DO NOT GO HERE!!! I called and set an appointment with supposedly 'the best' acrylic tech they have. When I arrived, the place had NO CUSTOMERS there, which should have told me something. The tech said she has 28 years of experience, but left gobs of acrylic UNDER 5 of my nails, and all along the sides, sticking to my skin. I had to ask her to clean them up FOUR times. Even after that, another tech had to come to finish and clean up her mess. There was gel nail polish on my skin on the sides of several fingers, and most nails have bubbles. WORST experience in my 34 years of having acrylic nails. read more

I heard great things about Majestic but after getting my pedicure I knew I shouldn't have gotten my hand nails done here. After keeping a picture up of what I wanted the nail tech told me multiple times that he was doing "the same as the picture but different" when I told him my nails were crooked he told me "not from the bottom"... my nails look so bad and he cut my skin up and painted me all over. The guy doing my pedicure was unprofessional and inexperienced he filed my polish and the majority of my natural nail off. My natural big toe has broken in half. Terrible terrible. I was hesitant to come here because of the reviews but I was at target nearby so I figured I would try it. I was happy with my results. I did a regular pedicure and dip manicure. It came out to $65 which is about normal. The lady who did my pedicure was very nice. It wasn't anything over the top but she did a good job. I had a male do my fingernails and i always feel like they do a better job. I will say they were very fast which is most important to me. I have nail salons I've been at for over two hours. Good job on the classic pedicure ($25.00). On the Classic pedicure they do not use the grader for your heels. Also they charge $5.00 to buff ones feet. Use to be part of the regular pedicure but no more. One more thing there card reader wasnt working and I had to find an ATM. Sounds kinda fishy....."Cash Only?" Uncle Sam may want to know and I bet they didnt pay tax to the state and end of year they may not report this to the IRS. I may have to find a new nail place. I have been there a few times and the last 2 visits were terrible. One visit was for my eye brown waxing. The job she did was ok, but the high pressure for more waxing was very uncomfortable for me. I went again on Friday just to have a manicure. I have never had nice long nails, but my nails were actually a decent length. Before she even asked me about the length she started clipping my nails. She clipped a piece of skin on one of my fingers and it is now red and sore. My fingernails are not even. A few of them are shorter in the middle of my nail. And I paid $20? Horrible! I went here thinking this was owned by the same people as the one on S 41 which I normally go to-it's not. The place was not very clean and kind of run down. During my pedicure, I was asked if I wanted them to use the "cheese grater". I said no. I looked away for a couple of minutes and when I looked back, there he was using that grater. Long story short. I realized the next day that he had skinned the back of my heels-three bleeding sores and quite uncomfortable. Hoping it doesn't get infected and will never go back. read more

I have frequented this nail salon many times. What prompted me to write this review is the bad service that I received the last few times. This last visit, yesterday, was by far the worst. I arrived and was escorted to the pedicure area. When I put my feet into the water I told the attendant the water was cold. He then turned some knobs etc. and it seemed to get better but then I informed him again that it was still cold. One more time, water still cold. So I gave up on that. What has always been a problem for me is the chatter amongst the employees. This is a spa. This is about me relaxing. I am paying you for that relaxation. Hearing chatter in a foreign language is not relaxing. The pedicure proceeded. While my person is carrying on a conversation with his coworkers, he's now scrubbing the upper side of my foot vigorously. There are no calluses on that part of my foot. After only 20 minutes my pedicure is now complete. There is a wisp of cotton put between my toes to keep the polish from smearing(really). I speak to the manager before I leave telling him of my dissatisfaction. He is indifferent at best. He proceeds to put his hands in the water at a different pedicure station to demonstrate that the water it is not cold. ?????? My mother took myself and my daughter(10) to get our toes done. It was the first time I'd been there and last time I will ever go there. When we got there the staff wasn't friendly at all. We asked to have our toes done at the same time. They started my moms toes 15mins after myself and daughter got started. On top of that. The place was nasty dirty! And if your not worried about catching something, you'll be afraid of being shot! Very ghetto! Then when I was waiting for my mom to get her toes finished up. I was sitting in the chair next to her. When I was told to move to the front of the store because they needed the pedicure chair. Although the entire time we was there, there was other women not even getting their toes done sitting in the other pedicure chairs. One of which was a child size pedicure chairs. Came down here to bring my kids to dad for the summer, also to show my friend around from Georgia. We decided to get our toes done. Receptionist informed us it will be a 20min wait for 2 pedicures. We waited in the car. They called when it was our turn. We come in, they tell us to wash our hands, I said for a pedicure? He said yes. I didn't understand why our hands needed to be washed in order to get our feet done, but ok. They place us next to each other. This lady starts working on my friends feet immediately. So after 10min I said " well is someone coming to do my feet, the lady said yes he's coming. I said ok. 10min later I'm like " is he still coming because you're half way done with her and we where suppose to be getting it done together. She go ask a guy who's doing someone else's nails, then comes and tells me he'll be here shortly. Like I've been sitting here 25min watching my friend get her feet done, meanwhile my feet are wrinkling in the dam water‍‍. Not to mention 3 other people came AFTER us and was seated right next to me. Guess what I'm doing now? Watching everybody get there feet done besides me. What an extremely awful experience. We had an appointment scheduled for only 3 people for my best friends wedding, which they did not honor whatsoever. So we all sat separately and it took entirely too long...before we were seen as well as the actual nail process. Not to mention 4 of the colors I selected for my gel manicure were either not in stock or a different shade than what's was displayed on there selection chart. Phew, I really don't like my nails, but it's really not worth the hassle to get them to redo them - I'll just wait to have them fixed when I'm back at my regular salon next week. read more

I am giving them 1 star because I got my nails and toes done and left there with ugly nails and an infected toe. The lady that did my toes cut my nail way shorter than she needed to on the side and it bled out. She did not stop even after it was bleeding out. I was in so much pain and she just kept going! My husband and I came in for a pedicure, it was very rough and made my toe bleed because they were so rough ! After a day of walking around, I realized my polish came off. It hasn't even been 24 hours and I paid $60 overall for the pedicures! Terrible experience and pissed off that I have to spend more money to get them repainted.
