As in every TJ Maxx, you'll find some good products but also lot of low quality stuff, t-shirts with their collars stretched out, etc. One thing that annoys me when I visit this location (which doesn't happen at the nearby Bayonne, NJ location) is that when I want to try something on they have me hang the stuff, count, and once I'm done they repeat the same process again. I understand this process if I'm holding multiple items, but sometimes I have just 2 and they can clearly see I'm holding 2 items, but they work like robots. Also, they charge for that low quality paper bag if you need one (the Bayonne location doesn't). So, just to summarize, if you want questionable quality clothes for a good price this is a store I recommend. But if you want long lasting clothes that will survive multiple washing cycles, that will fit well, be very thorough if you're getting them here and try them carefully before purchasing or spend a little more at a higher quality store.

It first accord after washing our sheets. They looks like some sharp object would be in the drum and pull strands out of the fabric. We checked the drum, stroked over every inch with our hands, used cotton balls to see if anything stuck - nothing! I called customer service (we ordered our washer directly from LG). They told us to run the drum clean cycle 5 times in a row (that's 7.5 hours!) that should solve the problem. We did and the next load of laundry had the same problem. We called LG again, send them pictures as requested, were told they investigate and call back. They never did. Today was the 6th time I called and also send an email to the president. After telling them that I will write this review and post it everywhere I was asked by the supervisor if I use the right cycle to wash my laundry. I am 69 years old and know how to do laundry. Finally I was told he would pass it on to their service center which will contact me to find out if it is a manufactory defect. This goes on now for over 6 weeks. The service center contacted us via text and asked what are the defective parts - how am I supposed to know? The next message was they reach out if they have someone available. I would stay away from LG which is hard to say because we have LG everywhere from fridge to TVs but if something is wrong it is the worse customer service you ever experience.

Let me tell you something---Dana knows her stuff, she knows what's in season when, when it'll be available and how much it'll be and who to get it from and why or why not. That and the fact that she knows every house of worship, cemetery and funeral home on the island and probably beyond. She knows what you can and can't do or get away with. She knows what flowers mean and what they bring to your events. And---she respects what you know. So, when you speak with Dana, she 'gets it' quickly. She's a subject matter expert in her field--which means she's very savvy which is why she's so good and why her product is what it is---excellent and nothing less. Grapevine provided the flowers for my Bridal shower, Our wedding and even dressed our beautiful wedding cake! And the flowers were stunning....beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of... This time Salvador helped make my bouquets and he did such a passionless job at it, where he simply tied things together without even trying to make it look nice. The ribbon, as you can see, was jumbled together like a 5 year old did it and the overall bouquet looks so bland and heartless. Salvador's nonchalant attitude and low effort detracts from the high quality and elegant experience that I had last time at Grapevine. Salvador didn't even ask to see if I liked the construction or asked for my opinion of how he assembled it, he just tied everything together effortlessly and said "here you go" and left, with no consideration whatsoever about the shopper's preference. If you have to come here, ask for Megan who is only here on Sunday or ask for some other staff, just please don't use Salvador else you'll waste your time and money on a poor quality bouquet.
