I had an absolutely awful experience with this flooring company and would never recommend them to…read moreanyone. From the very beginning, the process was stressful and unprofessional. They asked for a deposit upfront and said the rest would be due once the job was finished but the owner kept asking for more money every few days throughout the project. It felt like they were more focused on getting paid than doing the job correctly. I have a large home, and they repeatedly ordered less material than needed, which caused constant delays. I had to go back and forth with them far more than any customer ever should. Even after all that, the quality of the work was terrible. As you can see in my photos, the floors are cracking, there are gaps between the vinyl planks, and it's clear they did not check if the subfloor was level before installing. The carpet seams are also visible. They didn't put any trim molding between the carpet and vinyl floor. When I contacted Tom about the issues, he told me to send the pictures to his daughter. I did, but they never replied and never came back to fix the problems. It has only been three years, and I now have to completely tear out the flooring and replace it all over again. They rushed through the installation just to get the job done and collect the money, without any real care for quality or long-term results. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs.

Called Trini about a fence and he was here within an hour to measure and give me a quote. His crew was here the same day digging fence posts. The fence was completely finished in three days (including one change request from my wife). Called him again when I needed landscaping. Once again Trini came out the same day to estimate the work with his full crew showing up early the next morning to start. Yard was completed in 2 1/2 days. His crew shows great attention to detail and meticulously cleans up after they're done. Estrada's is the first place we'll call when we need additional work done in the future.
