This place is great! After going to another chicken place with a sad experience I was skeptical of trying. However, all pieces of chicken were in my box and they were huge. This is a review for the new location Foosacklys location on 9 mile. Amazing value meal! This is fast food as it should be. The flavor of the chicken didn't blow my mind (zaxby's is better), but the food tasted fresher. The coleslaw was different from what I am used to, imagine ranch and pepper, but the homemade sauce was excellent. Fries were as good as crinkle cut fries can get. Service was fast. Don't sleep on the sauces. The barbecue is so good! I buy big containers to keep at home as our regular bbq. The ranch is definitely homemade quality. I like how crunchy yet moist the chicken here is. The salad is actually really good and simple. It's one of my favorite takeout places. Two or so years ago around Christmas, there was a sign up that the place was going to be closed for two days for a staff Christmas party and then again for the staff to go to a screening of Star Wars. I know this is a little weird, but it made me like this place more. Going above and beyond for your staff at Christmas is so nice, and it makes me think you're good people! Foosackly's is a chicken finger chain that has popped up in the Mobile area and now has made its way east to Pensacola. I have to admit that Raising Cane's is my favorite chicken finger chain but Foosackly's is a close 2nd. The menu is not as simple as Cane's but not as extensive as Zaxby's. There is the 2 finger snack, 3 finger box, 5 finger box, 7 finger box, salad, sandwich, and buffalo sandwich. I went with the 5 finger box that comes with toast, crinkle cut fries, 1 sauce, and slaw. The box is $5.39. Drink is extra. Extra sauce is extra too. Foosackly's chicken fingers are smaller than Cane's and Zaxby's. Maybe that is why they give you more and it costs less. The breading has a little spice to it, which is wonderful. The chicken was hot and fresh, and pretty quick. I love the foo sauce, which is homemade like Cane's sauce. I also had the BBQ sauce, which I really liked the mild flavor to it. The Kung Foo, an Asian sweet and spicy, I did not care for. Other sauces are Ranch, Honey Mustard, and Buffalo and all are made in the store. The toast was a good Texas toast with light butter to it. The slaw was a perfect blend between crunchy, creamy, and black peppery. Sweet tea was freshly brewed and refreshingly sweet. Foosackly's also had stellar customer service as they will take your trash for you. If you are looking for good, cheap fast food, chicken fingers cooked fresh, then be warned...Foosackly's is very addictive. read more

Here is what I find annoying for this business. I am a HUGE fan of the Foo, I eat at the one in Foley 2-3 times a week but live in Pcola. My gripe on your Salad is this - if I ask you not to put tomatoes on it, you're saving produce correct.. yes! So then if I ask in lieu of the tomatoes to please add extra Mushrooms you charge me .25 cents extra.. Why?? You did not credit me .25 when I asked for no tomatoes! To me, I would consider it a wash and not charge anything. It's more of a good business practice to use common sense with your customers but when you ask the staff about it, they retort "we were told to charge for everything.. ridiculous.
