One led to widespread leaking (where they didn't attach the hose properly to the unit to have it drain out) that ruined our second floor ceiling and destroyed a closet. Over a year later, we started to see our living room unit leak water profusely. An agent was sent out yesterday to fix it, but lacked a ladder and said he would be back. He never was, and attempts to get someone out here again have been met with bald faced lies - "we have no record of a visit set up." These people do not install these heat pumps correctly. We have had widespread damage to our house as a result of their negligence. Do not use them EVER. Not only is their installation crappy and negligent, but their communication is faulty and suspect. Do not waste your money.

During the visit, Tyler and Aaron identified several condensate drains that had not yet been tied into the sewer system and completed that final installation step. This proactive work likely prevented future moisture‑related damage to walls or flooring, and we are grateful for their diligence. Their problem‑solving skills, tenacity, and customer‑focused approach stood out and gave us confidence in the long‑term reliability of our equipment. We did choose to upgrade to a more comprehensive maintenance plan and look forward to having our annual service scheduled just ahead of the winter heating season.
