overall good! I did go with an empty glass for a while and did have to ask for certain meats more than once. We did get mashed potatoes and they were just set on the table, I'm kind of used to them being served onto my plate when at a Brazilian steakhouse. Now onto my experience with the gauchos.... A gaucho came to my table and as he sliced the meat with the knife pointed in my direction he signaled for me grab the piece, he then continued to cut in my direction which ultimately ended up with me being cut by the knife. I was in awe as to how this could've happened to me. I don't think that with proper training there should have ever been a possibility of me being injured. Anyways the manger did try to make up for it and the gaucho did apologize. I do not want to focus solely on this negative experience with the gaucho. The food was great! Meats were perfectly prepared. Seasoned and cooked to perfection. Their onion and cheese dish with honey was fabulous. However I do wish they had roasted pineapple with cinnamon. We came on a Monday and the restaurant was pretty slow which did create a very relaxing environment and allowed us to enjoy our food at a much slower pace. I'd probably be back here sometime in the future but I will be honest I have been left with some anxiety.

Fast service! Delicious dinning! Amazing meats! Great atmosphere! Love the salad bar. I think there the fastest servers I have ever had. The steak and beef was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend them for your next Brazilian experience! What kept them from 5 Star was this weird post dinner "up sale" for reviews and drinks - just was an odd interaction.

We visited for restaurant week. The vibe of this new location was great. It's so nice! The hostess was very polite and we were seated very quickly. We order drinks and they were a bit delayed. It wasn't a huge deal, but then the salad bar was pretty picked over and not replenished for a while. The meat service was also very sparse! The assistant manager, Crystal was good about checking in and asking what we were waiting on and did send things we wanted our way; however, it took a very long time. We definitely didn't get as much as we'd have wanted, but it was getting late. Because it was a restaurant special dessert was included. Again, after ordering it took at least 25 minutes for dessert to arrive. It wasn't very good. Several of us ordered crème brûlée, one chocolate cheesecake, and a tres leches cake. The cheesecake was the best thing of the night. The cake was super dry and the crème brûlée was clumpy. Our waiter was good and the assistant manager was very aware of the service and quality of food. She did apologize as they were understaffed and she acknowledged the food issues. But even at restaurant week prices nothing was done to make it right. I do appreciate the hospitality and the acknowledgment but we still spent about $80 each for subpar food and pretty bad service because of the large party in the private room. Most of the meat service was in there. Not sure I'd return. There are better options for Brazilian steakhouses.

Went for my birthday brunch at this new location. It was a bit tricky because they closed both sides of the frontage road along 1604 near I-10 so we had to figure out how to get to the entrance since the turnarounds were blocked. I called to get some specifics but the gal didn't know how to direct me. She said to just use Apple or Google maps. I told her I was already using an app so she put me on hold and came back and said to use Exit 557A. I told her we'd figure it out and if we couldn't we'd cancel our reservation. We figured it out by going on I-10 by Costco & turning around, staying close to the frontage road, veering right and onto the parking lot. Just be forewarned on the weekends there may be closures. I checked in and we were seated by the window which was nice and bright. The space is nice, airy, has a modern decor with high ceilings and music was being softly piped in until later when more people came in. We were greeted by several servers who brought water, my Mimosa and Rolf who explained the menu items & offerings. We had been to a few other Brazilian BBQ places around town but not Fogo. After we looked at the menu, we both decided to get Chilean Seabass since we had grilled Lamb chops the night before. I liked how you could order the entrees which include the "Market Bar" which includes a variety of salads, Lox, Prosciutto, cheeses like Manchego slices and Parm chunks off a wheel; also includes Beets tartare, grilled Peppers, Hearts of Palm, Button Mushrooms, a Brazilian Corn salad which was bitter, not sweet; Tomato slices w/Mozzarella & Basil; Watermelon slices, Papaya and Berries; and on the other side was Linguica sausage chunks with thick bacon that tasted like Pork Rinds in a good, crunchy way!! There was a Tomato Soup in a kettle beside the sausage and some baguette rounds and croutons with bowls w/c were easily accessible. They had a made to order Omelette station which we didn't use cos we were there for other things and they had mini Belgian waffles. I didn't have any since I was there for the entree and salad offerings. As I sipped on my Mimosa, I looked down and there was a dead Mosquito on my wine stem. I left it there and didn't make a fuss. When the Seabass came, I was still eating my salad on another plate and waiters would come by about every 2 minutes checking on us, offering to take a plate, filling water, asking how everything was, etc. I started eating my fish and noticed it was kinda greasy and needed more seasoning. I asked one server if they had soy sauce so she checked in the back but told me they didn't have any. She offered to give more lemon slices so I said that was fine. There's a Papaya Vinaigrette which has chopped onions, Papaya, Tomatoes but the fish generally needed more seasoning. Caramelized bananas, polenta and mashed potatoes were also given. The first Seabass had thin asparagus spears which were cooked fine. Halfway thru, I cut into my fish and there was a 1" black hair strand so we told the waiter, Josiah. He took it back and I told him I just wanted 1/2 a fish so they gave me another whole one which was much more moist and less greasy but the asparagus was overdone & greasy. I think they probably do better with the Brazilian meats vs. fish dishes. The servers were apologetic, informed me how much time it would take and we were patient. We received a few apologies from the staff and I think a manager. Moving forward, I hope they can follow thru with the quality control or protocol before the dishes are sent out to customers. That being said, the service was always helpful and checking on us and they ended up comping the Seabass. I thought that was sincere and I understand things happen. Just giving another serving would've been fine and we would've gladly paid for it. Since it was my birthday, I got a free dessert from the menu. I decided on the Molten Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream and a sliced Strawberry. Yay! It had a candle and Happy Birthday icing written on the plate. I was going to try the Chocolate Licor 43 that Alizay(?), the female employee had suggested as we were talking about Carajillos and Espresso Martinis when we first arrived, but she never came by with the sample after lunch. It's okay. Perhaps next time. One last note...I almost fell on the slippery probably waxy faux wooden floor. I thought it was my heels but when we left, I told my husband to check it out and he said it was slippery too. He thought it might have been the cleaner they used. The bathrooms were clean and had a modern decor as well. This is an area with new developments and shops about to open. I applaud their efforts for service and except for some hiccups, the ambiance and food is good...esp. the chewy, warm Brazilian Cheese Bread which my husband chowed down on!

My husband and I had date night at The Prisoner's Wine Dinner. It was so amazing!! Great service and delicious food typical of Fogo de Chao. The Prisoner's wine matched perfectly with the food. The presenters were very knowledgeable and spent enough time at each table to make us feel special. We will be looking forward to coming back. Love the North San Antonio location to avoid downtown traffic.

So excited to try this place! It did not disappoint. Made a reservation just in case it gets too crowded for a Friday evening. The place looks great and amazing, staff service was attentive and lovely. Food, amazing. Everything tasted so delicious. I wish we paced ourselves better, ha. However got to try everything. The pork belly was SO good, have to get it with that honey sauce. I enjoyed the lamb medallion too, wasn't gamy. All the steak/beef cuts were amazing, wish I was able to eat more. Oh yea, ask for the chimichurri sauce, that was so good! Can't wait to return! It's a great place for any type of celebration, plenty of parking too.

It was our fault for not interpreting the menu correctly. Absolutely nothing on the restaurant. We thought we were getting fish that had sauce on it - our bad. Thankfully the manager has it removed due to his mistake. When it came to getting sat, at 45 min I went to ask for an update and they had the nerve to tell me it was going to be another 45 min!! I was like heck no! I'm pregnant and there wasn't as many people when we first arrived. There were way more people waiting now. The hostess apologized said they had a large reservation but will make sure we get sat in 10-15 min. Good thing I checked. Then when we got sat (family of 6), we were sat right under the AC and it was freezing cold. Thankfully they turned it down some for us. I was also disappointed that most of their dishes do not come with veggies, you need to order it separately. And they don't allow you to sub broccoli for the green beans with the kids. Also extremely disappointed in their to go boxes being styrofoam! As much as you pay to eat here they can't offer better quality to go boxes. Styrofoam is banned in most other countries bc of the toxicity ‍ and I asked for some parchment paper and look what they gave me! Overall though the food was good minutes the mistakes and cold temperatures.

We made a 6:15 pm reservation on a Saturday to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The…read morerestaurant was busy, but not loud. We could talk comfortably at a normal volume, which already put this place ahead of a lot of spots on a weekend night. Service set the tone immediately. Our server, Mario, was excellent. Kind, professional, attentive without hovering, and his recommendations were spot on. On top of that, the entire staff signed an anniversary card for us, which was a genuinely thoughtful touch. The manager, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, stopped by our table, congratulated us, and treated us to a dessert and two glasses of champagne on the house. That kind of hospitality is rare and it mattered. We started with the deviled eggs. They were overfilled in the best way and topped with maple bacon that complemented them perfectly. We also ordered a bowl of clam chowder. It was not overly creamy, had small chunks of clam, and was well seasoned. All it needed was a little black pepper, which is an easy fix. For entrées, my wife ordered the redfish and I had the Maui steak. The redfish was fresh and cooked perfectly, not dry at all, finished with a light lemony butter sauce. The couscous was properly cooked and well seasoned, not bland, and the asparagus had a subtle grilled, almost barbecue-like flavor that worked really well. My Maui steak was a 16-ounce boneless ribeye in a tangy marinade with hints of garlic and pineapple. The balance was excellent. Tender, juicy, and cooked a true medium rare. It came with smashed potatoes that were creamy and smooth without being thick or dry. Exactly how they should be. Dessert sealed it. The carrot cake was outstanding. Warm, soft, moist, not overly sweet, with fine shreds of carrot and nuts throughout. Honestly, it is arguably the best carrot cake I have ever had. Overall, this was a great experience. Service was top-notch. The manager makes regular rounds to check on tables, which shows real leadership. There are cards at the front listing the manager, assistant manager, and chefs by name, which signals pride and accountability. The only downside is the interior lighting. It is slightly dim and takes a moment for your eyes to adjust. That said, the staff more than makes up for it with warmth and professionalism. Big thanks to the entire team, and congrats to Mario on his engagement. We will absolutely be back.

It was all delicious and I think the crab cake was one of the best I've ever had...nice chunks of crab and a yummy remoulade for dipping. They also have several large round tables to accommodate bigger groups.

In my experience, Restaurant Week dishes were normally smaller portions, but not at Southerleigh! We ordered 3 Dinners and had enough for another two meals, and every bite was incredible. Chicken Cracklins: How these were not in a pool of grease and were perfectly crispy and seasoned was impressive but not a surprise, because Southerleigh knows how to fry chicken! Deviled Eggs: They're the devil because I could eat 12 of them and have no regrets. Creamy, nice bit of bacon on top, and absolutely delicious. Fried Pickles (GF): Y'all. I've never had fried pickles like these before. Perfectly crispy and not even a little greasy. Ranch was delicious, special sauce excellent. I could eat those fried pickles every day - my doctor would love it. Half Chicken (GF): Outstanding. I'm forever amazed but how good this GF chicken is. Unreal. 10/10. Chicken Wings: Fried Catfish: If you have a friend whose faces squishes up in disgust when you suggest fried catfish, take them here and get them this fish. Remoulade was perfect. But the crust on that fry and how light it was + how non-greasy or heavy that fried catfish was...there are no words. I could have eaten that catfish all day. What a treat! Top it off with great, friendly service amidst being sat with multiple tables at once, a wonderfully clean restaurant, and just another top notch experience, and I have decided that I'll need to bar myself from Southerleigh for a minute because I can only buy so many new pairs of bigger pants. Go and enjoy this comfort food, GF or not!

They had happy hour all day. Happy hour included wine, sake and appetizers. I thought it was such a great deal. We all loved our creamy miso soup. I would go back just for that. When it came to a table, we all looked at it and were iffy about it, but as soon as we tasted it, we all agreed that it is the best we have had. I will admit I don't remember all of names of the dishes, but the ones I remembered we got were the Hotline crispy gyoza, Pepper fin Miso vongole pasta and Kaisendon. We shared a key lime pie. The Keylime pie slices are little small, but after all our food, we were all full . We did all agree that the Keylime pie was missing the tartness we expect from Key lime. We were celebrating my birthday and they gave me a free glass of champagne. I wasn't expecting that, but it was a nice touch. They do have a record player with records available for you to choose from that they can play for you. The restaurant is located below Silos next to Orangetheory. If you don't know where it is at, it will take you a while to find it. It doesn't have a good sign. Parking is available, but shared with the other businesses. We had no issue finding parking

The listening bar concept paired with their state-of-the-art custom sound system makes the atmosphere feel immersive from the second you walk in. The music, lighting, and outstanding service all work together perfectly when you're trying to unwind and decompress after a long week. The lychee martini was smooth, refreshing, and extremely lychee forward. I really enjoyed how they garnished the drink with two whole lychees. I was in heaven and I can honestly say this was one of my favorite cocktails I've had in the city (Thanks for the recommendation Annabelle). Food-wise, everything felt elevated and pieced together beautifully on each plate. The truffle creamy miso soup was warm & comforting with just the right amount of depth and the Asian pear cucumber salad was perfect to cleanse the palate after the soup. The Hawaiian ono was another standout that absolutely delivered. That cilantro oil and the yuzu dance together well with the soft & silky ono. I also really enjoyed the scallop crudo, it also has cilantro oil but this time with ponzu foam. This combination was so good that I absolutely had no shame sipping the married liquid components on the plate between each bite of scallop. Lastly, the wagyu mochi gnocchi is unreal--rich, melt in your mouth mochi gnocchi, savory shrimp and tender wagyu, and this velvety sauce that's semi addicting. This surf-and-turf style dish with seafood and wagyu is where Yozora really flexes; every bite felt balanced, indulgent, and beautifully plated. (This particular evening the sauce on the mochi gnocchi was a touch spicier for me than the first time I visited but I enjoyed every last bite nonetheless). I went a little ham and didn't have room for dessert this time unfortunately. Next time Huge shoutout to my server Annabelle, who made the entire night seamless. My water never even got close to empty, her recommendations were spot on, and she somehow balanced taking care of the bar while still making her tables feel attended to. The rest of the staff even tag teamed service throughout the dining room which I always enjoy seeing. It says a lot about how well the staff and overall concept works together there. Symphony for the soul. Thank you again Annabelle and team for making the whole evening easy to enjoy and adding so much to the experience. Yozora absolutely lives up to the hype. Add it to your list of spots to keep coming back for.

We had 4 of us so we all got something different to try everything. Only additional option I would preferred would have been able to order a few appetizers from the regular menu, like the chicken fried oysters since they were not on the pre fixe menu. All appetizers were good, with our favorite being the quail and then oysters. Caesar salad was great. All main dishes were really good. I got the vegetarian risotto and it was delectable.

We shared the green tomato salad. The restaurant divided it in two for us. The green tomato l comes with crab and could be a meal on its own. I will have to admit that the green tomatoes were lacking flavor. I had the oaks grilled tuna with couscous. The tuna was a good portion size, but I didn't like the way it was cooked. I am sure I could have sent it back, but I don't like doing that and didn't want to wait longer for my meal. We did share their toasted pie. It is my favorite coconut pie in town. Silo is on second floor and you will have to take an elevator to it. Parking is available on site but shared with the other businesses.
