The first time I came in just to change my pedals- after using every tool at their disposal, they couldn't get the old one off, but they pointed me toward a great used part at a very fair price and helped me install it. They also walked me through checking my bolts and lubricating everything that needed it. My most recent visit was for a tune-up after a rear tire replacement and a few months of riding -- my shifting was a mess, and it turned out there were several things contributing to it. We took the Bob Jones Bike Trail, just as the owner recommended, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip!
