This wasn't enough food to fill me up for $20.

Small portions and mediocre Japanese food. I don't know about their Chinese, but their sushi and Japanese leaves much to be desired. Gyoza was dried out. Shrimp tempura roll was full of lettuce. Sushi and sashimi entree left me hungry; only 6 small pieces of nigiri and 8 small pieces of sashimi. At least the fish was decent. Hamilton is a dead zone for good sushi.

What exactly does, "Food Hing," mean? The place was empty when I came in for a late lunch. The space was surprisingly large, but had a feeling of being neglected in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. The couple running the place seemed surprised that I wanted to eat in, but they brought me a menu and a pot of tea. I ordered Beef Chow Fun to see what they could do with a simple dish. It came out about ten minutes later. It looked good, but I could not believe that they gave me a cheap plastic fork (and nothing else) with which to eat it. It was not strong enough to pick up much, and demonstrated a disregard for customer service or even caring whether their meal could be consumed. Further, they clearly did not encourage dining in. The guy (chef?) served me and went immediately over to the large screen TV to play games, his job done. I asked him for chopsticks before the fork snapped from the strain. He got up, went into the kitchen and brought out a pair of wooden splinters for me, and retreated back to his game. I wondered how they handled a busy Saturday night, but realized they probably didn't have them. Take out was their thing, and they could load up those brown bags with crappy utensils and no one would think to complain about it. Thing was, the Chow Fun wasn't bad, and I could see if you didn't have to deal with the indifference of the management you could be satisfied with their product and not deal with the facility nor the owners. I guess it was easier for Food Hing to treat me like a take out customer than actually provide real service. So, they delivered the plate and fork and pretended I wasn't there. What does, "Food Hing" mean? It means, "Stay Far Away!"

I got the super jade roll (which was spicy tuna roll w/ crunch and avocado on the outside) and one eggroll, it was super good!

Awful restaurant and food. Children's toys everywhere? Very dirty. I wouldn't ever eat here and I urge you to find somewhere else.

I like Food Hing, the food is consistent and the delivery is always quick. I prefer china town in NYC but hey this works for us.

Great food and good prices! They definitely don't want you to eat in but the take out is great. And the delivery is pretty quick.

Inside were shrimp shumai, gyoza, Chili Korean Bao, a two-protein poke burrito stuffed with crab meat and spicy tuna, plus a spicy tuna roll and a spicy scallop roll. This is more food than any two people strictly need, which is one of civilization's finer achievements. The good news: nothing was bad. Not a single bite asked to be forgiven. The shrimp shumai were the clear overachievers: plump, warm, and reassuring, like a friendly lecture from someone who actually did the reading. The spicy scallop roll was their equal, delivering that perfect balance of heat and sweetness that makes you briefly optimistic about the future of humankind. The poke burrito was ambitious, a bold little manifesto wrapped in rice and seaweed. Crab meat and spicy tuna got along just fine, though the whole affair leaned more toward "good" than "revelation." The spicy tuna roll was solid and dependable, like a Midwestern uncle who always shows up on time. The gyoza and Chili Korean Bao did their jobs honorably, though neither demanded a standing ovation. Everything arrived intact, flavorful, and prepared by people who seemed to care, always a comfort in an indifferent universe. Four stars, then, because perfection is suspicious and because it's nice to leave something to strive for tomorrow.

Lettuce leaves were crisp, and large enough to fill and enjoy the delicious filling. Vegitable Spring rolls were also ordered served hot and fresh and were on par with other top rated Asia Fusion resultants in the area. Two soups: Wonton and Hot and Sour. The Wontons were very large my wife had no concerns and finished it all. Hot and Sour was also very good, flavor a bit different than usual but portion was plenty and I added some of the Lettuce Wrap filling to it and customized it with more crunch. Entree: we split one entree - Shrimp LoMein / Shrimp Fried rice. Even splitting it for two we ended up taking half of both home. Very large portions and the taste was also above average comparable to the better Asian restaurants in the area. Their menu is very large so if you are looking for a top notch quality Asian cuisine with a VERY LARGE variety menu of dishes this is one place to definitely put on your list to explore. PS. Thai Ice Tea was off the hook flavorful! 5 Stars for the fusion aspect, quantity, quality and price as well!
