If I could give a 0, I would. I am only speaking from experience with them and I am not asking for people to change their beliefs on this place (I'm not being a negative Nancy as some current members think I am). I was a member for 4 years and at first it was great. About 2 years ago, the gym started going downhill. For example, many different trainers over the years that may have lasted a month, couple of months, or a little longer. Many great/good trainers have left for various reasons or were forced out by ownership. Any issues you may have experienced with a particular trainer, brought it up to the manager at least 3 times, issues with same trainer at the other 2 locations (same issues), and that particular trainer has been spoken to, and nothing changes with them. They are still there! If I kept on getting the same "bad reviews" month after month, I would not have a job. Another example, I met the owners at most 5 times in my 4 years there. Granted, I am not a business owner, but if I was I would want to show up at the 3 locations more than 1 time a year. Big example here-Read the fine print very carefully, have it fully explained every time that you are to renew your membership, whether it is for 1 month, 2 months, ect. They claim to be transparent-"oh it is on-line and you can read it", yet they do not go over any of the fine print after you have signed your agreement. Be very careful with giving them your Credit Card, they will keep on trying to charge you for services that you may have cancelled and threaten you if you do not pay. Ps-they still have 1 or 2 good trainers left, had made some good friends there, I just wouldn't trust owners as far as I could throw them. read more
