I saw many people working and would smile at them and they did nothing...no smile or response. #2. At checkout, I was the only person in line and waited awhile. I am actually the one who asked how her day was, especially because it was so awkward standing there in total silence. #3. The dressing rooms were so hot, with the worst lighting and the music was so loud (I think that's where the speakers are or something). It was louder there than in the store.
