I have definitely ate at more expensive cafeterias over the years. If the cafeteria does not suite you, there is a menu. My entree today was BBQ chicken, oven roasted type with a wonderful, home-cooked taste to it. Cornbread was pan-fried and flat. Green beans were what you would expect. But the star of my plate was the potato salad. It was chilled, with the right combo of mustard and mayo and a smooth texture. I wish I would have chose a double helping of it over the green beans.
