I have been a loyal customer for many years primarily because Linda has consistently provided excellent manicures and pedicures. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. During my last visit a few weeks ago, I received a pedicure and gel polish service that did not meet basic expectations. My nails were not properly cleaned, and the gel polish began chipping shortly afterward. In addition, I found the owner's behavior to be highly inappropriate and disrespectful toward women. The vulgar comments and treatment of female customers created an uncomfortable environment, especially considering this behavior occurs openly in front of his wife, Linda. To make matters worse, the pricing has increased significantly. Paying $80 for the quality of service I received felt unreasonable. After many years as a customer, I have decided I will not be returning and will be looking for a new salon. read more

3/20/25 They do a GREAT pedicure! Now, it's time to try s manicure! I needed one badly! Overdue! Called, talked to George and asked if he could take me now. Last minute. He said, not a problem and he could. Arrived and George was Great. Got me set up with Linda and she got going. Picked a #737 color to bring on spring while she was getting started. They were uneven and the polish wasn't applied around my entire nails. When I spoke up about certain things I did not like the male, who I assume is the owner, proceeded to yell at me and saying that what I was too complicated and cannot be done. Yet before they even started working on my nails they assured me they would look exactly like the picture. I'm definitely never coming back here again. George is the most hospitable owner I've ever met! He always makes sure you are taken care of, he offers beverages, and offers for you to come back and get anything fixed...which I actually had to do. One of my nails broke and I came back within a week and he fixed it free of charge! Also, my girl friend who originally went with me had to go back. Her first set started lifting on a couple fingers so she went back to get them fixed. He did a full set of gels on her, FREE OF CHARGE. I will continue to keep coming back here. I have been here 2 times with my mom. The first time the man working there (owner?) Made my mom feel very uncomfortable saying joking comments about being his girlfriend and how pretty she looked and then commenting it was his birthday, etc. We kinda laughed because it was uncomfortable but he kept making comments the whole time and trying to be funny. It was annoying and not relaxing as he was doing the pedicure. We overlooked it and decided to try it out again. Polish didn't last that long either. Old polishes. We went a couple months ago again and my mom said it felt like they cut her toe. Later that night my moms big toe was hot, red and swollen. I saw them take the instruments out of a package so I assumed it was all clean. Not sure how they clean them. My moms toe has been sore since and she didn't think anything of it until one day it looked like the pic below. It got infected from something at that shop and now the toenail is finally coming off. The guy was making comments again but not as bad this time. He needs to be friendly and say hi, but stop with the inappropriate comments. We won't be going back. read more

Just got my nails done here today and I will not be going back. This was my second time at this nail salon. The first time I had Michael and he was very professional and paid a lot of attention to detail. That's the only reason I'm giving it two stars. This time was very different. I called ahead to see if they had room for two and they said yes. So we got there five minutes later and my friend got a pedicure right away, but I was asked to sit. "It'll only be a couple of minutes," she said. But that couple of minutes turned into over 20 minutes. She also had me move to a different chair, when I still wasn't being helped. (I don't get it either) Honestly, I wouldn't have cared THAT much about the wait if I didn't receive the worst manicure of my life after the 20+ minutes of mindless waiting. Not only did she cut my skin THREE times, she also didn't let any of the three coats of polish dry. So obviously there were bubbles and it was super lumpy and thick. Not only that, the last coat of clear polish, she didn't even finish. She just painted the top and didn't bother with the sides. It was very obvious she didn't care at all. I even tried to paint the sides myself when she walked away and told me she was done. But she saw me and then proceeded to speak to her coworker in Vietnamese about me, then acted like I had done something wrong. When the sides were clearly not painted! LET ME TELL YOU GUYS SOMETHING I WENT IN AND THE GAVE A FULL SIZE WATER BOTTLE!! I thought that was kind and thoughtful. I went about two weeks ago now and my pedicure still looks amazing and like it was freshly done. The lady who was doing my toes did an amazing job, took her time and didn't everything to perfection. I went in based off reviews on Yelp and it was just an amazing experience. The owner of the shop is just lovely and kind, very talkative and funny. I don't know why anyone would give this place a bad review. My daughter and I have been coming here for at least 3 years. George the owner is an acquired taste but he's a very nice person. His wife works along side him and she is sooo sweet. Always provides water, or beverage. It's like having your pedicure at home. This place is one of a kind. Twice a year they have customer appreciation day and they set up a buffet for their customers. It is all their traditional foods. (All cooked by the owners) I recommend this place. I've gone here several times in the last few years. I usually get my pedicure done by the owner's wife who is sweet and pretty quiet. She does a good job... But the owner is such a creep. He makes you so uncomfortable. I went in a couple of times during my pregnancy and he made comments about how it's his baby. WTF? I wish there was a way to report him for sexual harassment. I know going back just reinforces his behavior... but I do like the wife and her work. Last time, I put my headphones in so he wouldn't talk to me.... All the comments ppl have made are true. Just okay. I got a spa pedicure today on a whim and chose this place from the great reviews. I have to admit, I'm pretty underwhelmed. I wanted a pedicure because my feet were rough. The lady's name was Linda. She took maybe 30-45 seconds per foot for callous removal. When I said they still felt rough, she told me that she had done the best she could. Uh, no you didn't. I've had many pedicures and that was the shortest, weakest attempt at callous removal that I've ever experienced. You can actually see the roughness still. When I paid, the gentleman offered to fix them, so I've updated my review to 4 stars. I wish I didn't have to ask for them to fix it. I would not recommend coming here and I'm sorry that I didn't go to a different place. read more

Three of us asked if they could take us and they said yes and sat us all down in the pedicure chairs. Two out of three of us waited for over 25 minutes while our first person was finished. I was frustrated that they took the three of us and did for explain they only had time for client at a time. I stood up to leave because one of my guests that I brought was done; they asked me to please sit down - not to Leave - and one staff person actually walked away from her customer in progress so I wouldn't leave. That customer got frustrated that her services were not being so done. I insisted the staff person go back to her client and in fact I would wait and sit outside. This event was complicated, frustrating and totally avoidable had they spoken up and set my expectations accordingly. They should have communicated and not upset my guests. read more

Giving this place a one star primarily because of the ethics of their work. First time customer, I came in requesting to just remove my dip nails because I was meeting some coworkers at a restaurant next door and h felt uncomfortable with how grown out my nails were. I agreed to a simple manicure after the guy took off my dip nails and I realized that they needed some work. I told the employee a clear coat would be fine with the manicure (as I did not want to spend too much money). He said okay and proceeded to put GEL clear nail polish over my nail saying that the gel "was on him", I took it as he wasn't going to charge me full price for gel since it wasn't what I originally requested. When I got to the counter, he charged me a full $25 for clear gel that I never asked for AND he had claimed "was on him". To make matters worse, he made the process very uncomfortable because he was borderline harassing another customer in the salon and she even looked uncomfortable. His work was alright and probably worth 3 stars but I'm just very disappointed and feel like I was overcharged for something I didn't ask for. read more

The worst part is is that his wife was sitting right behind him. Also, he was calling his youngest son the most awful names. I came in to get a pedicure and full set and ended up leaving with the complete opposite of what I wanted! The pedicure was okay, but she asked me if I wanted my nails cut down and I said yes and she just ignored me and just painted them. My full set was a full set from hell! He rushed and just plopped on the acrylic and didn't even shape my nail the way I showed him! I told him to tapper the edges and he literally just went back and fourth twice and kept asking me if that was enough. After almost 5 times if telling him to taper it more, I got fed up and just wanted to get out of there. He did not clean up under my nails and left the hanging acrylic under my nail! And to top it off, my nails are not even the same length. My thumb is super short and my middle finger nail is long! They literally look like GUM squares on my fingers!! He also kept making inappropriate comments to me about how beautiful I was and how he wanted me to become his girlfriend. Mind you, this man was clearly 15 years older than me!
