Love Mr and Mrs Crab. Literally barely a wait; We were a party of 9 and when six of us got there we were seated. Our server was kind, knew the menu, made good suggestions. This location has the ramen and rice. The ramen option is IT! Don't get it in any seasoning, eat it by dipping it in the bag and also by not getting it in the seasoned juice, it'll be easier preserved if you have left overs and not soggy. The oyster were HUGE and delicious. Cooked medium was perfect. My mom got some frozen drink, sort of reminded me of a rum rummer, but she said it didn't taste like liquor was in and I sampled to and there was no hint, after taste or anything or alcohol, so that was disappointing. We went for a birthday, be sure to let them know when you go. They have a fun song and LED lights and sign. It was literally like six birthdays on a Monday. Food came out on a timely manner. Parking is decent. Service is amazing. Good music and various tv channels on. I'll definitely be back.

10 out of 10 Our server, Ras was phenomenal! She was friendly, helpful and her customer service was on point. I ordered the 1/2 pound shrimp with heads off (Mr and Mrs crab seasoning medium) and 2 sides of noodles. Mixed the noodles into the bag and pure perfection. Came here to celebrate a birthday - they were kind enough to store the cake in the back until we were ready. They even supplied plates and silverware. Highly recommend this place for dates, family get togethers or just for a casual dinner.

    Kids had a great time.

I was brought here for my birthday this year with my family. I've never been to a place like this before, and the experience did not disappoint. The place has a great energy to it. it kind of makes me feel like I'm stepping into an Oceanside seafood restaurant, and the staff is friendly. The food is an entire journey. It's an absolute mess, but the most delicious of messes. You have your apron, plastic gloves, and the food itself is served inside of a plastic bag. They know what they're doing. The seafood was absolutely delicious. I haven't had any seafood in a while, and it was wonderful to make this the first experience in a long time. I'll definitely be returning here.

This place never disappoints. I am a huge seafood - especially crabs. The service was great and the place is always a vibe. Whatever you get, try it with Mild Seasoning with Mr and Mrs Crab Sauce. Yummy!!

We came from out of town for a wedding and stumbled upon this gem! The service was AMAZING!!! The food was DELICIOUS!!! It has been days since we've gone for lunch and I haven't stopped talking about it. My husband and I built our own book & shared some hushpuppies and i can't make a single complaint. Our server was so polite and so nice and very helpful!! I can't wait to come back to FL, stopping here is a new MUST!!!!!

The seasoning in the seafood bags are touch notch! The service was really good and the vibe and music was great. I loved my visit here and would certainly come back soon. It is a bit on the pricier side but definitely worth it!

I am so impressed with this seafood boil restaurant! I stopped by last night for dinner. The place itself is very cute, it's entirely decorated with cartoony nautical decor. The service was amazing, our waitress frequently checked in and was quick to fulfill any requests. For my meal I chose the basics option it was truly perfect! It comes with shrimp, sausage, mussels, potatoes, and corn. I selected mild lemon pepper for my seasoning and would recommend it. The seafood was fresh and very flavorful. I also a margarita, it was okay but for $4 you can't even be mad. I'm use to NYC prices so I thought this place was extremely well priced and would really recommend it to anyone who's in the mood for a good boil. We had two very filling boils, fried shrimp, 2 drinks, and a soft drink for under $100.

I'm not sure if they got a new cook or what but the sauce was so good today 01/27/2024! I ordered crawfish (hot with Mr. & Mrs. Crab sauce) & added eggs. I haven't tried many places in the area but if the food quality and taste will be like this I will always come here!

Seafood boils are in and this is a great spot to get one. The Mr. and Mrs Crab sauce is super flavorful. Careful on the spice though, even medium brings the heat. With a full bar and beer buckets, it's also a great place to grab a drink. The music is ALWAYS on point as well. *Fun Fact* if you spend over $100 you get a hat that allows the wearer 20% off on Mondays!*

I've come to Mr and Mrs Crab for 3 years now and every time I come it's a hit! I love being served by Jade, and I say it very modestly, she's amazing. She's extremely sweet and caring and extremely accommodating to what type of seafood one wants and any appetizers. I came in today, December 31st, and because of the order we received a free New Year's t-shirt! There's really not much to say about this place but tell you that it's freaking awesome and you should just come and try it yourself! If you do not like seafood, this might not be the place for you. However, there are other options for non seafood lovers. There's jasmine rice (steamed), hush puppies, and even breadsticks that come with cinnamon spread. Enjoy!!!

The overall atmosphere felt chaotic from the start. Unfortunately, a waitress, waiters, and bartenders were extremely rude and wouldn't even make eye contact. Eventually, the hostess seated us and she seemed okay. After being seated, we were ignored for about 15 minutes. We tried getting a waitress's attention to ask how we order, but she rushed by and completely ignored us. Later we found out her name was Maddie, and she was by far the rudest employee we encountered. We finally got a male waiter's attention who apologized, but then disappeared again. I'm not sure if they were understaffed or what, but the customer service was honestly horrible. We eventually went to the kiosk and ordered ourselves because at that point I just felt uncomfortable with the overall atmosphere (which honestly I should have just left). I still tipped, as I normally do. I waited at the bar for our food and the kiosk stated someone would call your number when your order was ready. No one ever called our number. I noticed a server/maddie repeatedly placing food on the pickup rack, so something told me to check. Sure enough, both of our orders had been sitting there. Another waitress helped me check, she was nice. I asked for the name of the rude waitress/server and was told it was Maddy/Maddie. Whoever the owner is really needs to look into the service because I would never allow this type of representation of my restaurant. Service: 1/5 Food: 3/5 Decor/Ambience: 4/5 (this is honestly what attracted me to the place) I would describe the food as not as good as Chipotle, not authentic Mexican, but maybe a step above Taco Bell and as we know, Taco Bell isn't that bad but it's Taco Bell. I had never tried this place before and wanted to give it a chance, but I wasn't impressed. The poor service definitely affected the experience, but honestly flavor-wise it's not something I'd crave again either... I'd rather have Taco Bell, lol. We all had steak bowls. For my order, 1 steak bowl and churros, it came out to about $23 with tip. Everything was just okay. Not from here, visiting from South Florida and unfortunately I would never come back.. but that's just me, I hope your experience is different if you try it.

How pleased were we? So pleased that, a mere 7 days later, we're about to drive 1.25 hours to have another meal there, this time with our extended family of 14. The host greeted this warmly and had us promptly seated. Our server, Danielle, was magnificent! She attended to us very well providing excellent recommendations. One of the main ingredients in this cheesy skillet of goodness is pepperoni. My husband asked that the chef leave that ingredient out of the recipe due to my recipe allergy reaction. The waiter did a commendable job communicating to the kitchen about my dietary needs. Unfortunately, our dip came off with pepperoni and I nearly devoured it down. The waiter was super apologetic and wrapped it a carry home container and reordered a new one. We were so full from the soft, tasty bread, that we didn't touch the appetizer. For dinner, I ordered the most divine homemade pasta and beef rib dish. Whoever was back there cooking the dish, you have amazing taste, talent, and skill. My husband ordered the stuffed shrimp and beef fat potatoes. The shrimp were jumbo and filled with a hearty breading that was packed with flavor. The potatoes were rich in flavor and had a buttery texture. He would definitely order this dish again! Our server went out of his way to refill our drinks and attend to everything we were requesting. As a bonus, he ordered two pistachio and chocolate chips on his tab for the dilemma we encountered with the appetizer. I thought that it was a genuine gesture. You don't see that happening much anymore. When our cannolis arrived, I was pumped trying one of my favorite desserts Due to full bellies, we brought the dessert home. When I tried the cannolis at home I unpleasantly surprised at the taste. The cannoli cream was virtually absent of flavor, smoothness, and mascarpone. It is unclear what the my replaced it with for the fillings Overall, our experience was great! We will definitely make an appearance again!

We started with a cappuccino and a café con Leche in the candle butter croissants! The creative ingenuity to put a wick inside the butter to perfectly melt your croissants was genius. For the entrées, we chose the campfire French toast and the sausage, egg and cheese croissant sandwich-I forgot the same of it! The eggs on the sandwich are called French eggs and they are to die for! Fluffy creamy and decadent. We also want everything with cream cheese. Next time would opt pass on the bagel. It was a bit chewy for our liking and perhaps boiled a bit too long- that is if they are making them fresh in house. The service was okay. Nothing wrong, but the server did stand or try to go above and beyond to create an experience to remember. She checked on us regularly with generic "is everything OK?" questions but did not offer dessert or ask if we wanted a second coffee. The cappuccino and cafe con Leche were absolutely delicious. We maybe would have bought a second one if offered. She waited for someone else to clear extra plates off the table and the carafe of water was empty by the end of the meal and it was not offered to be refilled.

It was open for business, but there was only one other group of two in there with us-and only one server-who was also the bartender. It was a little odd. I'm sure this place is popping at night. Our server (who was chatty at the end-businesslike before) told us there's karaoke on Friday nights and a DJ on Saturdays. I'll definitely bring the friends back for that. The drink menu is large-it would be a fun night spot. I'm just not sure I'd come back for a weekday lunch. That's not the food's fault, though. I had chicken enchiladas verde (very nice) with some of the best Mexican rice I've ever had. The margarita was also good. You can tell this restaurant has been around awhile-there are echoes of genres past, with different decor still lingering (the lighting, for example). But I love the murals outside, the bar surrounds, the signage by the stage area and the other Mexican touches. I also really like the vintage windows-it's a nice nod to the past. And it's spotless in here-so clean-with lots of tables. I also thought the prices were fair. I hope they thrive!

We decided to sit at the bar and at least have a drink. It was early so no a lot of people. Everyone seemed confused as to how things worked. Most employees spoke Spanish and we do not. A bartender did speak English. He asked what we wanted and took our drink order. He was nice. We did end up getting food. Chips and salsa=$10! Other items were priced fairly. We asked for water and he claimed they only had bottles of still water=$4.50. But we saw someone else get a glass with ice/water at another table. Also be warned there is a "service fee" of 15% (for what I have no idea) and if you use a credit card 3% card fee. We searched on line to see what people said about this place and some other reviews on Google said they charge $10 to get in although we were not charged anything to come in. In the end the food was pretty good. Bottom line- this is a nightclub with an identity problem as they are trying to serve food as well and it just does not have a restaurant or bar&grill feel to it. We won't be back as not our scene, but also wish them well with the clients they really are trying to attract.

We've been fans of 1916 since living in Plant City and are glad this location on 60 is close to us. Seat yourself and the bartender will come around to take your order. Looking over the menu, they have a good array of options. My wife loves the chicken Caesar salad. I ordered a special for the day, 6 wings for $6 as well as a Hell's Kitchen flat bread pizza. During the wait for our food I played a game where you can win a rubber ducky from a machine. My daughter enjoyed it but we didn't win. When we came back to the table, the manager floating around offered my daughter 2 small duckies for her to play with and keep. Once our food arrived, we dug in. I ordered my wings garlic parmesan. These were the best wings I have had in a while and the next time I want wings, I will be back for these. They were flavorful, meaty and decently sized. The crunch on these was next level and I truly hope they are the exact same the next time I visit. My flatbread was also good. Ample portion with flavorful toppings, cheesy and slightly crunchy with a tasty bread. Pairing these two smaller items together left me full but not stuffed. My wife enjoyed her salad but did note that the chicken didn't seem as fresh as usual and the dressing was way too much. Next time, she would order the dressing on the side so she can control the amount. Our 2-year-old picked from our plates but her palate is much more discerning these days and we're lucky if we can get her to eat mac and cheese. We will be back and you should check out 1916 as well.

I had the chance to share a great meal at their Lithia location with Jenn and Mags from the @Riverview foodies and @Fishhawk foodies. The menu has plenty of options ranging from more traditional sushi and sashimi to less traditional options like fried sushi rolls and crab stuffed jalapeño poppers! It's a great place for sushi lovers to be able to dine with their 'I don't like raw seafood' friends, with lots of choices for both. I love raw fish but for those who don't, I highly recommend the spicy crawfish roll. The cajun seasoned crawfish inside is something I wouldn't have thought of as a sushi ingredient but it's GOOD! My favorite part - they'll gladly customize anything on the menu for you, including modifications to make your meal safely gluten free. (They even have gluten free soy sauce - just ask!). The portions are big and the dessert options will hit the spot for even the sweetest sweet tooth. Our server Alexis was patient and attentive, and the sushi chef, Tyler, was happy to answer all of our questions. The vibe inside is fun and laid-back. There's obviously a Rock n Roll theme with guitars on the walls and TVs showing music videos. They keep the music loud enough to be enjoyable but not loud enough to hinder conversation. Even the bathrooms fit the vibe (and were clean!) - think: glitter snow leopard wallpaper and neon signs. Under new ownership and the management of the lovely Melany, the Lithia location not only offers an enjoyable dining experience but also has a patio with games and kids activities and a full calendar of events like themed evenings (hello, 80's night!) and paint and sip or yoga on the patio. If you're looking for a place to have a working lunch, this one fits the bill for that too - even having multiple USB charging ports and outlets at each booth.
