We just arrived in town and after searching Yelp we knew we had to try Fords Garage! They offered several dishes that sounded great and had so many five star reviews. Let me add five more, Audrey was our server and she gave us excellent advice on the menu, she checked on us every few minutes. We lacked for nothing. I chose the brisket sandwich, which melted in my mouth. My husband had the estate burger, it was huge and he said it was delicious. Our server was personable and helpful as this was our first visit. She gave us a quick history of the place and then made suggestions for items she thought we would enjoy. My husband got a brisket sandwich (the roadster) with fries and a side salad. I had the blackened salmon salad and a bowl of tomato basil soup. All the food was delicious and we ate every bite! Went here during a quick stay in Kentucky. Close to the airport and surrounding hotels. Probably about 5-10 minute drive. Atmosphere of this place is nice with the old ford automobile cars and parts. Lindsay was my waitress and recommended good local beers. All the burgers looked good and mine was one of the better burgers I've had in a while. My family was in town for Easter weekend and my uncle is a huge Ford buff. We stopped in with a party of 8 and everything was fantastic. There were 0 problems with our food, our server (Julia or Julie) was amazing, our drinks were never empty! I would recommend this place to anyone! I appreciated that they had a gluten free bun option and a couple gluten free entrees and sides. A little bummed that the fries weren't gluten free but they try. My burger was a good burger but I wouldn't say it was anything special. However, I did order one of the most basic burgers available lol.
