Just ordered takeout from here and WOW. Finding great Mexican in Miami is nearly impossible and everything is delicious. Cochinita pibil is perfectly seasoned and cooked. Guac is fresh and the chips are super crunchy. Enfrijolado enchiladas are creamy and fantastic. Fresh salsa bar too with awesome salsa verde and salsa roja. Service was very proactive and gracious. Not enough good things to say about this place. Instant staple for us

Nice Mexican venue, comfy tables, great service. The tacos are big and tasty, keeping the real Mexican flavors, they have a very good salsa bar, with cheese options, vegetables, limes and salsas. The tosti-esquites are bland, also they need some chilly powder like piquin. Next time I will try Mexican sandwiches (tortas)

My fiancé and I decided to try Dona Leonor after having seen it getting ready to open for months. Located right on Coral Gables iconic Miracle Mile this place is just getting started. Situated right next to Maiz y Agave, this restaurant is actually an off-shoot of it. The inside of the restaurant is actually pretty cool. Mexican music plays inside mimicking a traditional experience. The tables and walls are decorated with ornate flower designs. Now for the food, we opted for the Quesabirria and some Mexican breads. The Quesabirria was bomb! The flavor was out of this world. There was an amazing amount of cheese and meat stuffed into the tortilla. The Consommé was delicious. The pastries were a little lacking unfortunately. The concha was very grainy. What really sold us, was the Horchata! WOW!!! What amazing horchata, which is super hard to find in Miami. Our waiter, Danny, was very helpful in making the experience so much better. Overall though, this was a very nice surprise for a place I'm sure can become a really cool spot in Coral Gables. Go on out and check it out! And until next time folks! Enjoy the meal!!!

The empanadas were baked to perfection. Crispy on the outside, flavorful, and you can tell they're made fresh that same day. For my main entrée, I ordered the skirt steak, and WOW. Not only was it perfectly seasoned, but you can truly tell they know how to select quality cuts of meat. Our waiter was also incredible and took the time to walk us through the menu, explain the dishes, and make sure we knew exactly what to order. That personal touch really made the experience even better! Everything about this place gave me a little taste of home, and I absolutely loved it!

The food was fantastic as always, and the sangria was delicious and tasted genuinely authentic. A special shoutout to our waiter, Eduardo, who was wonderful. He and my dad instantly bonded over being Costa Rican, and it made the experience feel even more welcoming and personal. The only disappointment was dessert. The pavlova sounded much more exciting than it actually was. It was overwhelmingly sweet, and everything on the plate (the vanilla ice cream, vanilla pavlova, and vanilla whipped cream) had nearly the same flavor, color, and texture. It ended up feeling very one-note and lacked the contrast and freshness that makes a great pavlova memorable. Overall, I'll keep coming back again and again. The food is excellent, the service is warm, and it's just as perfect for watching a match as it is for a great meal. Skip the pavlova, but absolutely don't skip this place.

The hostess was very sweet & offered us counter seating, but it was literally right next to the entrance where everyone was standing trying to get out of the hot sun. Definitely not the birthday brekkie vibe I was after. And the parking situation? Diabolical. If I ever go back, I'm taking a Lyft. Once we got back to the car, I started thinking of somewhere close, delicious & that we could hopefully get into before 10:30, when most Miamians start making their way into the streets & every breakfast spot gets overrun. THREEFOLD CAFE! Hadn't been in a while & it was my dad's first time. We drove the 5min distance, parked in the ample, inexpensive garage & walked over. It was busy, but luckily we were seated right away by the lovely Ali (hey fellow Leo queen!), who got us started with drinks. Then my fave waitress Monica came over with her usual charisma & warmth. We had such a great time sipping their very good red wine sangrias & eating a delicious breakfast, including the absolutely to-die-for Don't Be a Lemon Tart French Toast. All in all, the loveliest, most perfect place & way to spend my birthday morning with my dad. Absolutely need to come by more often. Fantastic, consistent spot!

I love that they're served with aioli, which is so much better than ketchup. The corvina used for the fish and chips tastes very fresh, and is nicely garnished with dill. The fried chicken burger is incredibly good, with a huge juicy chunk of chicken thigh coated with a thick layer of batter, fried until very crunchy and a beautiful dark golden colour, and topped with a large slice of tomato that soaks through the bread. The interior is lovely and the staff are so nice. You can even go sit there and work.

The main reason we wanted to come is because we heard about their cast iron pancakes. This thing was huge!!! It could easily feed up to 3-4 people. While I'm not a huge pancake lover, I have to admit that this is a contender for the BEST pancake I've ever eaten. Because of how it is made in a cast iron skillet, you get this beautiful crisp outside but with all the fluffy pancake on the inside. In fact, the inside of the pancake was so moist and almost creamy-like that it reminded me of a cross between a pancake and cheesecake when it comes to texture. Absolutely a must order since it's so different and unique. I also got the Lechon Hash which was excellent too! It seemed like a humble hash, but digging through it, the flavors were savory and also a little sweet. I love the added dill on top as that added even more to the dish. The lechon was moist and flavorful too. Chug's diner is well worth a stop!

Ambiance outside and inside were just the best. I never visited the restrooms, but according to some in my party, they were beautiful and clean. My (and my party) only complaint was that there should be a control of barking dogs or even dogs inside the restaurant. Someone from your restaurant should have said something to them. We were outside with a group of 6 adults, Only to hear for about 40 minutes the bark, bark, barking of a dog. Dog and Owner were just behind us and owners kept saying to the "shut up" to the dog several times. Dog kept barking. Very loud, and very annoying. I would say that it was annoying to several other patrons as well, but, of course, no one said a word. If a dog cannot behave, they do not belong there. And, I do love dogs. On another note, the barking of the dog, as well as, the very loud music. Much louder than it should have been - for background music. Our whole party, including 2 teenagers, were not happy. It's pretty disgusting not to hear anyone's conversation - on a Sunday morning. I spoke to the waitress about the music. She said she would "TELL THEM" Inside. Nothing happened. Shame on you and waitress. WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OF HAVING SUCH LOUD MUSIC. I AM NOT THAT OLD THAT I can't appreciate music, but the loudness was a bit too much.

One of my favorite things about Sadelle's is that everything is so customizable, so you can really make your order exactly how you like it. The triple decker is my favorite, and the salad is absolutely divine. The portions are also huge and very shareable -- I'd say 3-4 people could easily eat from one order. Definitely one of my favorite breakfast spots in Miami!
