It had bacon, aioli, and a variety of fresh ingredients that came together perfectly. I honestly can't remember everything that was on it because I was too busy enjoying it! The bagel itself was fresh-made and absolutely delicious. We also tried the ham bagel sandwich with cheddar, ham, and honey mustard, and it was just as fantastic. Every ingredient tasted fresh and high quality. For a sweet treat, we had the blueberry scone, and it was perfection--flavorful, tender, and clearly made from scratch. Their coffee menu is impressive as well. They can make just about any latte you want and offer a great selection of syrups, including cookie butter, vanilla, lavender, and many more. They also have plenty of milk options, including oat milk, almond milk, whole milk, and regular milk. The bakery itself was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very inviting. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with outdoor seating available, including two two-top tables and a larger six-top table, making it a great place to relax and enjoy your food and coffee. The service was impeccable. Since the bakery is run by the owners themselves, things may take a little longer during busy times, but that wasn't an issue at all for us. The care, attention, and quality they put into every order are well worth the wait. If you're in Grants Pass, DASSH Bakery is an absolute must-visit.
