This place is nice just by looking at it. I like that they offer you a beverage with your service. However the lady I got, did not cut any ingrown, did not scrub my feet, and the paint job was horrible. I had to ask to repaint my toes two times. Maybe I just had a person who didn't care. I visited this nail salon yesterday for the first time and was so pleasantly impressed! The entire staff was so kind and accommodating. Their massage chairs actually feel good and not like you're being drop kicked in the back by a toddler (lol) and you get a complimentary bev with it too! Their premium pedicure packages include a 20+ minute massage, and they actually pay attention to addressing your calluses. The incredibly kind nail tech I had, Mi, was phenomenal. She had keen attention to detail and I felt she genuinely cared about me relaxing and having a pleasant time. She was delightful to talk to and did a really nice job. I'm only in this area temporarily and will be moving 30 minutes north, but I might just take the trek back down here for Mi and the experience I had here. read more

I made an appointment today to get my fill with my usual nail tech that I only feel comfortable with and always request at all times always make sure to ask for her and not her. when I get to the shop they schedule me with someone I did not request and did not feel comfortable with and they wouldn't accommodate for their mistake told me to come back another day I left early from job for my appointment and they treated me like I was not a valued customer. when am a regular at their establishment. it sad to know they don't care about their customers only about $$$ read more

I'm here in CT on vacation and thought I'd get a pedicure. I appreciate the reviewers for leading me to this place! I haven't had a pedicure in many years so I don't know how much of my experience is standard, but I felt very comfortable and pampered. The place is clean and well lit and the complimentary beverage is a nice touch. I got the most basic pedicure ("Spa Pedicure") which included exfoliation of my feet and calves, plus a 5-minute massage and hot towel treatment. Sisi was very nice and we had a good conversation while she was working on me. The price of $35 seemed reasonable (5% discount if you pay cash, too) and I'm quite happy with how my feet look and feel! read more

I don't know why this place has absolutely no reviews. Well here I am! Lol this place has so far been amazing to me. I was referred by my sister who only goes here and sees one woman in particular for her full set. My review is on waxing and pedicures. First off today I went an hour before closing and they took me almost instantly. 2nd , the pedicures are one of the bests I had. They have plenty of colors and types of polish to choose from. They have many different types of "spa like" pedis to choose from. Not just a basic pedi here! They also actually massage ur legs for the slotted time they say they do! I had yet to have an issue with the pedicure polish chipping. Did I mention the place is beautiful inside and spacious!! I'm feel upscale and classy here ‍. The ppl are always nice andddddd they offer complimentary wine and non alcoholic beverages!! Never had I been to a nail salon to do that. I only gave it 4 stars because this is my 3rd time being here but won't be my last that's for sure. read more

First time going there, I got a normal pedicure that was done very sloppily. I was disappointed, but I enjoyed the environment and clean space so I went back again. I'm glad I did, because the second experience was far better and I received a very nice pedicure. I'm on my fourth pedicure there and it's been a consistently good experience that definitely made up for my first time! Good prices and color selection! read more

My daughter came home in tears and was in so much pain. She went in to get her gel polish off and get a fresh set done. She sat down with Betty and told her what she wanted. Betty proceeded to cut off all her nails. As soon as she cut off the first nail my daughter asked her why she was cutting her nails and she said it was how she removes gel. My daughter then asked her to put tips on bc she cut all her nails and she likes them long. Betty got upset (she didn't speak English). She then proceeded to file her nails to the point where it became paper thin. The nail split on the nail bed causing my daughter a lot of pain, Betty then put glue to try to glue the split back. The front desk girl came over bc she could see that my daughter was uncomfortable and told the nail tech to stop filing. Another tech came over and took over. My daughter left the salon in tears and in pain. They told her bc the nails were so paper thin to let it grow back and they couldn't do anything for her. Needless to say I called the manager and had a few words with her. Betty doesn't know what she is doing. We won't be going back. read more
