Albeit I was on my cell phone but I did wait behind another customer and when I walked up, the employee walked away leaving me there standing I was charged $20 as an upgrade fee for them to use gel polish TWENTY DOLLARS! A bottle costs between $14-25 . For each bottle they use and charge customers $20 a piece to have gel polish. ONE bottle can cover 20to 40 manicures. 20x 20=400 30x 20=600 40x20=800 TAKE NOTE- That is how much they are making off an entire bottle (less what they paid) Sickening ! So that cost $70!

If you're not getting gel polish, the front dryers are very weak, so expect to sit for quite a while waiting for your toes to dry. I'd recommend bringing your own sandals. I got a regular polish pedicure for a trip 2+ weeks ago and they still look great. I got gel on my fingers and none of them have started to peel off like they did when I went to my precious nail salon. And the best part is how great of a massage they give your legs / hands when you get a service. I felt so pampered and it was worth every penny!!
