The dumplings touched the rotten lettuce. They had to be rinsed off before eating. Dumplings are intended to be served on a bed of shredded cabbage. Pu pu platter was not fried long enough. Things should have been crispy. The platter was very light in color, soggy, and required us to bake the food until crispy. That defies the whole reason this food was ordered. This was my first order at this restaurant and it most likely is my last.
