The only little hiccup I could make a suggestion for in the future is just knock to let the owner know when you need to paint the door trim as my dogs really wanted to run out the door as soon as it swung open. Luckily I was nearby to grab them but that wouldn't be ideal for anyone involved if they ran out. The workers assigned to our property were otherwise very consistently hard working and listened to any requests we had along with the way. Original Richard did terrific stucco and paint job on my parents house 10 years ago. It took a few exorbitant estimates before I thought to ask who did the work at their house.
