While the employees are very helpful and offer helpful suggestions to different fits and types of scrubs, this place doesn't have a fitting room! So I asked if I buy 5 pairs of scrubs and try them on at home and then try to come back and return the ones that don't fit, the employee said I can't get a refund I can only get store credit! Definitely not worth it! I would suggest going here ONLY if you know the exact type of scrubs you're looking for. read more

Just left shoe shack and the two women working didn't offer to help or ask if we needed anything all they were doing was gossiping with each other and making dirty jokes behind the counter. I asked where a certain section was they just said " it'll say on the top" . Very disappointing service ! Been coming here for years and have never had this experience. read more

Horrible return policy. Bought a black pair of scrubs in an XS and bought another in blue (same brand). The blue pair doesn't fit the same. I noticed when I went to work. Came back to EXCHANGE, not even return the bottoms and the owner (?) offered no type of customer service. I just want my scrubs to fit correctly at the hospital. I always get my scrubs here because they have a huge selection of scrubs and other work uniforms as well. Decent price for them and very helpful. They have fitting rooms to try stuff on as well as a big shoes collection to buy from. Good spot to get what you need. read more

No customer service. Wasnt acknowledged even though there were no other customers in the store. Two females and a male worker were too into their conversation. I wanted to buy flannels and had questions but wasn't comfortable to interrupt their convo (and since they never acknowledged me). Do NOT go this store, they'll rip you off. Upon returning an unworn uniform that was purchased 4 days ago, the Arab lady won't honor my exchange. She's very shady and making up excuses that the they don't like to make exchanges despite what it's says on the receipt. She's very rude and condescending. Customer service SUCKS. These store has to be shut down! This place is the worst business. I called ahead to check on the closing tome and figured i was gonna make it and about 2 miles away and 5 min to closing time i called the store and mentioned (to the owner) that i was a few minutes away and made sure that they were closing right at 730pm since i drove all the way from el cajon city and he started yapping about how he still has to drive to temecula to get home that he was not gonna wait for me and he's already closing the store. I told him that he was scheduled till 730 pm so i will get there before 730. I made it the just before the last customer walked out and i made it in and once i was in i had asked for some help simce i was gonna purchase a few items (pants) and he simply pointed the the pants section with a pissed off face and when i got to the counter to pay for them he started yapping again how he's gonna get home late and putting his finger up for me to shut up and he even slammed my credit card on the counter and the pen for me to sign. He also already had the steel rail of his security gate down so both the customer before me and i tripped on the steel bar. I have pictures of the steel bar and the face of the worst business owner. I found out that there are lots of stores like this and also the other reviews here are very true about the shoes they sell are obviously fake you can feel the difference in material. For your own good, DO NOT buy from this store coz if it comes down to you needing to return or replace an item, all i can say is best of luck to you read more

Sorry to say but this business is a scam and fraud! I had purchased a few items and had paid with a credit card and when i received my monthly statement i was surprised to see "indian food" delivery about 7 transactions on my card. As i made a bit of investigation, the address of delivery is the same address as this store and that part was not a surprise to me since the owners and staff of this store is of indian descent. I quickly disputed the charges and the credit company gladly took it off otherwise i will file a formal complaint against them for defrauding my credit card. These people give the indian community a bad reputation. Shame on you people for using other people's credit cards for your own pleasure. So for your own good customers, DO NOT shop at this store and if you ever do, do not pay with debit or credit card coz i guarantee that you will find unexpected charges on your statement. This business should be shut down so hopefully somebody put there is in the process of working to shut or get this business closed down because these people are scam artists that should not be tolerated! I my self am not stopping here and will find a way to get the city to close down or at the least give them a hefty citation for their business practice. read more

They have a nice selection, and decent prices, but I wouldn't want to go there again. The store is so jam packed with racks that you can't walk in between the racks to get to the other side of the store. If you are claustrophobic, you will probably have a panic attack. This store could have potential, but it looks super cluttered and it is very uninviting. read more

First time shopping here. I needed school uniforms for my daughter. The lady (too bad I wasn't able to get her name) was super helpful and accommodating. She helped me find what I needed and answered all my questions, her customer service was excellent. I will definitely be returning to this store in the future. read more

This was our first time coming this place and the ladies who was working greeted us nicely. The ladies were very helpful. One directed me to the men's section because we were buying scrubs for our sons. The lady pointed out that there was a sale on drawstring scrub pants (buy 2 get 1 free). It's a pretty good deal because they were Dickies brand. Anyways when it was time to check out we got 2 pairs of XL and 1 pair of 3XL of drawstring pants. The sign didn't say we had to get 3 pairs of the same style, nor did it say we had to stay in the same price range. It's said buy 2 get 1 free and for bigger size it was $1 more. So we knew we were going to get charge $1 extra for the bigger size. The cashier, Raj, kept saying the reason why the price for the free pair wasn't getting deducted was because we had to get everything the same and that's how the system is programmed. That doesn't make any sense and he kept arguing that I had to get all the same pants and that he couldn't just override the price difference. The lady who helped me said to fix it since I was getting a lot of items. He kept saying that I had to get the same. I said I needed the sizes the way they are. So they ended up calling either the manager or owner and asked about our situation. The lady on the phone apparently said do the price override & we got our items, but what made me even more upset...Raj still blamed it on the owner/manager and said she's the one who set the system up that way!! Instead of apologizing and thanking us for our business, he still put blame on others. SMH!! read more

First and foremost, the husband and wife owners are some of the nicest people I've ever met. Their son seems like a good guy too. They have lots of selections of Levis, Dickies, Vans, and other good stuff. Lots of scrubs and uniforms for students and working professionals. I must say, I kinda liked Shoe Shack before they moved outta Seafood City's lot and over near the drinking water place. It seemed like they had rarer shoes for less money. I remember walking in and being greeted by an old dude with a thick accent, dude was cool and always tried to help. Sadly, haven't seen him in awhile, hope all is well with the guy. Totally agree with the post before me: Aaron; when I was younger, I'd come with my mom to Seafood City and make my way wandering over to shoe shack.
