Newly transplanted to Kentucky and spotted this while driving to Ohio one day. Check the reviews and had to give it a go. The atmosphere and customer service is great. Super friendly staff and even though it was busy we were seated within minutes for lunch. Our server was great and explained the menus and recommendations. I came for a burger and they didn't disappoint. The meat was fresh and my medium rare was spot on. The flavor was amazing. The fries complemented the burger and had great flavor as well. For those with gluten allergies or sensitivity they have a gluten free bun that my wife said was as close as you can get to a regular bun. Really cool place. Love the casual garage vibe with low lights, hanging old time cars, spinning engines and tires everywhere even made out of bathroom sinks. The food is really good too! Ford's Garage was a great place to stop and refuel for dinner! We tried the pretzels and cheese for an app. Much better than other places! So fresh. We had two great burgers a Ford's Signature and the other was a Roadster with the Brisket both excellent! The brisket was really good and just enough to get a taste. When I go back I will try that Brisket Sandwich as another option. While there we enjoyed the nostalgia of Ford's time. The Cars inside and out are something to see! The service was top notch our waitress was so friendly and welcoming. Hope you get the chance to try this place out and if you're even near Crump, Tennessee Look up fav called Earl's Grille. We tried to get in when they first opened but we couldn't get in the lot so this was our first visit. We stopped by for a late lunch on a Tuesday so we were seated right away. The decor is vintage auto but that made it even more fun. I ordered the chicken strips and my wife the fried cod. The fish portion is large & is real fish, not logs or pieces. If you like cars (Fords) and good food, you'll love Ford's Garage. They have an extensive beer menu and so many burgers options. My burger was a bit overcooked, but not egregiously so. Our waitress was attentive and even filled up my Nalgene, which some places won't. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend Ford's Garage! read more

When you walk in to the restaurant you will be provided great service. The inside is decked out with two cars hanging from the ceiling and one between tables. I ordered the Shrimp and Grits. They were quite good but they were not southern style Grits.... read more

Had such a wonderful first time after church today! one of my Church friends recommended that we check it out. The wait around 1 PM was a bit long, but once we got in, our server Kenzie was super sweet and took great care of us. The Ford's signature burger was absolutely amazing - definitely the highlight of our visit! My husband and I enjoyed our meals, and my son even had a chat about Pokemon with host Jordan. Now he wont stop talking about there conversation and wants to go back to talk some more with him. We drove from Louisville to take our son to the airport. He will be living in Germany for the rest of the year, so he wanted to get one last taste of true "American" food. Ford's Garage did not disappoint! We each tried a different burger. They have a huge selection of themed burgers, and each was named for a significant person from the local community. The burgers were amazing! They even had "Ford's Garage" seared into the top of the bun, which we thought was pretty cool. Two of us tried the turkey burger substitution for the patty. The turkey was moist and delicious, which is no small feat. The sweet potato tater tots with the caramel dip was amazing, and the fries were well-seasoned and delicious. Our waiter was attentive, and we received our food quickly. We were really amazed at the attention to the automotive detail in the restaurant. Even the bathrooms fit into the theme! I visited here with my family while vacationing near The Ark and Creation Museum. There were seven of us for lunch and while it's a busy place it was only a ten minute wait. The menu has lunch and dinner options and is American fare. We all ordered hamburgers. I had a traditional cheeseburger with fries. The burger was big, juicy and flavorful. I truly enjoyed it. The fries were good too. Our server was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is worth noting because it has a mechanic's garage theme that is very cool and amusing in its details. I pay almost $16 for a burger, I don't expect to get the butt of the lettuce. The first bite tasted like a salad with hamburger. Once I took the lettuce off the burger tasted ok. What I would expect from a bobs big boy. We also got the nachos and paid the extra $2.50 to get guacamole and it was enough for 6 chips. I wouldn't go back to Ford's Garage Florence if you paid me to. They overcharge for mediocre burgers and fries that tasted like they were leftover from the night before. It's a shame that this location isn't very good. The concept is visually appealing but not worth the wait or money you would have to spend.
