Also included info that there is a small, free lot in the back and what streets to find free parking. That's already a win for me! Even prior to that, I even received a birthday text! Front staff also are very prompt with answering back voicemails and texting to check in when they noticed a missed call from me. The building outside was neatly decorated and furnished with outdoor furniture and trees with a lawn. Front door was always locked but it unlocked as soon as I ran the doorbell. Greeted by a sweet receptionist. She immediately offered the restroom for me, which was very clean, small and cutely decorated in minimalist style. I met with Dr. Dru for my initial appointment. It went really well! The appointment was so informative and constructive. I received a lot of education and feedback. Everything and all the bullet points I wanted to go over was discussed. Best one hour spent! The pelvic exam included an external and internal exam. I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. Dr. Dru was very professional, kind and smart. I learned a lot too! In my mind, pelvic floor therapy was something only women needed right after having babies. From the moment I met Danielle, I felt at ease. She listened without judgment, explained everything clearly, and reassured me that all of the strange, self-conscious feelings I was having were completely normal. Even after that first appointment, I felt more hopeful. I've learned so much, from proper breathing (I had no idea I wasn't breathing correctly!) to exercises and techniques that have genuinely helped. Although I ultimately needed a pessary, which was another emotional hurdle for me, Danielle helped me feel so much more comfortable and positive about the entire process. Danielle is incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Every time I leave an appointment, I feel happier, more confident, and more in control of what's happening with my body. She has made what felt like an overwhelming and lonely experience so much easier. Not only are they PFT, they are Orthopedic Physical Therapists which makes a huge difference in your care. Dr. Linda has created a personalized approach to heal women's bodies. She hosts free events at the Family Room along with fun events like the Vulva painting to connect women with specialists centered on supporting recovery from pregnancy and child birth. She is very passionate about supporting women and you feel it the moment you step into their office that this is a safe space for women to be open and get the support they need. Some quick tips before I get into the details: Parking - plenty in a private lot. Office staff - amazing! Mary and Davita are so sweet and they really care about each patient that comes in. Bedside manner - amazing since each Provider is trained directly by Dr. Linda who founded Feminocentric and created her 12 week care plan. Billing and insurance - most likely out of pocket. They provide super bills. Yes, they are pricey but worth it if you want a personal, progressive experience and are comfortable venturing out of your in-network plan. Here's my experience and backstory: I had so much pain after my eight week recovery from childbirth; I couldn't sit down or walk much without pain; I couldn't even lift or hold my baby for more than 10 minutes; I could barely lift the car seat or a stroller; and lastly, I felt sharp pain in my lower belly that was not getting better. My baby was only going to get heavier and I could not hold her, I was devastated. I needed to get better. My OBGYN referred me to PFT for my in network insurance. After my initial internal assessment, I was given exercises and was on my way. My visit was 30 minutes and I left in so much more pain. The exercises was not improving but worsening my condition. Worse yet, the follow up was three months away! I went to two other pelvic floor clinics and felt worse after the visits and I wasn't getting better. Similarly, the next visit was weeks away. My visits were less than an hour and I felt judged, rushed and I left in more pain than when I started. I turned to Yelp and was so fortunate to find FeminoCentric. Mary answered my call and was so patient and kind; she listened to what I needed and booked four weekly visits right away for me. She also was very personable and asked how I was doing - she really cared about me as a person. This sort of personalized care has continued throughout my visits with Mary and Davita and I feel like I'm going to my parent's house every time I walk in the door or when I call the office. During my initial assessment with Dr. Linda, she did a very thorough Q&A about my pregnancy, birth and post-partum care. During the internal exam, she was very communicative about what was going to happen and asked my permission and constantly checked how I was doing. Unlike other PFT, Dr. Linda helped me to release the tension in my pelvic floor and I was able to lift my baby, the car seat and the stroller after three sessions! I was able to walk and sit comfortably. My life was changed! I really liked that they want to see you weekly and each session progresses from the previous session and you do feel the results of your hard work and their program. I learned that a lot of the lower body is all connected and starting from strengthening your pelvic floor. I decided to do the entire 12 weeks because I wanted to strengthen my core and go back to running. I was able to start jogging at 6 months after giving birth. In addition to pelvic floor, I saw Dr. Danielle who helped me with mastitis. She gave me tips on how to care for myself along with gentle exercises to keep my progression with my PFT that was not too exhausting. Lastly, I was re-injured from a car accident and as Orthopedic Physical Therapists, they are able to treat my whole body. All the doctors are really great and I love the approach of releasing tension before training the muscles. I look forward to each of my appointments which I still think is strange, and that says a lot if they create an environment that is welcoming and comfortable for a doctor's office.

They were both very patient and kind. They made sure to help and support me. They were friendly throughout the process even when I stepped on a button that accidentally moved the bed. They were both very kind. Abigail checked me out. She was very patient in finding appointments that would work for me both as a follow up with Dr. Gipsman and for a first appointment for a second specialist in their office. She was smiling, friendly, professional, and kind. I met with Dr. Aaron M Gipsman to go over the results of the tests for my knee. He had excellent bedside manner. He answered all of mine and my husband's questions. He explained everything to our understanding and satisfaction. He explained everything he was doing during the exam and explained any findings afterward while consistently checking in with me to make sure I was fine.
