They have the really good food idk why everyone says they don't, every time I go it always hits the spot, I always get the shrimp teriyaki I just wish they had a small portion of orange chicken, but they only have one size. they opened the place up so you can actually go inside now and it's really clean indoor I was surprised. Best Chinese food around. I usually get delivery from Chopstick House every few weeks. But this week they exceeded expectations. We ordered sesame chicken, garlic beef, dumplings and spring roll. The flavor in the garlic beef was just amazing. Very rich, full on taste of garlic, creamy. The vegetables tasted amazing as well. The dumplings as always are a big hit. There aren't a ton of options up here in the area, so I'm glad we have Chopstick House! Their Chinese food is really good. It's always fresh. The chicken and beef in their dishes is always super tender. The shrimp are big and cooked perfectly. The crab Rangoon are super delish as well! Love them and order from here all the time. Hi. I need to say 2 Important facts about this restaurant & the Owner. This is my review of the food & of the very Kind manner in which I was treated as a Person. The orange chicken & rice was Yummy. More importantly, I was walking by & sat on the curb in front of Chopsticks. I don't own a vehicle. The owner must have been able to tell that I wasn't doing well.(Homeless) Came out and asked if I were hungry. I was Honest & told him "Yes, but I don't have any money". He came back with a large container stuffed with food. I told him how Thankful I was. If it hadn't been for €0¥!}, I wodda hugged him. Because of this man's Kind, Thoughtful heart my pup& I ate that night. That was a yr ago. I was new to NewJersey, 90 lb. 62 yr old woman. Like Most homeless, my circumstances were out of my control. This act of Kindness is 1 of those memories that will always bring me joy. And the Chicken was Delicious. Can Not recommend this place Highly enough!!! read more

Chopstick House is your typical run-of-the-mill American food restaurant run by Cantonese people who cook flavored down versions of Mainland Chinese cuisine. The food here is unsurprisingly mediocre, but not entirely unpalatable -- their delivery is pretty prompt to the Fort Dix/McGuire AFB area (which is about 90% of their business) and how affordable the food is here (especially for lunch) I would definitely recommend that over the other eating options here. If you do decide to eat in, however, the interior of Chopstick House is surprisingly modern and well-thought out in decor -- whoever thought of the store front gave considerable thought to every detail of the store, even down to the dishes and bowls. Their fried rice is decent for the area (I can only say this because I've had much much worse) and the mapo tofu wasn't half bad. Though when I asked for them to make my dish extra spicy, I didn't quit mean for them to simply throw in extra unground black pepper grains into my food, and add SUGAR as a counterweight. There's so much more they could be doing wrong, but they've been able to exercise appropriate levels of damage control. I recommend this place only for a quick fix. read more

I ate here two nights in a row while I was in town on business. OK...the food here isn't the best Chinese I've had, but I enjoyed what I ordered. The bone in ribs were very good as well as the Kung Pao chicken. Fried rice was a little light on flavor, but I'd rather have that than it be swimming in oil. Good egg rolls here. Night 2 was House Special Mei Fun which again was a little light on flavor but had a really nice clean and healthy feel to it. The pork dumplings were a little thick skinned for me but tasted good. They threw in a complimentary chicken teriyaki order which I was pleasantly surprised to see when I got back to my hotel. Staff is very pleasant and i was greeted with a big smile on both occasions by the woman at the front desk when I walked in the door...so nice. What is this??? Authentic Chinese food in the middle of white, rural America. I love it. It's the most authentic cheap take out Chinese food in a 20 mile radius. I got the mapo tofu tonight and ordered it extra spicy (because American places don't make anything spicy) and it came out the perfect amount of spicy. It usually has ground pork in it but they put roast pork in it. It's probably what they have on hand. It had the mouth-numbing mala pepper which is a staple in real Sichuan food. It was very tasty. It had other complex spices I couldn't tell. They also have salt &pepper dishes which I think is a Taiwanese style dish and it's fairly hard to find in a common Chinese restaurant. Food was prepared quickly and warm and good taste. Their online prices are higher than their menu prices and a bit more than other restaurants in area for the portion sizes. It is a real shame that I have been ordering from Chopstick for 20 years and if they have new owners. They have lose a good customer how orders at least 3 times a month and the bill is not least then 40 dollars. I go to order today the same combination plates i have order in the last 6 months and I was told no they do not do it that way. My simple order is General Tso shrimp with mixed vegs and veg fried rice. They have lost out alot of money because when we have company and we want chinese food this was the place not anymore. 2 out of 3 orders were wrong(we ordered delivery). Panda Express has much better Chinese food than here. Their kungbo chicken is super dry and tough, flavorless. They taste like over fried- pre prepared meat chunks. kungbo chicken should be soft and juicy, and it should be stir fried, not Leftover Deep Fried! We ordered 3 boxes of food because we were starving. Turn out we throw away 2 boxes of food. Their soup has too much MSG, their wonton is like boiled dough... no to this restaurant. read more

HORRIBLE! This place sells their customers EXPIRED beverages....Soda....Snapple...even their Home Made Iced Tea would literally have a THICK FOAM floating inside of it. The foam was so thick I thought it was a slice of lemon until I dipped a spoon in it and realized that's just NASTY FOAM floating....swimming in the iced tea. I used to eat there all the time but this expired beverage thing is a frequent occurrence. For a place that doesn't seem real busy all the time, this is really a great restaurant! I ordered the cashew chicken meal. It was perfect! Fresh to perfection! The establishment had excellent service. The atmosphere is peaceful. So if you are looking for a place to go relax and have a great meal, then look no further. My only negative"constructive" feedback I have about this spot, is it is being overlooked severely. Some know of its existence cause the delivery guy I see every time I go is on the move. The restaurant is off in the cut and the sign for the place is old and faded due to weathering. It almost looks abandoned. And the only thing on the exterior that shows life is the neon open sign. Great service. Good Price and a 10% discount if you pay in cash. Best of all it's right next to the Quality Inn where I was staying at so I don't need to walk far to get good food. It is also right across the street from McGuire Air Force Base if you happen to work there. My favorite dishes are the General Tso's chicken, beef with broccoli, chicken mai fun, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and Kung Pao Chicken. As a new comer, I must say this is the best choice in the area.
