My friend ordered a virgin lavender drink, which was refreshing, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. For appetizers, we ordered the shrimp quesadillas, and they ended up being one of our favorite dishes of the evening. The shrimp was perfectly cooked, and the chipotle adobo sauce added just the right amount of smoky flavor and spice. For my entrée, I chose the Chile Relleno, which came with rice and refried beans. While it was good, it wasn't my favorite chile relleno compared to others I've tried. The real star of the meal was the seafood molcajete. Loaded with shrimp, meat, cheese, and a bubbling hot salsa, it arrived sizzling at the table and was incredibly flavorful. Served with warm tortillas and extra salsa, it was hearty, filling, and perfect for sharing. We finished with the churros for dessert.
