The seafood boils offer various choices and price points as well as build your own boils for that personal touch. Prices typical of most places that offer these types of seafood. I believe our server's name was Kai. she was great. I visited this location with my aunt and uncle. I ordered the scallops and fries with extra hot hot sauce which apparently everyone raves about from reading other reviews and deservedly so. This location has the ramen and rice. The ramen option is IT! Don't get it in any seasoning, eat it by dipping it in the bag and also by not getting it in the seasoned juice, it'll be easier preserved if you have left overs and not soggy. The oyster were HUGE and delicious. Cooked medium was perfect. My mom got some frozen drink, sort of reminded me of a rum rummer, but she said it didn't taste like liquor was in and I sampled to and there was no hint, after taste or anything or alcohol, so that was disappointing. The service was amazing, our waitress frequently checked in and was quick to fulfill any requests. For my meal I chose the basics option it was truly perfect! It comes with shrimp, sausage, mussels, potatoes, and corn. I selected mild lemon pepper for my seasoning and would recommend it. The seafood was fresh and very flavorful. I also a margarita, it was okay but for $4 you can't even be mad. She's extremely sweet and caring and extremely accommodating to what type of seafood one wants and any appetizers. I came in today, December 31st, and because of the order we received a free New Year's t-shirt! There's really not much to say about this place but tell you that it's freaking awesome and you should just come and try it yourself! If you do not like seafood, this might not be the place for you. Mrs and Mrs Crab I have to admit 3 things: 1) Mr and Mrs Crab really isn't the kind of restaurant where I normally eat. Casual restaurants like this really aren't my thing, even though I know that money can be the enemy of good food... because good food exists at all price points AND 2) I tend not to eat at chains, because when you try to please EVERYONE, you really never please anyone. It's better to just have your vision of what you want to make and doing it well, instead of diluting it for the masses AND 3) I had been curious for a few year, as these places keep popping up, but I'm a southern girl who refuses to believe a chain can do a seafood boil better than you make in your own kitchen. I finally got a chance to satisfy my curiosity as my friend, the birthday girl, chose this as her celebration spot. It didn't seem that the prices were out of line, especially if the quality met the prices. I tend to avoid places that list snow crabs, since they are the cheapest (quality wise) crab option out there, but I know people eat snow crab because it so accessible from a pricing point of view. I'm not going to talk about decor, other than you shouldn't be coming here for date night unless its a seriously casual date night. Otherwise, it's done in mainstream family friendly way. I'll talk to service in that it was incredibly friendly, from the front of house to the general helpfulness of the wait staff. I'm talking about the waiters/waitresses that aren't even responsible for taking care of your table but can recognize and speaks up on seeing a customer who has that dazed "where is the washroom" look on their faces. I can't recall the name of our waiter who took care of our 9 top table, but he really was on top of his game making sure we had more than enough napkins, bibs, finger wipes, etc. You can tell he was just really accustomed to predicting what the customer might need, and when you combine that with an upbeat demeanor and an attitude that the small ways in which he took care of us was "no big deal", it really means a lot! You can teach anyone (technically) to wait on table, but you can't teach genuine niceness, so it's always pleasant to find. I ordered a 1lb shrimp boil and was positively shocked at the quality of the food and the taste! I couldn't believe the seasoning was so well done and practically with an opinion of its own! These people apparently never met a clove of garlic they didn't love, and I was loved it too! I gave away all of my corn and potatoes, since I prefer low to no carbs and became full on eating only 1/2 the shrimp, which qualify as extra large or U-10 (I think). This southern girl ate her hat that night and admitted a restaurant chain COULD do it better! I took the rest home and saved the juices to add to a stir fry that I made the next day. Side note: Don't wear anything nice. Even with the protection of the bib, I still spilled the seafood juices all over my clothes. Not sure how others ate with the gloves on as the grip is very slippery on you food. I say embrace the mess and have fun! I'll be back! read more

Best fried pickles I've ever had! My friend wanted to take me to dinner since I was visiting but the places she wanted to take me were closed. So I pulled this place up on Yelp and she was so happy that I found it. Back track, a couple other friends of mine went to another location a few days before and said it was really good when I had asked. I was looking for a good seafood place to visit while I was there. So the first time I went, I got a dozen oysters, clam chowder and salad. And we ate fried pickles and hush puppies. I'm not usually a fan of fried pickles but these ones were so good, I'm going to forever be looking for some like them. It's hard to find hush puppies anywhere anymore so they were a pleasant surprise. The oysters were awesome too. My only complaint is that I don't feel like we got enough ranch for dipping our pickles, and I DEFINITELY didn't get enough blue cheese for my salad. We asked for another ranch for the pickles but they forgot to bring it. I also just want to add that we showed up 20 minutes before they closed and we were going to order to go but they told us it would be ok for us to sit down and that we were thoughtful for even considering take out because of the time. So the next day my other friend who I was visiting with wanted seafood and she found this place and I told her I went the night before and how good it was. This time I for a steamed bag with crawfish and blue crab. She and my friend who took me the night before both got snow crab. I tried some. It was great. My steamed bag was great. I wasn't sure what to expect after reading a mix of favorable and unfavorable reviews. I can only say that the service was fantastic for takeout. I placed my order, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. They answered my questions about the spice level and the difference between the regular and manila clams. I didn't have to wait too long to receive my order. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Th meal was split between my mother and I. We got a dozen steamed oysters, and a make your own combo with mussels and clams. I chose the Mr. & Mrs. Crab sauce at a mild spice level. The mild was a little spicier than I normally get. It actually had a kick of heat without being overly spicy. The medium level would have been too much for me. Mom commented that she liked the seasoning but that it was too salty. I have to agree. It's the first thing that I noticed because I'm sensitive to that. There's nothing wrong with a lot of salt. Most people like that. I just can't have it very often. We were seated immediately and our waiter was phenomenal from the start. The cool thing about this place is that you basically build your own seafood boil in a bag. I chose calamari and blue crab for my meal with their special seasoning (hot). OMG the best thing ever!!! Everything was so incredibly fresh and every combo comes with corn and a potato.
