Food was amazing service was amazing! Drove 40 minutes for affordable delicious pizza! Best around!

I recently took part in the "Orlando Chicken Caesar Wrap Challenge" (yes, I made that up ) and tried 4 different places trying to find the best chicken Caesar wrap in Orlando... and Fonzie's was BY FAR the winner. First of all, the size is HUGE. The chicken and lettuce were finely chopped which made every bite perfect, and the balance of sauce and filling was honestly spot on. Not overly salty like some of the other wraps I tried, and just overall super satisfying. We tried both the regular Caesar wrap and the buffalo version and both slap so hard!!! Honestly the closest thing I've had to Vinny's in Boca Raton, which says a lot. Highly recommend if you're a wrap person! read more

My neighbor had a get together at Fonzie's and it was the first time I was back in the building since it was Anthony's Pizza. The place is spacious and we were able to easily sit our crowd of 20 or so people. It was somewhat warm in the restaurant for our group. Management apologized as the later afternoon sun through a portion of the windows made it somewhat uncomfortable, but we managed. We each went to the counter and placed our orders, and the food was brought to our tables over a reasonable period of time. I ordered one of the "House Favorites", "The Chachi". It was a combination of grilled chicken, white sauce and tomatoes. (It also comes with bacon, but I requested bacon not be included and they had no problem with the change.) It was a delicious New York City style pizza with a perfectly thin crust. I can see me returning and becoming a regular customer now that Anthony's is no longer here. Don't let the outside of the building fool you - this is nice place with good authentic pizza. I can't wait to try the garlic knots next time, too. read more

Whatever you do, do not let the appearance fool you. The name might be funny but the pizza is serious!! We ordered a margherita pizza and let me tell you this....one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I had some great pizza and it was legit. The ambience was a quiet spot that's off a busy road. It's nice and gets busy during lunch. They have a great lunch special. The service was quick and very funny. I totally recommend this place and will be back when in the area. read more

I have gone here two times. So far the pizza is excellent. We get take-out usually so I don't care about atmosphere or service, so can't make any comments about that. I loved coming here, they have TVs, place is still quiet. The employee was nice, pizza was so well done and made just right, we didn't have to wait to long either. Amazing customer service to match the food. We went in on a Monday and partook in the $12 pie special. We got two pies and a slice of Sicilian. All were extremely fresh. As a pizza snob I loved the super thinness of the pizza. This is the closest I've had to true NYC pizza outside of the tri-state area. Where do I begin? This pizza is my new favorite. We ordered half cheese half pepperoni and everything was perfect. The sauce, cheese and dough were all on point. This is legit New York pizza a true gem. Al was extremely kind. I failed to get the other gentleman's name, but he was equally amazing at his craft. I'm going back next weekend. This is like one of my favorite pizzerias in town here it's new to the area so far everything we've had has been really good I would definitely in all of Orlando ranking as my number two overall and the only reason why this place is not a five star is because you cannot make good pizza and close at 9 o'clock I'm sorry that is ridiculous I mean most sports games are just starting around that time so you need to update up the hours brother get that five star. read more

Today I went back to Fonzies to try some of the other menu items. We ordered a meatball parm sub, a veggie Stromboli and a pepperoni calzone.....my son is the meatball parm guy....i his words, "best meatball sub EVER " the toasted sesame hoagie roll made the difference. I tried it as well and was equally impressed. My Calzone was humongous and I got a small one! You could really taste the Ricotta cheese. The accompanying red sauce was a perfect compliment to the cheese...my wife had the veggie Stromboli and she is not easy to make happy. (Insert joke here) she loved the abundance of veggies in it. Portions are so big, none of us finished our plates. Great! Leftovers!...I still have many items to try as they have a large menu. I didn't see Zeppoli's on the menu, but I think they will make them upon request. If you've never had a Zeppole, you're missing out. The bag will never make it home and there will be powdered sugar all over your car. Next pizza/italian night try Fonzies. read more

My wife and the girls from her office ate lunch at Fonzis for the first time today. She said we needed to try Fonzis for dinner tonight. I tried to get her to go somewhere else for dinner, but she convinced me to go and try there food and I am very happy we went there for dinner! I tried a steak sub and she had the Calzone. The best steak sub I have ever eaten and a large portion too! My wife loved the calzone and the pizza she had for lunch and so did the girls from the office. Absolutely awesome food! read more

Looked it up online and stumbled on this pizza shop, that I had not tried. I am a New Yorker so I am a bit picky with pizza. Will try new spots. Looking for something similar to my corner pizzeria in Brooklyn or Queens that makes that slice that you alway go back for. Called it in... Here we go I ordered a cheese pie and a Chicken Parm. The spot is on S. ORANGE but it ur not looking you can drive right by it and not realize it. Meet the two guys at the shop super nice one from Brooklyn and the other from Queens by my way. We shot the Sh#t for a bit. Paid and was on my way. They had given me a gift a bag of Zeppole's. On the Drive home, I bit into one. OMG 1991 I was back in Brooklyn! The crunch, inside chewy, sweet/salty all that I expected from it was their. 10/10 At home I bit the parm in was gooood. Now I grabbed a slice and I took a bit and another and yes the sauce was their the cheese and the crush all good. Bit again and yes sir I have found another pizzeria were I can enjoy the foods that I used to enjoy back home. I highly recommend it! read more

Checks all the boxes, Thin crispy crust, Flavorful Sauce, Great cheese flavor, I ordered a plain cheese pie and was blown away, this is def in the conversation for best pizza in Orlando! Honestly was iffy about trying it when I walked in and saw how dry the display pizza looked but we saw the tik tok reviews and decided to give it a go anyway. The cashier who took our order was friendly. The only single slice options available were cheese and pepperoni which was surprising considering all the types they have on the menu. We both got cheese slices and I decided to add tomato and basil to mine. I was surprised to see that the tomato they used was more like sliced tomato (like what you'd find on a sandwich) instead of the small tomato halves that are typically used for pizza. It definitely ruined the taste of the pizza, which was also very greasy- as NY style pizza typically is. My partner enjoyed his cheese slice and said the pizza sauce was very savory. The mozzarella wedges were tasty but because they were so thick the middle was lukewarm and not very pleasant to eat. We did enjoy the garlic knots which were fluffy and flavorful. The inside of the restaurant was very clean. Given the choice I'd prefer the other pizza place around the corner over this place who sells a bigger variety of single slice options. read more

Perfect. This new shop has the best pizza in the world. However, if you walk in just thinking about pizza, your mind will be blown. The garlic knots are incredible and the mozzarella sticks aren't just wimpy sticks, they're fat and cheesy. I would have a wedding here. read more
