    Hot honey chicken sandwich
    Nikky V.

I've been excited to try Fork'd for a few months now, and I finally made it in! I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich. It's HUGE! I was shocked by the size. It was super tasty with a great balance of sweet and heat. Definitely a little sticky, but that's to be expected with hot honey. The vibe inside was really fun too. I can totally see it being a great spot for a night out with friends. I've already been recommending Fork'd to people and I'm excited to go back and try more!

Fork'd occupies the former Champps Location at Ridgedale and serves a wide variety of hearty bar food - smash burgers, sandwiches, salad and appetizers. I really enjoyed the hot honey chicken sandwich with its crunchy crust and sticky goodness while my wife liked the thai chicken salad - although it was HUGE and she couldn't finish it. The place is pretty spacious with lots of room between tables. They offer a full bar and have some inventive cocktails and "mocktails" too. Our server was friendly and helpful. My only nit was that water glasses weren't refilled. We visited on a quiet sunday evening. NOTE: they have 7 large TVs circling the dining space so its very reminiscent of Champps or a sports bar.

Yum! Great relaxed spot for some good apps and a burger. We walked in after work and got happy hour as well as dinner. Service was good - food came out fast and server was attentive. We LOVED the mozz sticks and the dip appetizers. Everyone enjoyed their meals but the smash burger seemed to be the highlight!

I kept driving this new restaurant and finally decided to check it out for dinner. The menu is pretty limited to sandwiches and burgers, but I took that to mean they would be good at those items. I got the Fork'd smash burger, which was good! My husband liked the C.A.B chicken sandwich and my kid enjoyed the chicken tender kids meal. The waffle fries were a big hit with everyone! I'd like to come back for their happy hour sometime and try some cocktails. I believe the HH is 2-5, everyday, which is great! One negative is I think they are a tad over priced. The sides are an up charge of $2-4, and they even charge extra for things like seasoned sour cream..

    Great TVs for sports.

What a fun place. My wife and I have been there 3 times for lunch and looking forward to a fourth. We sit at the bar, as we always do, service was fantastic! Food had a different kick that you would expect that the kitchen has the flavor of the Baccio chef upstairs. If you are a Bloody Mary fan, try the Bloody flight. My personal and spicy favorite is the Green Machine! Try it! Green Bloodies are a home run! Every dish has an interesting twist. The normally boring tuna melt is taken to a next level of flavor. We split it. That is just one example. Parking is easy a benefit of being at Ridgedale. Highly recommend.

Finally, we have something very good in the old Champps location. Fork'd is a sister restaurant of Bacio and is right around the corner. Fork'd is much more casual where they offer great apps, sandwiches, and pizza. If you want more traditional Italian with the classics, head to Bacio. They have a great Happy Hour from 2-5 pm every day where they offer $2 off on wines by the glass and all Tap Beer. They also offer a selection of Specialty Cocktails. We have tried quite a few of the appetizers and pizza. Everything has been very good! We normally sit at the bar and the bartender's are fantastic! They haven't steered is wrong on anything they have recommended. Give Fork'd a shot, you won't be disappointed!

Our first time to this new restaurant in MNTKA. Got there on a Friday just before 5p and took advantage of happy hour offerings. The Mule was really a treat and if you like to sit at the bar (we do!) Julia is just the BEST! My wife had a skinny margarita and was what was expected. Julia suggested the Reuben roll app and it had a healthy portion of corn beef! Was very good. Followed up with popcorn shrimp which had a cornmeal crust and done just right. Exceeded most popcorn shrimp I have had. Did not need to move on but did to a very healthy patty melt! Double pattys and beef was delicious. Our experience at Fork'd was a very pleasant and delicious experience ! Plenty of parking in this restaurant in Ridgedale shopping complex. We arrived before 5p and was packed by 6p. Give it a try!

NEW RESTAURANT ALERT Minnetonka friends, get going! from the team behind the beloved Bacio, this new spot is already serving up all the right vibes: family-friendly, inviting, and just upscale enough to feel special. I got a sneak peek during their soft opening (aka too much fun + plenty of wine ) and tried a little bit of everything -- highlights for me were the popcorn shrimp app and the Santa Fe salad. every dish impressed and the staff already feels dialed-in, which is no small feat on night one. It's the perfect pregame for a movie or shopping trip at Ridgedale -- just casual enough, but you don't have to comprise the quality of your food. it's time for all of you foodies to get FORK'D and see the spot for yourself

Fork'd was so good! The menu was filled with burgers, sandwiches, salads, wings and pizza! Quite the selection to choose from. They also have a full bar with an array of mixed drinks and both tap & bottled beers. The service was amazing, super friendly and helpful with making meal selections. Our waitress was friendly, checked in on us multiple times, and made us feel very welcomed. Even management check in with us to make sure everything was up to par. The mozzarella sticks were some of the best I've ever had, and the queso tasty as well. The smash burger was legit, so good! As was the patty melt, delicious bread and fried onions. The fish sandwich was top notch, the Sam Adams beer batter was amazing! Huge portions, I couldn't finish all my waffle fries, which tasted even better with the seasoned sour cream. There's plenty of seating, TVs to watch your favorite sports and a really nice atmosphere to the whole place. Clean and very family friendly. We will definitely be back to Fork'd and I highly recommend it!

C.A.B. with an upgrade to waffle fries was enough to feed us both.

Parking was right outside the door and plentiful. Th reception staff and our waitress were nice and helpful and even laughed at my joke. The poor acoustics made it possible to hear a cacophony of conversations but we were still able to understand each other. A very interesting menu that had few options for lactose-sensitive or intolerant diners. The seasoned fries came out warm but in less than a minute, our waitress returned with a plate of hot ones. The sandwich and fries were VERY tasty.

When we visited we had a good time, we were seated fasted and didn't feel rushed at all into ordering we started with the cherry limeades and they were quite tasty so we ordered a few more. I wasn't a fan of the artichoke dip because it was too greasy and overpowered by the cheese and it wasn't very flavorful in my opinion. I liked the mozzarella sticks, and the Cesar salad a lot. The salad was fresh and crisp. The fork'd cheese panzza was also really good, I loved the garlic and that it was perfectly made. The service was friendly and the restaurant wasn't too loud or crowded when we visited.

Went out here with another couple for dinner. Bright, busy, and a little loud, was my initial response. The menu was a little limited, but every meal, every appetizer, -each and every one- was really, really good! We ordered the Mozzarella Sticks which were literally the best we've ever had (no wonder that dish has gotten so much press lately! ) I asked our server, Bobby, for his opinion on why to order between two salads, and man, was he spot on! The Thai chicken salad had a fantastic peanut dressing, and there were hints of mint, and crispy wonton strips. Highly recommend! But can we go back and talk about those mozzarella sticks?! The pull on those babies! The crust was not your run of the mill frozen then deep fried cheese stick... no sir. The crust was hand battered, crispy and so, so good! Described as comfort food, and they deliver. Their menu is a little limited, but the staff is great - shout out to Bobby for being amazing! - and the food is really, really good.

I came here for lunch... then again a few days later! Lol. Atmosphere/Appearance: Located in what I thought was Excelsior, is actually Tonka Bay right off of some water is this gem. It's in a plaza with a few other businesses and a part of a private parking lot. The inside isn't too crazy. You walk in and you are greeted by grand smells of pizza cooking in their huge steel ovens! The menu is overhead and the dining area is to the left. I remember a lot of exposed wood, plastic benches and just a classic looking pizza joint. Service: I can't remember the young lady's name, but Sydney or Candace come to mind. Lol. Whoever it was that took care of us was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. However, all you do is just place your order at the counter, take the number they give you and go sit down then wait for you food to be brought out to you. Drinks are self-serve as well. Food: Throughout my visits I've had the chance to check out 3 of their wing flavors and a couple of toppings on their pizzas. The wow factor here is about big the slices are. They literally don't even fit onto a single plate. The edges hang over rim of the plate. Lol. So for lunch you can order the pizza + salad combo and it totally fills you up. The wings are also enormous and quite delicious I might add! I'd definitely get them again. Cajun and the Buffalo were my favorite, but the BBQ wasn't too bad either. Value: A single order of wings will give you 6 and it'll cost you $10.00. Double your order for $16.50. Like I mentioned, they wings are huge so I think this is a pretty good value. Any time a day you can get a cheese slice + salad + drink for only $12.50. Toppings will cost extra of course. In conclusion, I loved this place. However, coming for lunch and eating heavy makes for a slow rest of the work day. Lol. I ain't trippin' though, sometimes that's what's necessary!

We were seated quickly at 6pm. The food was good! We opted for the beet bruschetta appetizer in lieu of dessert. I thought the sweetness of the honey ricotta played well against the earthiness of the beats. And the ciabatta bread was chewy and flavorful. The wedge Caesar was good, I loved the homemade croutons. A little heavy on the dressing, but you could tell it was homemade and had great flavor from the anchovy- a solid Caesar dressing. My husband got the seafood pasta, and I got the spaghetti and meatballs. He loved his, and I loved the bold flavor of the house made red pasta sauce. The meatballs were big and well seasoned. My only critique, and perhaps this is unfair, but the pasta was clearly not homemade and I wished it was. The only hiccup is that the date night was advertised as coming with a bottle of wine, and we were charged $20 for the bottle we got. It was explained to me that they had said in the beginning that the wine was "a $20 mystery bottle" meaning we couldn't choose it. I interpreted this to me that the free bottle of wine that was advertised as part of the date night was valued at $20. I explained this felt like a little bit of a trick and the charge was removed from our bill without any fuss. That was much appreciated. Because of how that was handled, we will definitely return! Overall, it was a pleasant evening, and I enjoyed myself. Stand out was the bruschetta for sure. Server was friendly and cheerful and didn't rush us.

With a crunchy New York slice being my favorite style of my favorite food, let's just say I was excited. We ordered a custom pie with pepperoni, ricotta, and hot honey, along with the rice balls. The pizza came out very fresh and hot, a good sign, and it was phenomenal once it was cool enough to take a bite. The crust was a bit floppier than I expected, but it still held together really well when picked up, and the actual crust edge had a perfect crunch. The best part for me was the sauce. I could tell the tomato sauce had a lot of care put into it because it was the right amount of tomato flavor and sweetness. Overall, we had a great experience. I think my biggest mistake was ordering a whole pie and not trying one of the slices -- the true test of a New York slice. Will definitely come back when hanging out in the west metro!
