Another stop on the Class Pass tour! I took an 'off peak' 45 minute cycle class here on Thursday…read morenight. I love that they have the 'STAGE' bikes - the same bikes as I have at my work so I walked right in, signed in up front and clipped in. The bikes do not have the data on them but that was fine by me. They do have cycle shoes if that is something you need as well as lockers and showers. One of the studios is all cycle then the other room is the Pilates megaformer classes. I'd love to come check out a Pilates class here for the next time. You can pick and choose which class to try for the day which is great. I think the location for this one is important and it is quite popular among folks in Southlake. I absolutely love every class that I have taken here. The instructors a great and give suggestions for modifications which my poor old joints need! I struggle a bit with some of the movements but I'm still able to complete each session (and I definitely feel it later!) The space is open and I don't feel like I'm going to collide with the person next to me. I also love that this location draws a diverse crowd - all different ages and body sizes are welcome. 10 out of 10 experience!
