I went in today afternoon to try on dresses and for a consultation. Because it was my first time visiting a wedding vendor (other than venues), I wasn't planning on making any decisions today. However after my visit today, I am 100% sure I will be choosing Forever Together to work with me for my wedding next year! First off, Hannah was AMAZING. She helped me with my dresses and she made me feel so comfortable and confident (& that's exactly how a bride-to-be should feel when trying on her dresses!) She was SO helpful and professional while I tried on my 9 dresses. Her suggestions were also perfect. My mom, my fiancé, and I ended up loving the dress Hannah suggested the most!! She was smiling throughout the whole time and answered all of the questions I had. My experience with her today was so amazing that I cannot wait to go back to try on more dresses and ultimately make my final decision! We also had a consultation with Eric and he was very helpful as well. He was funny, charming and was very accommodating. He was easy to talk to and was willing to work with our budget. He is also very experienced and has a lot of knowledge with venues around the area, so if you have questions, you should ask away! Not even 1star.... Please read this review before you hire this company. The worst customer service ever!!!! My friends got marry on November 2015, but still have not received the wedding album from them. It has been over 8 months. My friend has paid them in full prior to the wedding, however they received nothing from them so far. How is that possible? Its almost the end of September 2016!! We are still asking about status of album and they continually tell us to contact to photographer, Their own employee, directly. Ok.. Even when we contact the photographer he does nothing but tell us to WAIT, no apology, nothing. Wait until when???? Its September!! The wedding was November LAST year!Seriously?! Are you guys making whole life album?!? Bottom line, i don't know about any other wedding services...but i know they wont treat customer so curtly like this. Forever Together is an all-in-one wedding service center, where couples can buy their all of their wedding outfits and book photographer and hair & makeup artists under one roof. Though they're more known for their dress selection and wedding package services, I came here primarily for the body and skincare services provided by their adjoining spa, which can be used standalone even if you're not an existing wedding client. My mother-in-law gifted me with a pre-wedding skincare package, which included ten 2-hour sessions. Under the care of Hayley Kim, the esthetician, my skin practically glowed every time I left. Each facial included the usual cleanings, extractions and masks that characterize typical facials, but during our first session, Hayley informed me of some key departures from 'American' facials. For one, massages are a big (and WONDERFUL) part of the therapy, and Hayley was expert with any stress knots I might have accrued since my last time. Facial massages, IP lasers, and a warming machine whose name escapes me but accomplishes the benefits of hot stone therapy were all part of the two hours, many of which were so relaxing that I found myself lulled to sleep. At $100 a session (plus a $20 tip), it certainly wasn't cheap, but I've paid much more than that for 120 minutes elsewhere, for less dynamic and thorough work. I've also employed the hair and makeup services at Forever Together for three special events (one of which was my engagement shoot and two were for other weddings I was in) and suffice it to say that their expertise doesn't stop at skincare. Two different women worked on my face and tresses, but both of them listened carefully when I had specific details about what I wanted done, and supplied thoughtful advice where my input was hazy or unformed. Each time, they worked wonders with my usually unkempt self. Here, again, the price was certainly not chump change at $200, but when I got in touch with other well-known event makeup artists in the area, I found that they charged about that much (if not more). To have so many different services in a single space is certainly convenient for any couple that wants to avoid searching for individual vendors, but I would also recommend their standalone services if you're not on too tight a budget. There's plenty of meter parking on Northern Boulevard, but for longer appointments, I'd advise you to park on the streets that run alongside the building (perpendicular to Northern), where there's free two-hour parking. read more

I had to write this review because I think it's a bit misrepresented on Yelp. This review is in regards to the photographer and their customer service. It was really difficult looking for a good photographer for engagement photos in NYC. Most places are quite expensive but either the photos or what they offered didn't seem to quite justify the price. I narrowed it down between this place and another because although I loved Forever Together's work, I was hesitant based on their Yelp reviews to be honest, but as soon as I met the photographer I was immediately put at ease. He's a very easy going, dynamic individual and I knew right away he'd make us feel very comfortable the day of the shoot, which he totally did and even in our correspondences after the shoot. I had total trust in his talent and this also helped make me feel confident we made the right decision in picking him. The woman who did my hair/makeup the day of was very sweet and took her time to make sure I was comfortable and happy with how I looked. Hannah is amazing as a point of reference. Definitely very helpful, I always asked for her whenever I had a question/concern. The only caveat is, you may have to call them a few times if you have a question to sort out, but that's to be expected at most places in my experience since I know they are very busy, but they are always prompt and courteous. I marked this place as moderately priced, because although it may seem like you are paying a lot, you are also getting a lot, including gorgeous pictures and genuine customer service. I went to Forever Together Wedding in 2014 as a bridesmaid for my sister's wedding. They have everything there. I was so impressed. They sell bridal gowns by famous designers and that's not all. They have wedding photography, wedding video, Hair and Make-up and Flowers. My sister booked her entire bridal party attire from Forever Together. The bridesmaids ordered their dresses and the groomsmen rented their tuxs. I went with my sister to every dress appointment and everyone was so friendly there. So I travelled to NYC to get my wedding dress, because my hubby's family lives there and we were already visiting for Thanksgiving, so I said, WHY NOT?? And I ended up making a ton of appointments to a ton of wedding boutiques all within a 3 day period. Forever Together was the LAST place we visited in this crazy 3-day hellish weekend (word of advise, find some designers u like, then find a COUPLE of places that have dresses from those designers u like, -2, 3 TOPS- and stick to those... Don't do what I did, it WAS NUTS!!! I must've gone to over a dozen places in 3 days, it was insane!!! but I digress...) So this was our last spot and we almost drove right past it... It's very deceiving from the outside. But once you walk in, it's like the type of experience u'd expect u'd get at Kleinfeld's (YES, I did Kleinfeld - and I hated it too). Only FT was soooo much better! The personalized attention, the sweet and friendly way of the girls that work there, it's like you're the only thing that matters once u walk through those doors and they do EVERYTHING to make you feel special and to ensure you feel 100% right about your purchase and absolutely love every thing about it. Wedding planning can be an enjoyable process when you picked the right vendor. I highly recommend Forever together total wedding center for all brides to be! (They do make up and style for other occasions as well.) We just had our big day last Sunday. We had 2 bridesmaids and 2 groomsmen. We shopped for vendors about 2 years ago. I remembered all their staffs were super friendly and smily. They are all Korean and English speaking. Manager Eric was very humorous. He showed us different studio packages. We didn't make decision on site. And we went back to have contract with them about one and half year ago! Hannah (wonderful person) recognized us right away! The studio is spacious! You have a huge stage to present in dresses. Although it costs a bit higher than the other studios I inquired, their services and final work just make you feel so worth it!!! They care about their customers. Dresses: I went there three times for dress picking. Hannah always makes me feel calm and welcomed. She is super nice, professional and patient, and always make sure to address your concerns. I have tried about 20 dresses total in two different times and was little overwhelmed by then. Then I went to their website to see the dress collection. The very last time I specifically tried on ones (about another 10) that I picked online. It worked out! I picked 3 dresses. One for engagement outdoor shooting, one for ceremony and one for reception. (I bought one Qipao from Chinatown for morning door game.) Then we went for alteration and final fitting. Their good quality and stylish suits came with shirt, vest, cuff links, fancy buttons, bow tie, pocket napkin. Groom and groomsmen only need to prepare for shoes and socks. (Suits by Michael Kors) Photographer: pre-wedding photo by Phil and his assistant, very funny guys! We had lots of fun taking pictures and it's not as tired as I expected. Pictures turned out great! Make up and hair: Love love love! It's very fresh and natural look every time. Artist Noki was very easy to communicate. Accessories: I have to say that Hannah and Nanci are very tasty stylists. I like the Tierra and earrings they recommended to match the outfit. Seamstress: she altered dress very well. All dresses are comfortable and gorgeous. They have packages with photography and etc but I didn't inquire about them so can't say much. All I know is that if you choose to get your wedding dress here, you have to work with Nanci because she is so pleasant and helpful. She was a dream to work with. I thought I had no idea what kind of dress I wanted but she quickly helped me figures out what I don't want, consequently getting me to figure out exactly what I wanted. They have a good variety of designers with several trunk shows throughout the summer. I found a bunch of dresses that I liked, and the very first one I tried on was it - the one. Of course I tried on others but the first one really felt right. Nanci worked with me to come back a second time to be sure to see other options. She also helped me throughout with scheduling fittings, gave me a deal on alterations, and was so so sweet every step of the way. When I went to pick up my dress, I felt like she was a friend! My Justin Alexander dress was so perfect for me, and the alterations were spectacular. Fit me like a glove, even though I bought it off the rack. The seamstress is on site and she is like a wizard. I came here two weeks before my wedding because I had a very ill fitted dress and I was trying on samples off the rack because I wanted to throw my dress out! The women here looked at pictures of my dress and told me to bring it in to have their seamstress see what she could do. And for the next two weeks, right up until my wedding day, they worked with me on EVERY little detail. They were so fantastic when I changed my mind about two different bridal belts, and how I wanted the sleeves. They continued to tailor the dress until I was totally in love. In the situation I was in, I could have been charged and arm and a leg and I would have paid it. This salon was very fairly priced for the amount of work they did. We went back 2 days later to finalize the dress I wanted, she opened EARLY on a Sunday and had the seamstress come in on her day off because I was out of state. Horrible experience. I went looking for a bridesmaid dress and for sizing. They wouldn't assist me because I was only looking for one dress and not all dresses. The wedding is out of town and you can't just guess sizes for these things. They wouldn't even let me look at a bridal gown from that designer in order to estimate a size. The two women couldn't even keep their stories straight about carrying or not carrying the designer. Definitely wouldn't go here for my wedding or bridesmaid dresses nor would I recommend them to anyone else. Customer service is important. read more

My experience was a consultation. My fiance and I came here to find out about their wedding packages and such. We were taken in promptly while we saw a couple and their family getting ready for their wedding. The place was pretty, spacious and organized. They have a lot of pretty gowns on display. We were seated with Mr. Choi (according to business card) who just went directly to show us the packages and pricing. It was very business-like and for some reason I didn't feel like I was being taken as a serious potential new client. I asked to see some photo samples and we were told to just look at the ones on the wall or near the entrance. He had a stack of photo albums right next to him and such response turned me off. As a client, I think is normal to ask for samples to have a grasp of how good they are. Also, their pricing is not the most competitive and pretty much non-negotiable. We went to several other all-inclusive wedding studios to shop around and we felt so much better taken care of. read more

I was very interested in Mori Lee gowns and when I went to the designer's website, Forever Together was one of the stores listed in their Nassau County area. I went in with a friend to scope out gowns but they didn't have more than a couple of gowns from that designer. Fortunately I fell in love with the first one I tried on. I came again with my family but being an indecisive person, it took me a 3rd trip to commit. All the while, I worked directly with Nanci who is friendly and helpful. Since I had seen a price online for this gown, I asked if they'd honor it and after considering it, the store agreed. Additionally Nanci found a great bolero that matched perfectly and a simple veil. Since the bolero was a sample I was told that I'd get a small discount on an accessory. I checked out hair clips but wasn't really feeling anything and felt that they were expensive so I ended up getting mine elsewhere. The discount wasn't applied to my existing purchase so I never did receive credit for buying a sample at full price. I was told in April that summer was a very busy time and that I had to order asap just to get the gown by September. Fortunately it came in by early August. Based on the availability of the seamstress, it was hard to get anyone to join me for appointments as my family is not local. The gown was hemmed appropriately but the top of my gown was never fitted. I was told that there wasn't much that could be done since it was a corset gown besides tying the corset tight. Unfortunately, while the gown looked great on the big day, I felt that my chest was spilling out the entire time and was very self conscious but the bridesmaids who got me into my gown were not at my fittings so perhaps that attributed. All in all, location and pricing were convenient while service was appropriate. I give 4 stars, not 3, because the store honored the price I asked, accommodated my schedule for appt and Nanci was good to work with. read more
