Trust the reviews. I went in for a pedicure and left disappointed. While the salon is beautiful, the quality of the work doesn't reflect it. If you're not getting gel polish, the front dryers are very weak, so expect to sit for quite a while waiting for your toes to dry. I'd recommend bringing your own sandals. Once I got home and took a closer look, I noticed both of my large toenails were cut crooked, there was polish on my skin and the overall paint job was sloppy. I spent $50 and expected much better. I love my nail tech and the pedicures are fabulous especially the $80.00 one with fruit soak and hot stones, massage and even a waxing for your feet! Every 6-8 weeks I get one. My nails were ruined: rings of fire ): Everything was great except my nails were overly drilled when removing my old gel polish- like my actual nail was drilled into & the they used a very course high power drill. I remember withdrawing my hand at one point because of how hard she was drilling them. Sadly I left with bending gel nails, which later started breaking off in pieces. Thus I had to cut them short and will have to wait months until they grow out to be strong again. It's been 2 months and my nails are still bending in. I had a manicure gel pedicure gel done today left with multiple cuts on my feet and hands my pedicure came out very good my nails way to thick looking and uneven my right foot has a huge cut under one of my toes it is painful will not be returning I spent way to much for this to be how I left today. I came here to get my nails done with my mom and sister before my wedding. We all got manicures and pedicures and were able to sit in a row and still chat with each other. The service was great as well as thorough, it was relaxing and a good experience. The inside was beautiful and very clean, it also had lovely holiday decorations up. UPDATE: Day 4 of this infection and it continues to get worse. I've never seen anything like it. Very concerning to think how dirty their tools must be to cause an infection like this after a pedicure. The salon manager called me and his solution to this was to come back in so he can "fix the toe and cut it more". Yes, come back in with an open infection! I couldn't believe he said that. No true customer care or solution, no refund offered, not even an apology! I'll have to get medical care if this continues to get worse. I was a loyal Anthony Vince customer, but unfortunately not after today's service. My experience was subpar. I scheduled an appointment for 2:45pm. However, I was not serviced until 3:15pm. Workers were eating their lunches and snacks on the floor. And not to mention, my nails are translucent and oily. My nails looked great - she fixed a crappy job I had done elsewhere. They were a little too thick (hence 4 stars) but it was SUCH an improvement. The staff were friendly and efficient. Your nail treatment, I think, includes gel polish as a standard - which is cool. The salon is huge in comparison to most any I've ever been too and they have dozens of colors! I received an organic spa pedicure it was nice . The description says it is a 52- 57 minute service and I received a 39 minute pedicure. I was disappointed and felt my tech rushed through . The backs of my heels are still rough . Could have definitely been better consider I pay extra for the spa treatment and feel as if I got a basic pedicure. In addition after reading your response I did check your online menu and the organic spa pedicure says 52-57 minutes. I treated myself to a pedicure yesterday for my birthday. The salon was empty except for one other client. The technician was unfriendly at best but can be more aptly described as rude. She grunted a greeting and proceeded to yell commands at me. At first I thought it was a cultural difference so I let it slide. She offered me a beverage so I took this as a sign that she was trying. I accepted her offering, my mistake. I couldn't understand what she said but she spoke to the other tech in Vietnamese - her disgust was palpable. Let's just say she was put out. On to the pedicure. It was horrible, she was extremely rough. I couldn't wait for it to be over. I selected the extended pedicure, mistake number 2. She used an abrasive brush for the top of my foot until my skin was raw. Then proceeded to use a scrub. Not pleasant at all. She scrubbed everywhere except my dry cracked heel. But I digress. On to the polishing. I selected 3 shades. Instead of putting them on to let me see which one I prefer she ordered me to pick one. So I did. The polishing process was painful. She dug her nail into my toe to bend it into the right angle and applied three coats. Why 3 coats, was the polish too thin? No. Three coat because she haphazardly applied the first two coats and in an attempt to correct the mess she applied a third. By the time we made it to the drying area the polish was smudged. So the manager came over and tried to fix it and made a bigger mess. In comes the unfriendly tech to argue with me for destroying her work. Which to the managers credit, he accepted the blame at least I think that's what he did. There's an awful lot of Tagalog spoken in this salon. I requested the polish to be redone which was accommodated. I was told to sit in a broke chair that almost tipped over when I tried to sit in it. The tech removed the polish and repainted my toes. I still have glitter all over my foot from the previous polish and polish on the skin around my toes. I paid $52 for this torture. Miserable experience. Skip this one and go somewhere else. This salon is overpriced and the service is subpar. read more

My friend and I were in need of a little pampering, so we made an appointment to get pedicures on a Sunday afternoon. When you walk in, the first thing you'll notice is the decor. The big luxurious chairs, arched ceilings and columns lining the inside of the building. It feels like you stepped into the cover of some magazine photo. The services are a bit pricey, but it's definitely a treat-yoself kind of place and that's exactly how you'll feel. The staff is friendly and will joke around with you, help you choose nail polish colors, and make sure you are entertained. They even offer mimosas or wine while you get your nails done. We both got the Signature Pedicure, which includes lavender scrub, lotion, foot massage, and polish. At $38 it was more than I normally pay for a pedicure, but once in a while you need a little extra pampering. With that in mind, you can't be in a rush. Our appointment took much longer than expected, about 90 minutes since they were taking their time. Of course we were there to enjoy so it was not an issue, but something to keep in mind. I'd definitely come back, maybe not regularly since it would surely hurt the wallet, but for a treat every once in a while. read more

Mixed review. I attempted to make appointments twice before walking right in and being seated within 2 minutes. I thought this was odd because I called right before walking in and was told they didn't have time for me. But when I showed up, they were not busy and several employees were walking around with nothing to do. My gel manicure was okay. After the woman filed my nails, I asked her to fix a few and she had no problem doing that, but the overall shape wasn't consistent. She didn't paint them very close to my cuticles so it caused them to look grown out VERY quickly. Two of my nails ended up chipping within a few days. One of them kept peeling and chipping and I couldn't stand looking at it after only a week. I went back to the salon and asked if they could fix one or two nails. I was seated within 5 minutes and the guy told me that he would redo all of them! He was very meticulous and did a GREAT job! One of the best gel manicures I've ever had, see attached photo! My first experience at this salon was decent, it was just a very long appointment and very pricey. The second was awful. I went to just get my acrylics taken off and instead of soaking them in a solution like most places do, she used a spare acrylic nail to rip and pry them off. She tried to place the spare nail between my real nail and fake nail and kept missing and jamming it under my nail. It was extremely painful and I kept jumping and wincing. A horrible experience for super pricey spa. The place looks so royal and rich but not the staff and service below par. The front desk dint respond for my waiting, she was busy talking to her colleague and attended to me after few minutes. I got a pedicure, I had to pick a color from the nail section before they started the service... I was seated in one corner, a boring place honestly. The chair was pretty comfortable however I dint like the service, the lady who did my pedicure wasn't using enough hot water and I literally felt a cold feet bath! Update. I recently went back because a friend gave me a gift card for my birthday. I had a very nice pedicure by Kim and I stayed in the pedicure chair while my nails dried. I would likely return but request Kim again. I came to check out this salon as it just opened and they were offering 30% off. The salon seems to be very clean and visually very pretty. I was able to walk in with no appointment and with no wait time. I got the basic pedicure and that's just what it was. The girl I had seemed to have trouble filing my nails and the massage was mediocre. I have gone other places and paid less for more. I'm not sure I'll be coming back here. read more

This is the WORST nail salon I've ever been to. I came in Saturday 1/11 to get my nails done with my mom, and from the start it was bad. They sat us super far apart, and were rude. By Thursday 1/16 2 of my nnails were broken, 2 were chipped, and another one was about to break. I had acrylic with gel polish, and paid around $70 for them. I came back in today 1/17, and asked if they could fIx them and they said yes, then while she was fixing them she said they were too short and thin to hold. So we asked to have them removed and they argued with us. Eventually they took them off. My mom talked to them about a refund because we paidd $70 for nails that lasted less than a week, and the manager said no and wAs very rude! read more

The last time I got a powder dip gel manicure a few days later one broke, I called the nail salon and without any questions they said no problem come in and we will fix it. No charge. They really do care about the best customer service. Yes it's more expensive then most places but I don't know any other nail salon that will fix your nail with no charge. But I left the salon with $50 less and crappy nails. My nails are rough. Buffed unevenly. Lots of air bubbles. And uneven in color my nails look like they're a gradient color because some areas had more powder than others. I was told "not all techs know how to do this service." APPARENTLY NEITHER DID THIS TECH. If you do not know how to do a service, please don't offer it. Or retrain your tech on how to do SNS properly. The top coat should be smooth, mine is not. It is rough, bumpy, and does not look professional. Your techs are not qualified in all services you provide. That should not be allowed. Very unprofessional. Side note: they only accept tips in cash and If you don't have cash, there's an ATM right behind the counter you can pay atm Service fees to get cash I definitely WILL NOT be returning. I walked in for a gel refill an hour and a half before they closed and spoke to two women standing by the counter... to which they mumbled something and then walked away. The receptionist then took over and told me they didn't have time tonight for me and if i wanted to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately i work until 7 every night, and my commute is over 40 minutes so my options for Nail Spas are limited. Usually Nail salons accommodate for a quick fill. But that's not what I'm really upset about. What I'm upset about is the fact that there were 3 people standing around doing nothing, one person cleaning a chair and then a 5th person just sitting at a desk cleaning her own nails. I dunno- that kind of just ruined the experience for me to be honest. I wanted to give them a shot, but i won't be returning. read more

So the one star goes for how beautiful the place looks. However, I have received such terrible service my past few visits here. First time, I went for my first dipping powder experience. My nail tech was extremely rude, telling me to stop watching her do it as it causes me to move to much. Then, as she was looking at my face, told me I had a lot of redness, pimples, and blackheads. Suggested I get a facial at the salon as well. While I understand she was trying to market for me to get a facial, she did it in such a negative way. I was trying to get my nails done to feel good about myself, only to leave with my confidence as low as ever about my face! I went again for another dipping, and this time a different nail technician put on extra powder. I wasn't sure if this was done correctly as it was my second time. A week later, my actual nails had BROKE in half!!! Due to the thickness of the powder it causes my nail and dipping powder to break when using my hands to do simple tasks of opening cans and jars. I was crying it was horrible pain!! That was my last and final visit. While the free drinks and atmosphere is beautiful, every nail technician is different and does their manicures their own way.
