My wife made a special trip (little over a hour drive one way) to pick these up. Needless to say they were not even 8 foot long and my wife and I are furious! For another month and a half, we have been assured by the manager, owner, and mechanics that they are working it or waiting on parts with the same excuse that the shipment is late or the part did not come in. After all the delays and lies, we finally went again to get the "fixed" bike and nothing was done or fixed. And now the auto shift is completely inoperable! When we called back, the mechanic hung up on us! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!
