I went to Foot Locker at Plaza Bonita today and found their new location at the first level. Devon helped me and he was very knowledgeable, considerate and generous! For my entire life shopping for shoes at different places I was never told that there can be kids shoe size matching adult ones, which was my case. I think the main reason was adult shoes are usually priced higher and regular salespeople just don't want to share this "secret". I appreciated Devon's help so much that I purchased two pairs instead of one :) By the time I checked out at the register I saw him helping a coworker cleaning some spilled liquid while many other workers just walked by ignoring the situation. I would highly recommend asking Devon for help if you are shopping there. read more

Keira helped us picked out a size and made sure everything was fitting her foot, she had amazing customer service skills and was very knowledgeable. I can see the low reviews here, and my experience was nothing different. I came in looking for a pair of shoes that showing available on their website, contrary to what service I was provided by Foot Locker in Fashion Valley, which the employee offered to help finding it from the back-store, if not placing the order online for me, but no, my altercation with the store employee here last only 2 minutes, no one was greeting me when I came in, I had to approach him first to ask about the shoes that I wanted, only to be told by him that the store didn't carry any of that brand, despite what showing online; he told me to go online and buy it, that's pretty helpful of him. This was my go to location for footlocker until today. Went in for a pair of slides for my son but was told that the only pair they had was a customer return that had no box. That means final sale. The clerk who was helping us was good, but the manager of the day Jehan said they could not offer any discounts on the childrens slides and relayed this info to the clerk via radio instead of coming to address the situation first hand. Long gone are the days of good customer service at this location and with that all of my future purchases from the plaza bonita location. For future drops I'll be spending my money at the fashion valley or UTC branches where they treat the consumer and repeat patrons much better. When shopping for new kicks at plaza, I'll be dropping my money at finish line or champs going forward. read more

Be careful with the cashier named Edgar R, very unpleasant, rude, with zero customer service whatsoever, if I were a mystery shopper he would've failed miserably. Upon approaching the cash register to pay, he didn't say a word as I paid for the merchandise, and I had to ask him how much was the total, I gave him a $100 dollar bill, my change came out to be $8 dollars, as I turned around looking at my receipt, he short changed me $5 dollars, so I came back right away and told him that he shorted me $5 dollars, without even questioning me or said nothing, he went to the cash register and handed me $5 dollars without any acknowledgment whatsoever and didn't even apologize, he's a very rude, and crook cashier. read more

The malls are definitely MORE pack than ever when those tax refunds drop LOL! Did not get the name, but not sure if he was a manager or not, but he was unprofessional. Don't know if it was his ego, but he was already talking snack about his employees just "standing there" and not helping customers. There is no understanding of exceptional Customer Service here, there probably needs to be a training course for employees here. Space is small so you can see how once you know you're getting an item, they want you out. Took forever to get a size to try and yes, some just stand there instead of roaming to see if a customer needed help. Save your time, go to Champs at the end of the mall where they ask you if help is needed and where you feel valued as a customer. read more

Called first and talked to a lady name Ime over the ph told her the situation of my retro 3 I just got and she states over the ph that she can swap it out since I got a smaller size. Once I got to the front of the store, I was greeted by a manager name Jehan if I recalled and he tells me that he doesn't have a person name that, and I should check with kids footlocker. There seems to be a lot if bad reviews of the customer service here. I personally can't say anything about the other employees, but Adrianna was really helpful. I'd give no stars if I could. They never answer the phone , they lie about release dates! I went in and they stated they haven't opened up any of their shipment 10 mins later a friend of mine picks up a pair of the released Jordan's. Got a pair of Air Force ones for Christmas and they were stained on the tongue of the shoe with some sort of makeup or something. Went in to exchange them and the guy was super rude and said i would be making someone's day by returning them and i let him know they were stained and he didn't even bother to apologize for the inconvenience. We couldn't even finish our return without him grabbing the shoes and putting them in display tying the laces over the stain. First of all AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Spend your money at some place else because the service here is horrible. I was with family doing some thanksgiving shopping because of their sales on brands such as Air Jordan,Nike,Adidas, etc. When we first entered the store the workers were eyeing us like we were going to steal. We kept walking around viewing some sneakers until my Uncle found a pair of Jordan's that he was going to gift to his coworker. Yesterday we were waiting for them to open the gate with at least 5 other people at 10AM. There were 4-5 employees standing around the counter talking. The female employee then began straightening racks. At 10:05 I asked through the gate if they opened at 10. She replied with a very rude attitude, '(sigh) Yeah, we do. We'll open in a few minutes.' I said, 'Isn't it after 10 already?' She said, '(bigger sigh, I was obviously a bother to her.) Yep, it sure is.' and walked away. Another customer looked at me and said, 'Wow, that was really rude.' At 10:08 a tall asian man with a pony tail walked to the gate, proceeded to pull his pants out and slightly down to tuck his shirt in. My 10 year old daughter and I both saw his underwear. It was really disturbing. He opened the gate, I promptly walked inside to the asian man and asked who the manager was. He said he is the manager. I asked what kind of show he was running, why weren't they open on time? I also said I refuse to give them any of my family's business, I would rather drive to Famous Footwear 20m away. He looked at me and said, 'For sure.' And walked away. This is the worst Foot Locker I have ever been to and I refuse to go back ever again. Your stores' customer service sucks. This store has the most unprofessional, disrespectful &inconsiderate employees. My brother, husband I waited in line for the new retro releases, when it was our turn we were told that our discount wasn't valid for the 2nd shoe we were trying to purchase. Confused by this, I asked an assistant manager standing outside helping with the line and we were told to get back in line. We were told that when it comes our turn we shouldn't have a problem getting rung up with our discount. When my husband and brother went to the register to pay for our shoe, they were again told differently and told that we wouldn't be able to use our discount for the new releases. I went back to the store and spoke to Ashley B, which apparently is one of the Assistant Managers at this location. She was so disrespectful, rude, unapologetic, talked over me the whole time, didn't listen or put my concerns in perspective, raised her voice and was very unethical being the assistant manager she's suppose to be. She was escorted away from me, due to the fact she was almost yelling and kept talking over me. In return for being the loyal customers we are, we were disrespected, discriminated upon, and embarrassed. The CO Manager barely showed any remorse towards the situation and seemed lost, the assistant manager that told us to wait back in line pretended like he didn't hear what was going on when he was the one who told us we should wait in line again. I do not recommend purchasing shoes from this place if customer service matters to you. Especially if you are a military member wanting to use your ID for a discount. I bought a Lebron James t-shirt for my son for X-mas. He didn't like the way it fit so he took it back to exchange it; mind you this was 2 days after X-mas. He came back home saying that the shift manager, a female, could not exchange it because they had sent back what was left of the inventory nor would she refund the $$$. My husband and I went back to the store and got the same treatment. They would not work with us and would NOT work with us in any form. The shirt was not a clearance or sale item!!!! We called corporate and they advised us to check other stosres and see if any of the managers there would exchange it (they all work different). Now with gas prices how they've been it would cost us more money to even attempt driving around. We were promised by corporate they would send us a return label and they would refund the $$$. It's the end of February and have yet to receive the label from corporate. I hope nobody else has had or will have a situation like this. Be careful of what you purchase from them and make sure you ASK what their return policy is with the particular item you are purchasing because they do NOT go by their written policy that they have in the store. read more
