Decent ambiance. The business phone ringer is at a high volume and there's a phone at the front and the back so it kind of takes away from the calm, quiet ambience. 30 minute foot massage is $20, hour foot massage is $25, and 90 minute foot is $45. I was charged $45 for a 1-hour foot massage. Very upset about this. I even mentioned it when paying I understand that you get your face and arms and such massaged with the foot massage while your feet are soaking... But I really wish they didn't spend more than 10 or 15 minutes on anything besides your feet. I went in for a FOOT massage but I only got a little less than a half-hour between both feet. That's on top of paying $20 more than I should have. I work 8-12 hour shifts on hard concrete every day. I really needed this massage. My feet are still cramping; they were barely touched. The masseuse focused on my toes mostly and the tops of my feet with very light touch. I'm genuinely upset because I am still in pain a day later with no relief. Came here 2-3 weeks ago, I enjoyed the massage! I'm not sure who it was that did my massage, but I regret not getting his name because he did such a good job! My lower back had been killing me, and it's also been a while since I've gone to get a massage so I can only imagine the knots I had on my back lol but when I left my whole body felt amaaaaaazing! This place took in my friend and I when our go to place was too busy. I got the 30 min back and 30 min foot massage. My immediate reaction was ohhhh this is fancy. It's way fancier than my go to place. The whole foot massage area is covered with super cute cabanas, which make your foot massages kind of private. The young lady at the front desk was their full time receptionist! She answered my phone call when I called to ask if they would see us. She charged us for our massage, asked if we preferred a male or female, she led us to our rooms and asked if we'd like soft, medium or hard and if there were any areas we'd like concentrated. Jerry massaged my back and did a great job concentrating on my shoulder area! I've had a pinched nerve for a while and he did an awesome job. I felt comfortable in the room, the music was relaxing, the noise level was low, and I didn't feel cold. I wish I would have gotten the 1 hour back massage so he could work out my knots more. The foot massage took place in the cabana and was just ok. Jerry rubbed my feet and legs but it wasn't anything I would get again there. I should have just opted for the one hour full body massage. I hated how other places everything is in one big room and you could be laying next to a complete stranger (very uncomfortable). I love how the owner sectioned off everything so that it feels more private! Referring to the 1 star comment about the recent price changes: I really don't mind the price increase. I KNOW I am getting my $$$ worth when I get a massage here... I would rather spend the extra money to get an amazing massage than to spend less, be dissatisfied, and end up going elsewhere. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had. The woman was petting me like a dog or a cat. No pressure/technique at all. I don't believe she was a professional at all. I gave her 18 minutes before I had to stop her, I almost thought I was being pranked. She told me that "I could have told her to do a better job"... the very nice lady's the front desk gave me a list "of the good ppl they have and suggested I asked for one of them next time. Went in for a foot massage because my feet had been hurting so made appointment and when I checked in they asked if I wanted a regular foot massage or the extra where they work on you feet but also some on your back. I asked for the regular so they could just concentrate on my feet so and they put me in one of the cubicles and the lady they assigned was an old lady. I've been here before but never seen her before. So she does the ordinary thing to soak my feet first then she starts rubbing down my arms and some rubbing on my head and I say rubbing because that's what she did. Then she starts on my feet and legs and does the same. I asked her to do #3 which is for strong massage but nope her #3 was #1 light or should I say a rub down. I left there more frustrated and disappointed than when I went in and paid for someone to rub my feet when I could of just had my husband or even one of my grand kids do. If you decide to go here make sure you're asking for someone strong and knows what they're doing because she obviously didn't know and shame on the owner for having someone work there that has no knowledge of a massage. read more

Where do I began... I have been going to this place on and off for years because of convenience and pricing. This last time I went was just horrible. I come out the message room, front lady ask me how was it and I just give her a blank stare ... She says that bad huh and I say yes. She then says "well, its a hit or miss." I knew their inconsistency but kept going out of convenience and cheap price (mostly because I was broke and lupus flare up are painful so it was better than nothing). After 80-ish minutes face down, laying on the most uncomfortable table I've ever experienced- cold, old, rough towel that your face is placed on, which caused a type of rug burn on my face, plus laying on a measly sheet covered in PAPER, he, KEVIN, WOULD NOT lighten up and move along. Nuthin' worse than leaving a massage wanting another massage to make up for it. The facility itself was nice. Clean, spacious, and well-appointed. I definitely liked the atmosphere. I opted for the 30 min foot + 30 min body massage, which was in a private room for the body; the easy chair for the foot. What I did like about my massage guy was that he was more than happy to apply more pressure when I asked. Which I am often afraid to do, cuz I sometimes receive a snide remark in return from other foot massage places. But it was the foot massage that just didn't jive with me. Who puts on latex gloves for a massage?? Oh, this guy. First off, this ain't the CDC Level 4 Infectious Disease Dept, and last I checked, I don't have ebola on my phalanges. Was he trying to tell me something? Moreover, it just felt gross!! Nothing more unpleasant than a hand condom bunching up between your toes. And the friction of vinyl against skin - ew. Double ew. After a few minutes of trying to get used to it, I couldn't stand the abuse, and asked him why he was wearing gloves. He didn't quite understand, so I tried to gesture what was bothering me, to no avail. At that point, I was completely checked out. And I'm not sure why, but I felt kind of violated. I rate this place 5 stars but... IT DEPENDS WHO YOU GET. The masseuse I had was a young female and she was excellent in the massaging process and I give HER and the experience a 5 star rating, on the other hand my girlfriend wasn't so lucky. PLEASE READ: My girlfriend's masseuse was an older lanky male with black hair who was WAY TOO AGGRESSIVE and literally left her walking out the place in pain. She tried to tell him several times to take it easy but he wouldn't have it. His fingers reeked of cigarettes (not something most people today would want to smell while getting a massage!) and he was very inconsiderate and more "pinching and poking" than actually massaging the skin. When it was time to lay on her stomach he literally shoved the towel from underneath her and just pointed down, I saw her reaction while I was turning over myself but I was too relaxed to realize what was happening. It wasn't pleasant at all for her. At the very last part of the massage he literally pounded her lower back so hard she cried out in pain and the guy walked away. Worst massage ever three days later I'm still in pain (my upper back). I paid for an hour foot massage the older lady at the front suggested this male. He put my feet in a bucket of warm water. He then proceeded to massage my temples and my back for about 20 minutes, now what part of foot massage is this. It wasn't that he was in the wrong vasinaty, but he was rubing me RAW. I asked for medium pressure when I first entered the business. He finally got to my feet and then finished off the message with a final back karate chops to my back. I yelled out. OUCH!!! Over all good experience each time and I've been here, about 15 different times. After a long day on my feet they take all the pain away. I like it soft but you can get medium or hard. Their English is good so no communication problems like I have had at other places that are similar to this establishment. The only problem I have had here is the guy that works the front desk... No personality and he can be rude. But the young lady who also works the front is very accommodating and never rude. I went a long time ago before COVID. The one star is because my sister had a great massage from an Asian lady. I had the Caucasian lady who was making excuses by giving me reasons why she massages a certain way to loosen my muscles. I specifically said go hard to the max and use your elbows because I had knots in my back. I still had the knots after. My sister was happy, but I was displeased very much with the service. I specifically told her to focus on my shoulders and neck area only. She had poor listening skills. I read other people's reviews and the ones who had a bad experience probably had the same person I did.
