We have fun coming here and the food is great but the people who work here are GRUMPY. Mainly the guy that's always here at opening time on the weekends with the ponytail and the bald guy. I visited for the first time yesterday. I had a last minute need to change venue to host a party in less than one week. The manager was so kind and attentive and answered all my questions ( I had a bunch) I tried the food - club sandwich. It was tasty. The patrons were friendly and seemed happy. The sausage wasn't cooked all the way or got contaminated. I ate nothing else so there was no other option of what made me sick. I def got food poisoning from the sausage. My son and his friends seemed happy with their chicken strips, fries & mozzarella sticks. Maybe that would have been a safe bet to eat. I wish I had had a better experience with their food. FLB is by far one of my favorite spots for bowling. I'm always greeted with the most friendly people and always tended to in a respectful manner. I bowl a lot, I think that I have probably hit up FLB twice a week for as long as I can remember. It's such a nice environment and they keep it very clean. They have a nice selection at the bar for ciders which I love and if you want a break for a moment, you can just slip over into the bar for a nice little dark speakeasy moment. Unfortunately, FLB staff does not treat their loyal customers with respect. Struggles with communication & appreciation.. Holds a lane then gives it up without informing you. Front desk lady will demonstrate an attitude if you ask for a refund. The manager appears to support the unprofessional behavior. FLB staff need additional training on how to treat their customer. My family and I ended up going to the APEX. PS. Mark Pro Shop is awesome and absolutely recognizes his loyal customers. A group of friends and I came here for Monday night football and some drinks. Tons of TVs. I could watch football, baseball, a different football game or some network prime time. Tvs were all perfectly hung to allow customers to sit and focus on the games without there being issues of people getting in the way. When I say friends, I mean me and 16 of my friends. We all ordered food (standard pub faire - burgers wraps wings), I was actually impressed with the turn around time of the kitchen. My wrap was tasty. My pals liked their food. Like most pubs and bars, it's a wee bit salty. So. Just know that. The space is large enough for groups, yet has nice smaller tables for smaller groupings of 2-4. The selection of hard liquor was good. The service was nice. The pours were strong. The prices to match (as it should be). My wife and I have been coming here for several years and we love the management and staff...they make us feel like family. Bowling is great, they have a jukebox to play all the fun music and the sports bar is super fun! We always meet such amazing people every time we come. FLB Sports Bar is a large sports bar with upgraded amenities, staffed well and professionally ran. They recently remodeled and updated the entire facility and it looks great!  It amazes me that at a time when most business were simply trying to survive due to the pandemic, they seized moment to invest in their facility and make it more inviting for all! I've quickly grown to love this place, they provide a warm, fresh atmosphere, the drinks are always on point and the food is fast as well as delicious. Their bartender April makes the best Dirty Martinis around, she's always creating the perfect vibe! Actually, they've managed to staff the best bartenders in the valley, it's pretty amazing! They have plenty of TV's for every game available and host special events regularly. While this was my first check in, it wasn't my first visit by a long shot. I will preface this review with the fact I usually have had good luck with the service and food, today was definitely an exception. From the moment I walked in I did not feel welcome- as my drink order was taken as the bartender was walking away and talking to someone else. Yep, didn't get my drink right, ordered it in a short glass and got it in a large one which pretty much was void of alcohol. Buffalo wings an onion rings were dripping in oil, Luke warm and burnt - not edible. I ate none of the rings, tried to choke down the wings and gave up after 3. I managed to get another drink in the right glass, not a double pour in my opinion (yes I count the seconds, especially when being gouged). I suppose I wasn't supposed to hydrate as the bartender walked by took my water glass, dumped it and kept going and made no attempt to refill or ask if I wanted more. I explained my unhappiness with the food as I figured I should be leaving as I certainly was not welcome, based on the attitude I received. I was told I would be compt - I received a partial discount because I ate a few wings, and the fries off the burger (that didn't get eaten because it tasted like it had been cooked on a dirty grill or dropped on the floor). If you are going to cook - take a little pride in your product. Additionally, just because I am not ur regular or a "shug", doesn't mean I should be treated any different. read more

What an awesome place with the best, most kind, staff!! They helped us host a baby shower yesterday and did such a phenomenal job! They decorated for us, catered a yummy meal for our guests and made sure that everyone had a drink in hand if they wanted one. This place is a joke!!! We paid pre-paid 400 bucks for 20 people to bowl for 2 hours and got treated like shit! You can only purchase one drink at a time and have to go to the bar to get them. You can't get a drink for you and your husband at the same time. Then when I asked to have the waitress come over I was told 5 mins..... 45 mins later we had to ask for management. When he came over to talk to us.... he was rude as fuck. Told us someone will be over soon. When I mentioned I was already told that he said "you don't get special treatment because there's a lot of you" "do you want me to tell her not to come?" We don't want special treatment, we want customer service since we paid a lot of money to bowl. Don't be a fucking dick when people came to have a good time. The staff is amazing, the venue isn't terrible, food is okay, bowling is way over priced , they need to remove the juke box or refund everyone that buys songs that they skip, everyone has a preference on music. Remove the songs or pay the people back that spend thousands of dollars at this establishment. Or just remove the option of playing songs when you skip a song you rob someone of money they made, you give up time of your life to make that money, time is not refundable. I enjoy a regular bowling visit and the food is great. We also just had a birthday party there and it was beyond my expectations. We got the package for 18 bowlers/3 lanes with the party room. The staff was very helpful and informative. There was an hour of bowling which seemed to be a good amount as everyone had fun and had a chance to play a full game. Then we had pizza in the party room. The staff helped serve the pizza and the pizza was delicious! There was enough time to eat, have cake, and open presents before our time was up in the party room. Okay so I am being very generous in this review because it is the only thin in town that's poppin.. The sports bar is separated to different categories.. Casino- cards , tiny dance floor, bowling alley and pool hall. Food- go towards the card room- you can order bar food there. We ordered pizza- it was ok. Nothing fancy. There were two operating bars- both serves the same liquor. Music- the DJ was cool- playing more retro dance rap vs new stuff.
