I recently tried Lagree & Co. in Walnut, and I honestly loved it. The studio is absolutely beautiful. It's clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed. It honestly felt more like walking into a spa than a fitness studio. Everything was spotless, smelled amazing, and had a very welcoming feel. Since it was my first Lagree class, I was definitely a little nervous. I had heard how challenging Lagree can be and wasn't sure what to expect. Thankfully, the instructors were wonderful. They were patient, encouraging, and took the time to help me with my positioning and form throughout class. I never felt intimidated or out of place, which made a huge difference as a beginner. The workout itself was tough, but in a good way. I left feeling challenged, accomplished, and already thinking about coming back for another class. Another thing I really appreciated was the parking. There is plenty of free parking, which makes getting to class easy and stress free. Lagree & Co. has such a positive and welcoming atmosphere. 4.5 stars I booked an early class on a Saturday and was greeted by a very friendly woman working at the front desk. She was really welcoming and sweet. The place itself is beautiful and smelled really nice. There is a spot where you can place your items and I like that the actual workout room is separate from the lobby. The bathrooms are located in the back. The megaformer machines are brand new and very nice to use. My only complaint is that the instructor I had gave a very less than average experience. She didn't introduce herself to anyone and it just felt like she was dragged against her will to be there. I know it's a morning class but a little more enthusiasm or energy can go a long way. Her cueing and flow was a bit off too and I left feeling like I did not get a good workout in. However, I will chalk this up to a one time experience and will not lower my rating until I have gone a few more times to try out the other instructors. I don't want to name her either in this review because I don't want her to feel bad and maybe she was having an off day or something. I scheduled a class after winning one of their 5 pack giveaways and really enjoyed it! The class: - First class was with Jenessa and it was great! I really liked how she was hands on with correcting form. -After the class, Christina, the owner, passed around cooling towels which is a really nice touch :) - Current pricing of 4 class monthly @ $99 which is standard! The vibe~ - Super clean minimalist look, I think they are still working on building the space, but it still looks great! - Theres plentiful of reformer machines and the class wasn't packed when I went. - The machines were all new and the space was really clean. - It felt hot in the class today (It was also a pretty intense workout so im not sure if that was the case haha) Parking: - Free in the shared plaza!
