Great pizza spot! My wife and I will get a pizza and empanadas from DelSur next door(same owners) and go enjoy a coffee or brew at Unmapped which is also next door! Check them out!

Good New York style pizza. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pizza has crispy crust and perfectly made.

Nice service, and fast. Decent prices. I just found the pizza somewhat chewy, in a not great way :/

(Last visited 4/26/2022.) Working at my company's headquarters for a couple of weeks and a…read moreco-worker of mine mentioned that this place has AMAZING pizza and some good wings. So... I came here for lunch... then again a few days later! Lol. Atmosphere/Appearance: Located in what I thought was Excelsior, is actually Tonka Bay right off of some water is this gem. It's in a plaza with a few other businesses and a part of a private parking lot. The inside isn't too crazy. You walk in and you are greeted by grand smells of pizza cooking in their huge steel ovens! The menu is overhead and the dining area is to the left. I remember a lot of exposed wood, plastic benches and just a classic looking pizza joint. Service: I can't remember the young lady's name, but Sydney or Candace come to mind. Lol. Whoever it was that took care of us was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. However, all you do is just place your order at the counter, take the number they give you and go sit down then wait for you food to be brought out to you. Drinks are self-serve as well. Food: Throughout my visits I've had the chance to check out 3 of their wing flavors and a couple of toppings on their pizzas. The wow factor here is about big the slices are. They literally don't even fit onto a single plate. The edges hang over rim of the plate. Lol. So for lunch you can order the pizza + salad combo and it totally fills you up. The wings are also enormous and quite delicious I might add! I'd definitely get them again. Cajun and the Buffalo were my favorite, but the BBQ wasn't too bad either. Value: A single order of wings will give you 6 and it'll cost you $10.00. Double your order for $16.50. Like I mentioned, they wings are huge so I think this is a pretty good value. Any time a day you can get a cheese slice + salad + drink for only $12.50. Toppings will cost extra of course. In conclusion, I loved this place. However, coming for lunch and eating heavy makes for a slow rest of the work day. Lol. I ain't trippin' though, sometimes that's what's necessary!

We were seated quickly at 6pm. The food was good! We opted for the beet bruschetta appetizer in lieu of dessert. I thought the sweetness of the honey ricotta played well against the earthiness of the beats. And the ciabatta bread was chewy and flavorful. The wedge Caesar was good, I loved the homemade croutons. A little heavy on the dressing, but you could tell it was homemade and had great flavor from the anchovy- a solid Caesar dressing. My husband got the seafood pasta, and I got the spaghetti and meatballs. He loved his, and I loved the bold flavor of the house made red pasta sauce. The meatballs were big and well seasoned. My only critique, and perhaps this is unfair, but the pasta was clearly not homemade and I wished it was. The only hiccup is that the date night was advertised as coming with a bottle of wine, and we were charged $20 for the bottle we got. It was explained to me that they had said in the beginning that the wine was "a $20 mystery bottle" meaning we couldn't choose it. I interpreted this to me that the free bottle of wine that was advertised as part of the date night was valued at $20. I explained this felt like a little bit of a trick and the charge was removed from our bill without any fuss. That was much appreciated. Because of how that was handled, we will definitely return! Overall, it was a pleasant evening, and I enjoyed myself. Stand out was the bruschetta for sure. Server was friendly and cheerful and didn't rush us.

The pasta alla Rosa was just okay. The bucatini was al dente but the sauce did not have enough cream/umami richness. It was quite on the watery side and didn't coat the noodles well

Get there early if you want pizza by the slice because it goes fast. Don't overlook breakfast, either. Their bagel sandwiches are outstanding, especially the Cheddar Jack with egg, ham, sausage, and bacon. Their bagel pop-up, it's absolutely worth the trip. Fast, friendly service, great food, and a place I'll definitely be coming back to.

With a crunchy New York slice being my favorite style of my favorite food, let's just say I was excited. We ordered a custom pie with pepperoni, ricotta, and hot honey, along with the rice balls. The pizza came out very fresh and hot, a good sign, and it was phenomenal once it was cool enough to take a bite. The crust was a bit floppier than I expected, but it still held together really well when picked up, and the actual crust edge had a perfect crunch. The best part for me was the sauce. I could tell the tomato sauce had a lot of care put into it because it was the right amount of tomato flavor and sweetness. Overall, we had a great experience. I think my biggest mistake was ordering a whole pie and not trying one of the slices -- the true test of a New York slice. Will definitely come back when hanging out in the west metro!

I really appreciate having a spot like this in the neighborhood that builds community. Their pizza is a thin crust and normally cut into squares, but you can request it pie cut if you're a freak like me. You can get typical pizzas like pepperoni and cheese, but you can also get a little crazy with cheeseburger pizza and BBQ. They also have wings, artichoke dip, salads, toasted hoagies, cheese bread, cookies, and ice cream by the cone or pint. We ordered both the Mediterranean pizza and a pepperoni pizza. The Mediterranean was very dry when it arrived, while the pepperoni seemed pretty overcooked. The slices were also cut oddly, and I wasn't a fan of the flavor of the red sauce/marinara overall. The biggest surprise was actually the garlic cheese bread. My family usually orders it and I'm normally not that impressed, but this time it was better than I anticipated. We ordered delivery through a third-party app, so I can't really comment on the service at the restaurant itself. We also didn't dine in, so I can't speak to the atmosphere or ambiance.
