I consistently come here to get clothing and it all feels very high quality. I believe the brand name stuff is real and authentic. People also said that the workers aren't friendly but I disagree. I like to come in and get my clothes, I don't really want to be bothered by someone working there. The only downside I actually have is their return policy. There's no refunds, just store credit.

Service has consistently been outstanding at the shop, since I first visited it. When I attended an event at the Hotel Del in 2010, I stopped briefly at Set Sail to see if there were any clothes that I liked, but I told the shopkeeper that I didn't have time to purchase anything immediately because I was at lunch. The shopkeeper let me look around without pressuring me, and even checked on a few sizes for me. When I walked by the shop a couple of days later, she recognized me & asked if I had any additional questions about the merchandise, again without applying any pressure. Ultimately, I ended up buying all of the merchandise I'd looked at. I visited the store again yesterday, and found another Toes on the Nose t-shirt that I liked. Again, the service was superb. The only reason I'm not providing Set Sail with a full 5-star rating is because I wear men's medium-sized t-shirts, but the store has been carrying more and more large sizes over the past few years (sizes XL or larger). At times, I would have bought more items if my size had been available. Overall, great casual merchandise & excellent service!

The order did not ship within one day and arrived a week later, well after the event. The shoes looked different from the website photos and did not fit. I tried them on once indoors, then immediately returned them to the box and requested a return. This business does not answer their customer service email/returns email whatsoever. I had to call to arrange the return. After I shipped the shoes back, I received a call claiming the shoes had "dirt and grass" on them and that they would not process my return. This is inaccurate as the shoes were only tried on inside once and placed directly back in the box. I spoke with a representative named Megan, who said she would escalate the issue and call me back. She never did. Over the past two months I have called numerous times. Each time I am told Megan is unavailable and will call back, but I have never received a follow-up. I have never in my many years of online shopping have experienced such horrible customer service.

I had purchased a Versace belt at Nordstrom and they did not include any of that so go straight to the source when you want the deluxe couture treatment. He kindly said he would hold them for us till we arrived to purchase them. He had them ready for us as soon as we arrived, he was so nice and we also got a coupon for 20% off on our next visit!
