WATCH OUT, as others have said, they are RUDE and tasteless! Came here for a facial with my mother, and we walked out spending a little over $1000 for a few skin care products. Are the products worth the money... after using them, we didn't think so. There are other high quality lines that have better quality ingredients, and are not so overpriced. It's the sale people here that really make this place look bad. It's the way they HUSTLE people walking by that make them appear DESPERATE, CHEAP, TASTELESS, and GHETTO! The employees themselves look tired and washed up, and obviously can't even afford to use their own products. They would do well to take notes on CLASS from the other businesses around them. They don't fit in with the fine shops at the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center but rather belong in a kiosk in the local mall. While my mother and I stepped inside, they were talking about us to each other in a foreign language and when they saw that we took notice, they stopped and gave a fake smile. Also, when we gave them our parking ticket to validate, the sales lady tried to pull a fast one and give me one of hers back. I asked her why she didn't give me my original back and she told me that the other one would allow us to park longer since we were staying for a facial etc. When we gave the parking lot attendant our ticket, he would not let us leave and said our ticket was invalid and from another day! He was nice enough to park us to the side and run back to the shop himself and get it straightened out. Obviously these reviews are being written by employees. Read the reviews of the company and the product nation-wide before you go in and shell out $300-$700 for this glorified line of products. I didn't spend money there. If you have to stand outside the store and lure people in, your product isn't that great. Don't hand me free samples and try to convince me to come in to try it. I sat outside another store waiting on someone else while trying to schedule a tour and listened to these people insult people by telling them what was wrong with their faces (really?) and suggest that their faces were worth investing this large sum of money for. I was there last year. And just now got the chance to write about this place. I was recommend to try forever flawless by my Japanese friend (thanks Kiko- love you). Anyway... I tried the eye serum and eye cream and I loved it. Very light in texture and still hydrating enough for my nyc winter. I bought also the perfectio. So expensive but with lifetime warranty- it is an investment. Anyway... already a year of using and quite happy with the results. Especially with the perfectio. RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... The sales manager or store lead, as she claims to be, or whoever she is (photographed in pictures on this yelp account, the girl with no expression) was very rude, not very helpful, and seems like she is upset and angry all the time. For a shop that claims to be selling luxury items, i believe that particular employee dulls the shine of their "diamond infused skin care".. I visited this shop and soon after seen her walking around the Royal Hawaiian Hotel, harassing one of the hotel employees that works in the shops of the hotel!! I didn't think it was right of her to do that in any situation. Belittling and putting down other companies is just plain unprofessional, and this company might have a lawsuit against them soon if that particular hotel employee decides to take action... BEWARE!! My husband and I was passing the store after we shopped at Tricked Out accessories. A man approached to to give us some samples. At first I didn't want to go in because it looked expensive but surprisingly my husband was curious lol. He was explaining how their products are infused with diamonds so we thought that was pretty cool! He guided us to one of their skincare stations to try the products on us. He started off with the skin peel product then applied cream on the back of our hands.. the cream absorbed so fast! The he placed the cream on top of our other hand without the skin peel and the cream took a long time to absorb. What amazed us was when he applied the eye cream for dark circles and other benefits on my husband and his dark circles disappeared in a couple mins! Not completely but it got so much lighter. That sold us. Man it is pricey to spend one time but it's a very good investment since it can last about a year! So of course we ended up purchasing the eye cream and skin peel. We trying it to see how it'll react in a week or so.. Other than that, the sales man we had was really nice. I got to try their skin products because of my friend who absolutely loved them and let me try, I don't usually go crazy with skin products and try to keep it simple but after I tried i really liked it.
