The pizza dough was amazing too, and even the cheese pizza from the kids' menu was excellent. The only downsides are that the place is very small, a bit pricey (a regular glass of wine is around $15), and many pizzas include prosciutto, which limits options if you don't eat pork. Overall, great food, and next time I'd probably order takeout again.

I was able to eat most of the slice, and most of the spinach pinwheel. More than I would usually eat, especially for lunch, but it was so good, just like the places I used to go to when I lived on Long Island. Came in today (Saturday afternoon) for a birthday lunch to a beautiful looking remodel of the place. Zero people inside, very quiet. (Strange for a pizza place on a Saturday) I was exited because I have lost 90 lbs and wanted to "cheat" on pizza. The waitress Kira was wonderful. We, my wife, daughter, and I ordered 2 diet cokes, a water, and a medium pizza. Pizza came out and looked different from memory. We each took a slice and said a prayer and dug in. Now how me and my daughter eat pizza is a little strange. We use a fork to scrap of the cheese and sauce to eat it first then put the sprinkle cheese and hot pepper flakes on it. My first bite was awful!!!! And my daughters was worse. We heard a crunch. She spit out a piece of metal in a small spiral. My wife told Kira and she told the owner. About 5 minutes later he comes out with the clean piece now and says where was this. We explained and he said impossible. We said we weren't paying for the pizza but we would pay for the diet cokes. He said he's going to "investigate" this because there is no way it's their fault. We never blamed them but he did start to accuse us of sabotaging him. I was shocked at his behavior so I asked to speak to the owner and he told me he was the new owner for the last 9 months. (Which explained the remodel) Very rude so I told him we now we're not paying for anything and gave Kira a tip because it wasn't her fault.
