I have been a loyal For Eyes customer for over 15 years, primarily at the Buckhead location, where I have always received excellent service. Unfortunately, my experience at the Morrow location was disappointing and raises concerns about customer service standards at that office. On February 22, 2025, I visited the Buckhead location for an eye exam and purchased a pair of eyeglasses, paid in full the same day. I requested that my glasses be delivered to the Morrow location, as it is closer to my residence. On March 12, March 22, and March 31, I received voicemails from Marshall, a representative at the Morrow office, informing me that my glasses were ready for pickup. Due to a medical condition that left me homebound for several months, I was unable to pick them up immediately. On May 19, 2025, I called the Morrow store to explain my situation. The associate assured me there was no rush, that a note would be added to my account, and that my glasses would remain available for pickup whenever I was able to come in. On August 1, 2025, I was finally able to visit the Morrow location in person. Upon arrival, I experienced significant difficulty entering the store due to my mobility device. A sales associate, seated only a few feet away, observed me struggling but did not offer assistance. This lack of courtesy and support left me disappointed and frustrated, especially given my disability. Once inside, the associate initially stated that my glasses had been picked up on May 10, 2025. When I explained that I had spoken with someone on May 19--who had assured me my glasses would remain available--the associate then stated that my glasses had been returned to the lab after two months. The conflicting information was confusing and concerning, especially since I had been told otherwise just nine days after the supposed return date. I asked about a refund but was told only the manager could address that. I was later contacted by Erica, the store manager, who explained the store's two-month return policy and acknowledged process issues. She reordered my glasses and ultimately delivered them to me personally on August 12, 2025. While I appreciated Erica's effort to resolve the situation, the issue should never have escalated to that point. While Erica worked to resolve the situation, these events reflect a broader issue with customer service standards at the Morrow location. By contrast, I have never encountered such issues at the Buckhead location, where service has always been exemplary. read more

This location is great and the customer service is awesome. Quick note, I had an issue with my insurance and possible rejection of my benefits for new glasses. I was unable to correct the issue on my own and reached out to the Manager, Erica!!!! Erica handles business like no other manager. She began working on this issue the beginning of the week and kept me updated until the conclusion. I have the utmost respect for managers who truly manage for the customer and their business. Dr. Wyatt is the best and I would follow her due to her perfection of her craft and the staff that backs her. My hat goes off to this location and a "get it done" attitude of Erica! I went into this location in desperate need due to my eye glasses breaking and needed a new prescription. A young lady immediately greeted me in which I later learned was the store manager, Erica. They saw me as a walk-in and the doctor was very detailed and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. I was waited on by a young lady name Shemeka ( sorry if I'm misspelling) she was very detailed and reviewed all the options and promos with me. being a past customer, the level of professionalism with associate Shameca is astoundingly refreshing. in the past I had an issue with a presumed to be former employee who was not there during my visit that resulted in me walking out the store due to their attitude and poor customer service. however, shameca was very helpful and patient with me while I deliberated over which pair of frames I would like. she was knowledgeable and helped me to make an informed decision on my frames. Today was my second time visiting the For Eyes in Morrow location. Both times Erica helped with eyeglass selection - me on yesterday and my husband today. Not only is she knowledgeable and authentic in her assessments, she has an amazing sense of humor. Because of Erica, I scheduled his appointment at this location. She is amazing. I came in today and trying to purchase glasses. I was greeted by the sales associate Rai'Chelle and she was very nice and helpful. She let me know that I wouldn't be eligible for glasses until next year but she went along and helped me find a great pair and priced and told me how much they would have been.
