Some guys in the office spoke about getting burgers at this place, so I decided to try one night. Since I was by myself, I decided to eat at the bar. This is usually best to not take a whole table for yourself and then you usually get to chat with the bartender. What a mistake. This bartender could not keep up with the 6 people at the bar that sat down at different times. Maybe it was that she was responsible for the 2 tables of 4 outside the bar that took up most of her time. Had to remind her to fill up my water multiple times and then she'd forget. As for the food, it got an extra star for the Guinness French Onion soup. This was the best part of the night. For the dinner, I got the The BBQ Brisket Burger that is a half pound of Grilled Black Angus, Topped with Bourbon BBQ Sauce, Hickory Smoked Brisket, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Red Onions, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, and Crispy Onion Straws. It was medium done (which is common for my burgers), but it came out dry and really not that good. I've had better burgers (In N Out) for a hell of a lot cheaper! I was not very impressed by this place. If you want a good burger, go to Chicago's Best Burger down the road. read more

This is a heavily themed burger joint complete with a bar. The burgers were amazing. I got the black and bleu and my husband got the bbq brisket burger with an egg. I was disappointed that the lobster Mac and cheese I had scoped out on yelp wasn't served at this location. I was also a little disappointed that they didn't have a wider variety of sides. My son got the kids chicken and my daughter got the kids cheeseburger. The kids meals were $6.99 which I thought was a bit much but the kids loved it. The beer selection was good however the mixed drinks were pricey. The service was ok. Sat with empty cups for more than I liked. Great atmosphere and design. The decor definitely made me give them an additional star. The pros: appetizer and dessert were amazing, would absolutely suggest the bbq pulled pork nachos and rum cake. Also the texting system to reserve your spot in line would definitely make me chose this place over others without this feature. Driven by many times and FORD's is always packed and CLEARLY has enormous potential with lots of indoor and outdoor seating & more than a dozen TV's. It certainly has a sports bar ambiance with early Ford vehicles hovering overhead and gearhead paraphernalia on the walls. I'm a car guy... So not really anything that I hadn't seen b4.. Below museum quality... But was a good nostalgic effort albiet ode to Ford might offend a GM guy... Bathroom sinks were darn cool though. The service was average... Waitress was mechanical and not intuitive as the best usually are.. The burgers took nearly 30min to arrive but the food was still warm at least. The sides were all fine examples ... the broccoli and green beans were both slightly crisp and well-seasoned - solid A's... "we" are low-carbing this week. There were also baked beans and cole slaw on the table that were adequate but not as exceptional..B's. The burgers were not overcooked but also not overly impressive... B-. PRICES are about average.. No value meals here to my eyes. We will be back but no longer feeling like we might be missing out on an exceptional dining experience. One note... This may well be THE spot on GAME DAYS. I didnt hit the bars.. and there are 2 - so, when balls or pucks are flying... Ford's might move up in the standings... Will perhaps plan revisit with that in mind. read more

Fantastic atmosphere! We went out as a family for dinner on a Friday night. There was no wait. The place was busy but not over crowded. The decor and atmosphere is fantastic decorating. Wide range of burgers and other items. I do wish their drink menu featured more drink options other than beers for example different margaritas? Rum, vodka drinks. Ordered the potato soup. It was warm and chunky. A little too chunky for me but I ate it and my son enjoyed it as well. I also ordered the burger with an egg on it. It was good. Cooked to my liking and all the burger toppings came out just how I had ordered. I also ordered the truffle fried which were delicious. My Uber driver Hannah took over an hour to deliver an appetizer and a side dish because she waited on another order when I was given my meal it was completely tossed around in the container. This place had been doing down hill since its opening. No more Bison Burgers. The Peanut butter addition to that burger made it really salty with all the greasy bacon. The "pimento" burger was something like cheddar cheese whiz on top of the pattie with fresh bits of tomato sprinkled on top. I'm only giving 4 stars for fact thatthe food was amazing, but we had issues. This was a week or so before Christmas that we visited. They some how totally lost our order. Once we finally got our order they gave me a soggy juicy/greasy soaked bun. The women were nice, but not as efficient. Asked questions if we needed or wanted something, then world take time for that to happen. They did get me a bun after I asked but that too, took a moment. They also forgot to put the sauce on my sandwich. They comped our bill for like 11 dollars I believe, I short of feel they should have done half. Other then all the mess ups and screw ups their hamburgers are amazing, better then five guys! So my sum it up I'd actually will be try them again, and I'm giving them the get out of jail free card by the fact that it was around Christmas things happen and 'tis the season. Napkins = Gas Station rags Decor = Vintage Ford jalopies outside, inside and on the ceiling Bathrooms = Tires for sinks Food = you can order a 10 # burger called the hubcap or a chicken sammie called the Thunderbird So, yep it's cheesy but well done. Visited them twice in the past several years. This is a unique place with lots of neat stuff to look at while you wait for your food/drinks. We sat on the patio the first time we went and inside the second time. They have patio heaters outside (or at least they did several years ago) to keep patrons warm. I ordered the slider Nathan's hot dogs which were FANTASTIC! The fries were all great as we ordered the trio. The place is large and clean. Staff have always been very friendly. We have been there at least 3 times. It use to be good, quick and fun. We brought our daughter and family for dinner. She has never been there before. We told them it was a great place for a burger. Unfortunately it was a total flop.The bar was slow. Only 3 people sitting there. We ordered our onion rings and cocktails. The onion rings came out but No drinks. We waited for our meals at least 30-45 min. Waiter said the kitchen lost the ticket and he through out his. We had to reorder and then the food came out cold. Horrible experience. My order came out wrong (it happens) but I was really expecting the best of the best burgers. My burger was so soggy from all the grease so much that my lettuce was limp and the bread was very soggy as well. They really didn't live up to my expectations unfortunately.
