The most disappointing experience in over 50 years of purchasing prescription eyeglasses. It took almost a month to get a relatively standard pair of lined bifocal glasses. Which ultimately arrived as a pair of progressive lenses, not the lined bifocals I ordered and paid for. The optician repeated lied to me about the status of the order and made flimsy excuses for the delay, laying the blame on the lab making the glasses. I ultimately rejected the glasses and was given a refund. read more

After going here for numerous years now, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! Dr. Todd, Tony and the crew treat you like family. They make it a point to remember everyone's names and take great care of you. Dr. Todd is just so warm and friendly, it's impossible not to love him. Tony's been there for forever and loves helping out in every which way. I love taking him "shopping" with me while i search for new frames. LOL. I've been a patient of Dr. Cohan's since before Forsight Vision began, and am sad I have to leave them behind when I move out of state! I've appreciated the insight from the doctor as to when my prescription changes are so slight I won't notice the difference - and thus wouldn't really benefit from new glasses or contacts. The Dr. and staff are always pleasant and informed, and work with my insurance to make sure I get the most benefit possible. Appointments can be initially scheduled online, with you putting your preferred day and time in, and the office calling you to confirm. When I told the Dr. I was moving out of state, he pulled together my records and even took the time to search and query his friends and colleagues to find someone trusted in my new state. Dr. Cohan and his staff are absolutely above and beyond and I would not want to go anywhere else. I have been a patient for years and every interaction has been exceptional. Dr. Cohan provides top notch service and his staff are friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Tony and Polly have both helped me pick glasses and they take all the time you need to make sure you get what you want and are happy with your choice. I was diagnosed with cancer last year and my oncologist wanted me to get several scans to make sure it wasn't anywhere else. I called Dr. Cohan and he stayed late, got me in immediately for everything I needed, faxed the scans over, and gave me an extra copy to explain what they were looking for. I have been seeing Dr. Cohan for my routine eye care for many years and have always enjoyed going to his office. The entire staff is always extremely friendly and very professional. I recently came in for emergency treatment and was very impressed with the service I received. I was at work, bent down and the corner of a thick catalog stabbed me in the eye. I never knew an eyeball could bleed, but it did. I quickly called and Tony said to come over immediately. When I arrived, I was seen right away. I basically gashed my eye in three different places...one of the worst Dr. Cohan had seen (lucky me). Dr. Cohan's expertise was incredible. He placed an amniotic membrane tissue over my eye ball, followed by a lens to hold it in place. I went back every few days to have it looked at and within 5 days, it was 80% healed. I am not so sure if any other eye doctor in the area would have known about the membrance, much less have that technology available. I can't thank Dr. Cohan and Dr. Pott enough for taking such great care of me! You guys are incredible! read more

My children and I have been coming to Forsight Vision for 10 years! Everyone who works here is not only friendly, but is up to date with the latest technology, medications, and eye wear. Forsight Vision has a professional, friendly atmosphere. Everyone in the office is courteous and wants to ensure you are well taken care of. In three years of going to Forsight Vision, I have always had a great experience, from the exam all the way through choosing eyewear. Dr. Cohan was the first Dr. that was able to find the perfect prescription for my contacts. I had tried more than three other doctors, with little success, but I was very interested in contacts. He was patient and tried various combinations and lens types until we found the right ones. What was amazing was that his suggestions were immediately better than anything I had tried previously. He seems to be an excellent diagnostician. Now I hate to be without my contacts because my vision is so clear and they are so comfortable I forget I am wearing them. This Dr. also stays on top of the latest technology to ensure you have the most accurate check up results. This year there was a change in my vision. Dr. Cohan showed me the results compared to previous tests, and made recommendations in addition to my prescription change. Twice I have needed an urgent appointment and they could not have been more accommodating. I began going to Dr. Cohan as a referral from a friend. Now I am referring family and friends because of the quality of the care, and the great atmosphere in the office. I don't often make recommendations, but this office ranks high on my list. read more

Nice and clean office. My husband and I both bought a pair of glasses last December and Tony (office mgr?) was so helpful during the process. He spend at lease 1/2 hour with us helping us pick out the right pair of glasses that also looked good based on our features! Did I mention they have a kids play room? There are toys and a TV in the room. My two little monkeys were entertained for quiet a while while we finish our exam and pick out the glasses. The Dr we saw was also super nice and knowledgable. If you are looking for a great vision office this is it! Not only are the intensive eye testing a new experience but everyone in this office seems to really enjoy what their doing. Dr Pott is an expert at fitting contact lenses and has worked hard at treating me with TLC. They have an extensive glasses department and the technician is very helpful! My experience with "forsight vision" was absolutely a disaster. Dr was ok and friendly but he prescribed an office lenses for me. he said i will be able to read with it and also use it for computer and i don't have to take it off when i am talking to my clients. they charged me $366 on top of $120 which my insurance covered. guess what! I couldn't see anything with these office lenses at all. when I went back and asked them to fix this issue they told me the only thing they can do is replace it with a regular lenses which cost only $75 and they can't refund me anything! what a disaster. pay $486 for a $75 reading lenses and waste another one week. It was a terrible experience. I absolutely regret to choose "forsight vision" in the first place. read more

I have been going to Forsight Vision for a number of years and am extremely grateful for finding such an amazing practice. All of the staff and doctors have been phenomenal. Dr. Cohen, Dr. Potts, Tony and the entire crew take great care of you from the moment you walk through the doors. They are great with children as well! You never feel like just another patient here. They know you by name, give you cell phone numbers in case of emergencies, and are quick to get you in for appointments. They also always strive to get things just right. Dr. Cohan and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and helpful. My entire family goes to Forsight. Dr. Cohan has a wonderful bedside manner with children as well as adults. I recently bought glasses for myself and my 7 year-old daughter, and Dr. Cohan's staff made the process so easy. They really know what looks good on every person, and selecting frames took both of us a manner of minutes. At previous offices, it had been a long and painful process with little assistance. Dr. Cohen and his team only care about money, they don't care about patients at all. I have vision and dental insurance through work. In 2015 I saw Dr. Cohen and they billed my insurance, unfortunately they made a mistake and used the wrong code for the billing so the claim was denied. I called my insurance company and was told that forsight had to resubmit the claim correctly. I called forsight and told them this. They did not resubmit and instead billed me for the visit directly. I told them again to resubmit and they said they would. Every time we go there, they tell me there is an outstanding balance and I ask them if they resubmitted the claim as the insurance company instructed. I get the same reply every time, we will take care of it. Today 9/11/16 I had an appointment, I am a diabetic and have vision problems. they told me I had an outstanding balance (because they never correctly submitted the claim) and Dr. Cohen being the great doctor he is, REFUSED to see me without any explanation. His assistant Tony, did not even look me in the eyes when he told me the doctor "postponed" my appointment. They never called or emailed me, he just refused to see me and gave no explanation as of why. Highly recommend to stay away from this office, they could care less about the patients and want you to foot the bill for their mistakes. read more
