Even got a pair of socks. Overall I left confident with my purchases. It's been over 2 months now and I'm loving my sneakers. They were a perfect match especially with my prior injury.

I had a specific model sneaker in mind . The minute I walked in a young man ( Jacob) instantly stepped forward to greet me ! Zero wait time ! Jacob was outgoing, polite and professional. He actually took the time to measure my feet to insure proper fit! He unpacked the sneakers , opened them and presented them so I could easily try them on . A pleasant exchange start to finish ! Then I walk over, with the sneaker that i'd like to purchase in hand, ask if he can help me - and he says not yet! So since no one cared to make a sale I walked out of the store. As a runner, I buy 2, 3, 4 pairs af sneakers at a time. Some manager or store owner who actually cares about customers and work ethic, needs to train their staff.

I brought my 82-year-old Mother to the store and Andy took good care of her. He brought out a selection of shoes for her to try on, he was able to explain how the sneaker supported different muscles and parts of the feet. He even helped her get the shoes on. This is an excellent shoe-shopping experience if you are accompanying a Senior. The staff is patient, but they do their job fast. The store also sells support socks for conditions like plantar fasciitis.

As I was looking at the immense number of grips to choose from, I asked a younger girl who worked there which she would suggest and she just pointed and said any. So I was still confused-so I asked another associate who was stringing a tennis racket and he also sort of gave a half ass answer and called for another associate. The employees were not very friendly or helpful-hence I am not giving five stars. However, I finally got the right person-seemed like the manager and she was fantastic. She spent about 20 minutes trying to peal apart my old grip--using all sorts of tools and it was disintegrating in her hands, so I felt really bad. Once she managed to get it off she put on the new grip for me, which was so nice--she really went out of her way to make sure it worked, so I appreciated that. Also-their selection is fabulous--at least in the pickleball area where I was looking--tons of rackets to demo, grips, bags, tennis/pickleball attire etc. I will definitely will go back in the future, if I need other pickleball items, just hoping the employees won't look so annoyed and disinterested if I ask a question.

The store was also convenient: free close parking, bathroom, sit down fitting room, and a variety of merchandise. I was impressed! I was "most impressed"by how each of the saleswoman offered me discounts and bargains.The alteration was really fast and floor person's checking inventory made me feel all the workers were like a TEAM trying to assist me. This place showed up and it was a specialty store - which I preferred over random places that may have just a few of what you might need - so I tried here. Inside the staff was friendly and everything looked neat. Though they had very little of what I actually needed, I did find one top I could use, so not a total loss. The clearance area had some great deals for footwear, but sadly none were my size. The have a small parking lot on the side of the building. Make sure you park on the side with their building as they share it with another business. If you can't find parking, then be prepared to pay the meters. It's White Plains and they WILL check the meters frequently enough because the city of White Plains loves to make money on parking ticket issuance. If you're in a profession that requires these types of clothing/footwear, then this should be a place to check out. They have a pretty great variety overall.
